Wang Zhidao, styled himself as Yu Hualong. From Liaodong. According to the "Wudang Pure Yang Quan", during the Guangxu period (1875-1908 AD), Wang became a monk at the Yuxu Palace on Wudang Mountain and became a disciple of Master Longxin. Because of his devout devotion to his master and his meticulous dedication to the Tao, he was deeply loved by his master, who then imparted all his knowledge of Pure Yang Quan to him. In the first year of the Xuantong reign (1909 AD), Wang Zhidao, while traveling, came to the Wudang Palace in Wuchang. As he was supported by the people of our sect, he was appointed as the guest of honor of the Wudang Palace. The queen wanted to take on her favorite disciple, but after years of observation, her wish was not fulfilled. After discussing with his Buddhist friend, the monk Chan Fei, the monk immediately recommended Liu Dingguo, a young man from the Bashi Lay Sect in Wuchang. After many examinations and tests, Wang Zhidao finally accepted Liu Dingguo and imparted all his skills to him. In 1936, Wang Liutu stayed in Wuchang and then traveled around Sichuan. In the 39th year, Liu Dingguo settled in Wanxian, Sichuan Province. In the 42nd year, he met his master at Xuanmiao Temple in Chongqing. Wang Jiang, who had collected the "Pure Yang Secret Manual", personally imparted it to Liu. Liu Zhi regarded it as a precious treasure and immediately invited hundreds of fellow practitioners and friends to hold a vegetarian feast in the Zizhu Forest in Chongqing to express his gratitude to his master. Wang Zhidao thus parted ways with Liu Dingguo and his whereabouts have since been unknown. In his later years, Liu Dingguo returned to Wuhan and resided at the Changchun Temple, where he later spread his boxing skills widely to the world.
