The Yellow Emperor asked, "What causes the alternation of cold and heat among the five Treasuries and six mansions?" Qi Bo said: "When cold moves from the kidney to the spleen ③, abscesses and shortness of breath occur." The spleen transfers cold to the liver, leading to abscesses, swelling, and muscle cramps. The liver moves coldness to the heart, causing a sudden isolation. When coldness moves in the heart and spreads to the lungs, the lungs will be weakened. Those who treat the lungs should drink one or two doses of water, but they will die. When cold moves from the lungs to the kidneys, it is called water gushing. In cases of water gushing, the abdomen is not firm when pressed, and water and qi invade the large intestine. When moving rapidly, the sound is accurate and the fluid flows like a bag wrapped in SAP. It is a disease of water. When the spleen transfers heat to the liver, it causes shock. If the liver transfers heat to the heart, death will occur. When the heart transfers heat to the lungs, it is transmitted and dissipated. The lung handkerchief: In the "Tai Su", it is written as "gou". ② Xia: It should be written as "jia", the same below. ③ Spleen: Originally "liver", modified according to the Ming Dynasty manuscripts, (Tai Su), and (Jia Yi Jing). Heat related to the kidneys is transmitted through gentle control. When heat is transferred to the kidneys and swelling occurs, it leads to intestinal deficiency and laxity, and death is incurable. If the heat of the bladder is transferred to the smell of the bladder, it will cause illness and blood loss. When you transfer heat to the back of the team, your intestines are not in good condition and your mouth is not good. When heat is transferred from the small intestine to the large intestine, it is considered tiger and heavy. The large intestine transfers heat to the stomach. Being good at eating and losing weight is also called "eating". The heat from the stomach is transferred to the gallbladder, and this is also the case during a solar eclipse. When the gallbladder transfers heat to the brain, it punishes the nasal discharge. The nasal discharge refers to the continuous flow of turbid nasal discharge, which is said to cause the eyes to close in a daze. Therefore, the qi obtained is sudden.
