The Yellow Emperor asked, "All diseases and malaria are caused by wind. Why do they occur at the right time?" Qi Bo to the Sun: This is the origin of malaria. Di Ri: What is the cause of this? May I hear his teachings. The interplay of Yin and Yang between the upper and lower parts of the sun, the futile purchase and the momentary action, the balance of Yin and Yang ⑤ S mountain Yang rising to work bright mMB middle face Yang Bo Yang use item mde heavy part steel mountain. When Yang is deficient, there is internal heat. Both the outside and inside are hot, leading to shortness of breath and thirst. Therefore, one desires cold drinks. All these are the summer injuries caused by the heat. When the heat is abundant, it is hidden within the skin but outside the stomach and intestines, which is where this nourishing energy is stored. This makes the sweat empty and the abdomen open. Due to the arrival of autumn qi, the sweat promotes ventilation. With a bath, the water vapor will accumulate within the skin and coexist with the defensive qi. The Wei qi moves in Yang during the day and in Yin at night. When this qi gains Yang, it goes out; when it gains Yin, it becomes thin inside. The internal and external aspects are thin, so it operates during the day. The emperor said, "What is the author of these days?" Qi Bo said: "The depth of its energy is deep, and it is thinner than the Yin. The Yang energy emerges alone, and the Yin pathogen is internally affected. The bright and the Yang cannot compete to escape, and thus it is produced every few days." The emperor said, "Good." What is the reason for the anger that comes from the evening rather than the morning? Fangbo said: "When the pathogenic qi invades the Fengfu, it descends along the Guan. The defensive qi gathers in the Fengfu for a day and a night, and the next day and the next day, so its performance is also relatively mild. This light invades the back. Every time it reaches the Fengfu, the organs open up, and the organs open up, allowing the pathogenic qi to enter. When the pathogenic qi enters, the illness occurs. Therefore, the performance on this day is slightly more relaxed." It originates from the Feng Mansion, the next section of the day, descends to the Neng bone on the 25th, enters the spine on the 26th, and flows into the Fu Yu meridian. Its energy ascends, and on the 9th, it emerges in the kui basin. Its energy field is high, so it becomes increasingly early. During this period, the daily occurrence is due to the thinness of the pathogenic qi within the five compartments, which is horizontally connected and gathers its origin. Its path is long, its qi is deep, and its movement is slow. It cannot travel together with the defensive qi and cannot all escape. Therefore, it occurs intermittently. The emperor said, "Master said that whenever the defensive qi reaches the Feng area, the pancreas will be affected. When it is affected, the pathogenic qi will enter, and when it enters, illness will occur." In the next section of "Today, the Qi of Wei is deteriorating Day by day", even if the qi is not released by the wind, what can the author do about it? Qi Bo said, "This is because the evil energy invents the head and descends vigorously. Therefore, the deficiency and the excess are different, and the evil energy has different places. It cannot be the residence of its wind." Therefore, if the pathogen is located in the head and nape, the qi will reach the head and nape and cause illness. When the middle reaches the back, it causes aging; when qi reaches the back, it leads to illness. Those whose qi affects the waist and spine will fall ill when it reaches the waist and spine. When qi affects the hands and feet, it can lead to illness. Where the defensive qi is located, when it combines with the pathogenic qi, illness will occur. The place where the wind is released is not a permanent residence. Where the defensive qi is released, its vital energy must be opened. Where the evil qi is combined, it is a residence. The emperor said, "Good." Wind and malaria are similar and of the same kind. But wind is always present, while malaria has its time to cease. Reading fear of the sun: The atmosphere remains where it is, and thus it is always there. Malaria qi sinks and thinens internally along the meridians, so the protective qi should be affected. Emperor said: "Malaria starts with cold and then develops into heat." Qi Bo said: "If one is injured in the Major Heat of summer, they sweat profusely and their thighs develop. This is because they encounter the cold water of the summer air, which is hidden in their thighs and skin. If they are injured by the wind in autumn, the disease will be cured." Cold is a Yin qi and wind is a Yang qi. It is first injured by cold and then by wind, so it starts with cold and then heat. The disease occurs at different times and is called malaria. The emperor said, "Why is it that light is hot and then cold?" Reading "Fear of the Sun" : This condition first harms the wind and then the cold, thus it starts with heat and then turns cold. It is also based on the time and is called "warm malaria". If there is only heat but no cold, the Yang qi will be exhausted first. When the Yang qi is released alone, there will be less shortness of breath, restlessness, hot hands and feet, and a desire to vomit. This is called Pingmalaria. Emperor's Day: The scriptures say that if there is any excess, it should be drained; if there is any deficiency, it should be supplemented. Today, heat is excessive while