Seeking help for the relationship immobilization diagram

Hello, Teacher Kong. My student is called Ji Shugen. I have practiced up to eight of the ten forms. Let me share my experience: When I practiced the third form, I felt a warm sensation which was very comfortable. My bowel movements were smooth and my stomach and intestines were much better than before. In winter, when I wore gloves on my hands, white steam came out layer by layer. My blood pressure is a bit high. Can I skip the second form of the ninth form, the "Bowing and Stopping", until the tenth form? The first pose of the Imitative posture is to breathe through the mouth and nose. When inhaling, one should imagine descending the Huiyin along the Ren meridian from the Baihui meridian, and when exhaling, the Du meridian. What is the true meaning? Is it just a little bit of thought? Are the third, fourth and sixth postures of the Imitative figure the same as the first one, that is, inhalation descending and exhalation ascending? The Ten Great Postures are practiced in the morning. Can the Samadhi Diagram be practiced in the evening? Are the closing movements of the Samadhi diagram the same as those of the sitting Posture Diagram? Mr. Kong De replied: Comrade Ji Shugen, it's quite good that you have achieved such results through self-study. The benefits of practicing martial arts are clearly reflected in the effects of comfort and health. It indicates that you have basically mastered the method. However, the "inhalation and descending, exhalation and ascending" breathing technique of the body posture is a special breathing method that must be passed down orally and cannot be accurately expressed in words. When this method is not available, it is advisable to breathe naturally. Do not make random guesses to avoid going astray. Among the ten postures, one can choose the key ones to practice based on the practice situation. It is fine to alternate between them. However, the sequence of starting with movement and then moving to stillness should not be disrupted: it is advisable to practice more movement exercises in the morning and more stillness exercises in the evening. People with high blood pressure or heart disease should not do the foot-shaking movement. The above key points should be carefully read through Issues 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Wudang in 2002 and Issue 1 in 2003.
