Malaria in the foot of the sun causes lower back pain and heavy head. The cold starts from the back, first cold and then heat. The body aches and drinks, the heat stops and sweating occurs, and it is difficult to stop. There is bleeding in the pricking area. Malaria in the foot of the Shaoyang causes the body to lose control, neither cold nor heat, aversion to seeing people, and being extremely cautious when seeing people's hearts. Excessive heat and sweating occur, pricking the foot of the Shaoyang. The malaria of foot Yangming causes coldness at first. Gradually, it gets colder and colder. After a long time of coldness, it becomes hot. When the heat subsides, sweating occurs. It is fond of seeing the sun, moonlight and the fire energy, which is very sudden. It is a thorn on the path of foot Yangming. Malaria of the foot Taiyin causes discomfort, a preference for heavy breathing, loss of appetite, frequent chills, fever and sweating. When the disease progresses, vomiting occurs frequently, and vomiting indicates weakness. It should be treated immediately. Malaria caused by foot obstruction can lead to severe vomiting, frequent chills and fever, with more fever than chills. Even if the door is closed and separated, the disease is hard to cure. Malaria of foot syncope causes lower back pain, fullness in the abdomen, difficulty in urination like cancer, not tumor, frequent defecation, fear, shortness of breath, slow movement in the abdomen, and pricking of the foot syncope. ① Evil; Originally, there was no such character. It was supplemented according to (Thousand Gold Prescriptions). For patients with pulmonary malaria, it causes coldness in the heart, with the cold being accompanied by fever. During the fever, there is a tendency to be startled. If there is any observation, it will prick the hand, indicating the clarity of Yin and Yang. People with heart malaria are extremely distressed. They desire clear water but often feel cold instead, not very hot, and their hands are prickly and they have few friends. Patients with liver malaria have a pale complexion and a heavy breath, looking as if they were dead. When the foot is pricked, blood is seen in the Jueyin. Splenic malaria causes coldness, abdominal pain, and heat in the intestines. It leads to sweating and stinging of the feet. For patients with renal malaria, they may feel relaxed, but suffer from severe pain in the waist and back, difficulty in defecation, numbness in the eyes, cold hands and feet, and a stinging sensation on the feet. Gastric malaria is a disease that causes people to be extremely hungry and unable to eat. When they do eat, their stomachs become swollen and their feet prick the Yangming and Taiyin, causing them to lie flat and bleed. When malaria occurs and the body feels hot, the upper artery of the foot is pricked to open its orifice and expel the blood. There is coldness immediately. When malaria is about to cause coldness, the hand Yangming Taiyin and foot Yangming Taiyin are pricked. The pulse of malaria is full and rapid. Before pricking the back, use one medium needle each of the five times and Shu points, which is suitable for the fat and lean parts to produce blood. For malaria, there is a small benefit: moxibustion at Shaoyin and needling at Zhijing. If the pulse is severe and urgent, prick the Back-shu point. Use one each of the Wulu Shu and Back-shu points, which are suitable for reaching the blood. For malaria, if the pulse is slow and there is a significant deficiency, inexpensive medication is not recommended. Acupuncture is not advisable. For treating malaria, if the disease first occurs, it can be treated after eating for a short period of time; otherwise, the treatment time will be lost. In cases of malaria where the pulse disappears and only bleeding remains between the ten fingers, the blood must have gone. First, if the body is as red as a small bean, all the bleeding should be removed. For the twelve cases of malaria, when their onset varies, by observing their symptoms, one can determine the pulse of the disease. Especially when it occurs, it is like eating a meal. If pricked, it will weaken; if pricked, it will be known; if pricked, it will stop. Without stopping, the needle dropped blood from both meridians. If the middle part of the body is pricked and bleeding occurs, and if the neck is pricked and the lower part of the spine is pricked, it must be done. The two meridians under the tongue are Lianquan. When administering malaria, one must first inquire about the origin of the disease and then simply administer the injection. For those with severe headaches, bleeding occurs first on the head and between the forehead and eyebrows. For those with pain in the lower back first, stab them first. For those with pain in the lower back and spine first, bleeding occurs in the puncture area. For those with arm diseases, the first step is to prick the hand. The Yin and Yang are clear between the ten fingers. For those with pain in the foot organ, the first step is to prick the foot, causing bleeding between the ten fingers of Yangming. Wind-malaria, when malaria occurs, causes sweating and aversion to wind, and the blood of the back-shu point of the Sanyang Meridian is punctured. The pain caused by cancer is severe and cannot be treated by pressing. It is called myeloid attachment disease. It is treated like a needle cutting off the bone and bleeding immediately. There is a slight pain in the body. I pricked the Yin, the well of all Yin, but there was no bleeding. I pricked it every few days. Malaria is not thirsty, but it occurs intermittently, pricking the feet of the sun. Thirsty and intermittent, it pricks the Shaoyang of the foot. Malaria does not produce sweat and has fifty-nine spines.
