When encountering wind and cold, it feels like being scorched or burning. Fang Bo Ri: This is a person with a deficiency of obstructed qi and an abundance of Yang qi. The four branches are Yang. When two Yang energies are in harmony, but Yin energy is deficient and insufficient, the lack of water cannot extinguish the excessive fire. When Yang governs alone, it cannot grow. When it overcomes alone and stops the ears, and when exposed to wind, it is as hot as fire, it is when a person's flesh shines. ① Cough: "Cough very well" is expressed as "cough very well". The emperor said, "There are people who have adverse qi and cannot lie down but breathe with a sound; there are those who cannot lie down but breathe without a sound; there are those who live and work as usual but breathe without sight; there are those who can lie down and walk with vigor; there are those who cannot lie down and cannot walk but breathe heavily; there are those who cannot lie down and lie down but breathe heavily. The patient with the collateral vessels is also weak, so the daily routine is as usual and there is a sound when breathing. If a man cannot lie down and gets out of breath when he does, he is a guest of water and qi. Water flows along with body fluids.
