The appetite is the stomach pulse. If it is reversed and strong, the heat will accumulate in the appetite and not be able to pass, which may lead to an abscess in the stomach. The emperor said, "Good." Why do people feel uneasy when they lie down? Qi Bo said, "When the storage is injured and the essence has a place to rest, it will be at ease. Therefore, it cannot be that person is ill." Emperor's Day: What is it that makes people unable to lie down? The lung is the cover of storage. When the lung qi is strong, the pulse becomes large. If the pulse is large, one cannot lie down or move freely. It is discussed in "Qi Heng Yin Yang". The emperor said, "For those with syncope, the right pulse is deep and tight, while the left pulse is floating and slow. I wonder where the patient is?" Qi Bo said: During winter diagnosis, the right pulse should be heavy and tight, which corresponds to the four seasons. The left pulse should be floating and slow, which goes against the four seasons. In this case, it indicates that the disease is in the kidney. ① Death is incurable: In the "Shijing" and "Shenyi Jing", there is a character for "heat" below "not", and "death" should be read upwards. ② Spasm: The original work "Xuan" ③ knowledge; The original work "Ran" was adapted from the "Jia Yi Jing". The day of Qi Bo: It refers to those with the same name but different grades. For those with surging qi, it is advisable to expel it with a needle. For those with excessive qi and blood accumulation, it is better to use a stone to drain it. This is what is called treating the same disease differently. The emperor said, "For those who are ill and furious, how can they live?" The sun of fear: Born in Yang. The emperor said, "Why does Yang make people wild?" On the day of Qi Bo: It refers to the Yang qi. Due to the sudden collapse and difficulty in breaking through, it is prone to anger. The disease is called Yang Jue. The emperor said, "How do you know?" The Master said, "Yangming is always in motion, while Jiyang and Shaoyang remain still. If one remains still and then moves, they will fall seriously ill. This is the sign of illness." Di Ri: Zhi Zhi Zhi Qin Ze Qi Bo said, "Just take away his food." Since food enters the Yin and boosts qi in the Yang, it is sufficient to take away the food. It is made to drink pig iron as a beverage. If pig iron falls, it indicates a rapid decline in qi. Emperor's Day: Good. If a person is ill, their body will experience rapid sweating, profuse sweating like a bath, aversion to wind and shortness of breath. What causes this illness? Qi Bo Ri: The disease is called "wine wind". Bring back: How to deal with it? On the day of Qi Bo: Ten points each for Ze Xie and Shu, and five points for Xian Xian. It will be eaten with three fingers as the last meal. The so-called deep and fine is like a needle in the hand. When rubbed and cut, when gathered, it becomes firm; when extensive, it becomes vast. The Upper Classics describe the connection of qi to the heavens. The Lower Classic refers to the changes in illness. The Golden plaque symbolizes the determination of life and death. "Fu Du" refers to the principle of measurement. The "Yuheng" refers to strange diseases. What is called the strange is that it makes it impossible for strange diseases to die in the four seasons. Constancy leads to death throughout the four seasons. What is meant by "writing" is to earnestly seek it. The words are precisely in line with the pulse. To cure the illness, one should treat it according to the four seasons.
