The Yellow Emperor asked, "What is the cause of the cold and heat in the later period?" Fang Bo's view to the sun: When the Yang qi wanes in the lower part of the body, it is known as cold syncope. When Yin qi wanes in the lower part of the body, it is characterized by heat syncope. Emperor's Day: Why must the heat of the syncope originate from the feet? Qi Bo said: "Yang qi originates from the surface of the five fingers on the feet, while Yin qi gathers at the soles of the feet. Therefore, when Yang qi is abundant, the soles of the feet feel hot." Emperor's Day: Why does the coldness of the cold spell necessarily start from the five fingers and rise to the knees? On the day of Fangbo, the Yin energy originates from the stars of the five fingers, gathers under the knees and then converges above them. Therefore, when the Yin energy is abundant, it becomes cold from the five fingers to the knees. This coldness does not come from the outside but from within. Emperor Ri: Why did Han Jue lose himself? Qi Bo said: "The front Yin is the gathering place of the main tendons and the convergence place of the great Yin and Yang. In spring and summer, the Yang energy is abundant while the Yin energy is scarce; in autumn and winter, the clear energy is strong while the Yang energy is weak." This person is physically strong and takes advantage of the autumn and winter seasons to be used. The lower qi struggles upward and cannot be restored. The essence and qi overflow downward, and the pathogenic qi rises from it. The qi originates in the middle. The Yang qi is weakened and cannot penetrate and nourish the meridians. The Yang qi is daily, and the auxiliary qi remains alone, causing coldness in the hands and feet. The emperor said, "What is the cause of the fever?" When one drinks alcohol in the stomach, the meridians will be full and the collaterals will be weak. The spleen governs the circulation of the stomach's body fluids. When Yin qi is weak, Yang qi enters. When Yang qi enters, the stomach will not be harmonious. When the stomach is not harmonious, essence and qi will be exhausted. When essence and qi are exhausted, the four branches cannot be nourished. This person is bound to be drunk. If they are overly full, the qi will accumulate in the spleen and not disperse. The alcohol and grain qi will be thin, and the heat will be abundant in the middle, releasing heat throughout the body and causing internal heat and drowning. If the alcohol is too strong and causes welding, the kidney qi will decline, but the Yang qi will prevail alone, so the hands and feet will feel hot. The emperor said, "Why is it that someone either has a full stomach, or a person is so exposed that they don't even know someone, or it takes them half a glance or even a whole day to know someone?" ① Phase; The Jia Yi Jing states "injury". When Yin and qi are abundant in the upper part of the body, the lower part becomes weak. When the lower part is weak, abdominal distension and fullness occur. When the Yang energy is abundant at the top, the lower energy will rise again and the evil energy will rebel. When the evil energy rebels, the Yang energy will be disrupted. When the Yang energy is disrupted, one will not know people. The emperor said, "Good." May I hear about the miraculous diseases of the six meridians. Qi Bo said: "When the great Yang converges, the head swells and feels heavy, and the feet become heavy." It can't be done. It's called a running servant. During the reign of Wang Yangming, there will be epilepsy, a desire to leave and cry out, abdominal distension and inability to lie down, a red and hot face, and false views and false speech. In the early stage, there will be sudden deafness, swelling and heat, pain in the hypochondrium, and inability to sing. When the Taiyin is in a state of syncope, the abdomen will be full and distension, and there will be no appetite. If one does eat, they will vomit and be unable to lie down. When the Lesser Yin is affected, the mouth becomes dry and the urine is red, and the abdomen is full and the heart aches. The "jue" in the "Jueyin" syndrome leads to swelling and pain in the lower abdomen, abdominal distension, difficulty in pressing, tendency to lie down with knees bent, contraction and swelling of the Yin, and internal heat. When there is an excess, it should be drained; when there is a deficiency, it should be replenished. Neither excessive nor deficient, the essence should be taken. Taiming syncope, Zhejiang convulsions, heart pain leading to abdominal distension, treating the main disease. It is used to treat the main disease of Shaoyin syncope, deficiency and fullness with vomiting, and clear diarrhea. Jueyin and jueyin reversal, clonus, lumbago, deficiency and fullness with anterior closure, speech, treating the main disease. When all three Yin elements are reversed, they cannot be reversed, causing coldness in the hands and feet and death within three days. Sun syncope, stiffness, and hematemesis are good at treating the main illness. In the case of Shaoyang syncope, the organs are not in good condition. If the organs are not in good condition, the waist cannot move, the neck cannot be taken care of, and intestinal abscesses cannot be treated. In severe cases, death may occur. Yangming's syncope, wheezing, coughing, body heat, and being prone to shock and vomiting blood. When the hand Taiyin is reversed, accompanied by deficiency and fullness with coughing, and prone to vomiting and foaming, it is used to treat the main illness. For those with hand palms, Shaoyin convulsions, heart pain leading to the throat, body heat, and death that cannot be treated, such as hand palms, sun convulsions, deafness, crying, inability to look around the neck, and inability to bend or lean the waist, this is the main disease. For cases of hand Yangming, Shaoyang syncope, sore throat, swelling and spasm, ② treat the main disease.
