If you use a computer for a long time, you need to prevent illness

With the increasing use of computers, learning machines, multimedia computers and other devices in households, paying attention to self-care can reduce related diseases. If one stares at the computer screen for a long time, it can easily cause eye muscle fatigue and optic neurasthenia, leading to a decline in vision. In addition, aging TV monitors carry a large amount of static electricity, which can accumulate and raise dust. When this charged dust gets into the human eye, it can cause damage to the eyes. Foreign data surveys show that over 60% of people who work in front of computer screens for long periods feel eye fatigue. Some computer operation rooms are often equipped with air conditioners. Working in such an indoor environment for a long time can cause excessive and rapid evaporation of water from the eyeballs. As a result, some people may have fewer tears, which weakens their ability to wash away foreign objects in the eyes and easily leads to conjunctivitis and other eye diseases. It is manifested as reduced tears, eye pain, a foreign body sensation within the limit, easy eye fatigue and congestion, etc. Long-term use of computer keyboards can easily cause damage to the muscles, skin and other soft tissues of the upper limbs and hands. Especially when the height of the desk and chair is inappropriate, it can easily lead to periarthritis of the shoulder and spinal pain. The direct cause of inducing infatuation is high-frequency flashes. Some video games have strong light stimulation and rapid picture changes. If you get too close to the screen or play for too long, it can easily cause excessive fatigue of the nerves, leading to convulsions and epilepsy. There have been reports in both the UK and France of children having epileptic seizures due to playing video games for too long. Blood diseases, such as long-term exposure to screen radiation at close range, can damage some white blood cells, leading to scurvy, thrombocytopenia and other conditions. Self-protection should be achieved by shortening the time spent in front of the screen and taking a short break every 20 minutes. Choose desks and chairs with adjustable heights. The distance between the computer document and the screen should be as equal as possible. Do not get too close to the table and keep your elbows bent at 100 degrees. Don't type too hard on the keyboard. Try to relax your muscles as much as possible. The indoor lighting should be moderate. The screen should not be too bright and the color is preferably green. Avoid direct exposure of the screen to strong light. Do not install workbenches behind or on both sides of the computer, as the electromagnetic radiation generated at the back and sides of the computer is much greater than that on the front screen.