cold is insufficient. The cold caused by malaria cannot be warmed by soup or fire, nor can it be cooled by ice water. This is a matter of excess or deficiency. At this point, good work cannot be stopped; it must decline on its own before being criticized. Why is that? I am willing to hear what he has to say. The saying goes, "If there is no faint heat, no turbid pulse, and no sweat of fluid application, it can be said that the disease is incurable." The onset of malaria is when Yang qi coexists with Yin. At this time, Yang is deficient while Yin is abundant, and there is no external qi. Therefore, cold chestnuts come first. When Yin qi reaches its extreme, it returns to Yang. When Yang and Ming are combined on the outside, Yin deficiency leads to Yang excess, thus causing fever and thirst first. In cases of malaria, when it is associated with Yang, Yang prevails; when it is associated with Yin, Yin prevails. When Yin prevails, there is coldness; when Yang prevails, there is heat. Malaria occurs when the wind-cold qi is not always present and the disease just recurs when it reaches its peak. The onset of illness is like the heat of fire, like the wind and rain that cannot be endured. Therefore, it is said in the scriptures: "When things are at their peak, they will surely be destroyed. Because of their decline, they will surely thrive." This is what is meant by this. When malaria has not yet occurred, Yin has not yet merged with Yang, and Yang has not yet become clear. Therefore, if it is regulated, the true qi will be stabilized, and the pathogenic qi will perish. Therefore, if the work cannot cure the disease that has already occurred, it is because the qi is reversed. The emperor said, "Good." What can be done with the attack? How about breakfast and dinner? Qi Bo said: "When malaria breaks out, it is the shift of Yin and Yang. It must start from the end of the four seasons. When Yang is already injured, Yin follows. Therefore, it is necessary to firmly restrain the area at the first time to prevent pathogenic factors from entering and Yin from entering." The phrase "Do not dare to destroy" is written as "Do not dare to destroy". When the emperor went out, he saw that all those who were firm and bloody in the Sun's network were taken. This was truly the case that he had not been able to get them all. The emperor said, "If malaria does not occur, what should be done?" Qi Bo said, "Those who suffer from malaria will surely become more abundant and weaker. They are the source of qi." When the disease is Yang, it leads to heat and a restless pulse. When it is Yin, it is cold and the pulse is still. When the condition reaches its extreme, both Yin and Yang will decline, and the protective qi will be separated, thus the illness can be cured. When the defensive qi gathers, illness will recur. The emperor said, "Sometimes it occurs every two days or even several days, and one may feel thirsty or not. Why is that?" Blowing the fear of the sun: During this period, the sun refers to the presence of evil and protective energies in the six mansions, which sometimes fail to complement each other. Therefore, it is necessary to rest for several days before doing this. Malaria is a condition where Yin and Yang are more or less powerful, and thus one may or may not feel thirsty. The emperor said, "It is said that if one is injured by heat in summer, one will surely fall ill with malaria in autumn. Why is there no need to respond to malaria today?" The day of Qi Bo: This corresponds to the four seasons. The disease is abnormal and goes against the four seasons. Those who fall ill in autumn are extremely cold, those who fall ill in winter are not very cold, those who fall ill in spring are sensitive to wind, and those who fall ill again tend to sweat a lot. The emperor said, "If you are ill with both warm malaria and cold malaria and both are at ease, where should you store them?" Qi Bo said: "For those with malaria, if they contract it in winter, they are in the middle of the wind, and the cold is stored in the bone marrow. When spring comes, the Yang energy is at its peak, and the pathogenic factors cannot escape on their own. This is because during the Major Heat, the brain marrow is vigorous, the muscles are weakened, and the muscles are released. There may be some force exerted, and both the pathogenic factors and sweat will escape. This disease is stored in the kidneys, and the qi first exits from the inside to the outside." In this way, Yin is deficient while Yang is excessive. When Yang is excessive, heat occurs; when it weakens, qi reverts to the human body, and the human body becomes Yang deficient. When Yang is deficient, cold occurs. Therefore, heat comes first and then cold, which is called warm malaria. Dai Ri: How about malaria? On the day of Qi Bo: For those who suffer from malaria, the lungs have always been hot, and the qi is abundant throughout the body. The qi surges upward and the middle qi is solid but does not leak out. Due to the exertion of force, the thighs open up, and the cold wind accumulates within the skin and between the flesh, causing the disease. When the disease occurs, the Yang qi becomes strong. If the Yang qi is strong but does not subside, the disease will occur. Its qi is not as bright as the light, so it is only hot but not cold. The pathogenic qi is internally stored in the heart and externally dissipated between the parts of the body, causing the body to lose its luster and flesh, thus leading to Tian Ping Malaria. Emperor's Day: Good.
