Nutritional research has proved that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a person. Having a rich breakfast every day can keep you healthy and live a long life. Eating too little for breakfast or having a considerable amount but choosing the wrong food can both make people listless and reduce work efficiency. This is because human brain cells can only obtain energy from glucose, a nutrient. If one doesn't eat for a whole night and doesn't have breakfast or has too little breakfast, the blood cannot ensure an adequate supply of glucose. Over time, this can make a person feel tired and weak, dizzy and confused, emotionally unstable, and even experience nausea, vomiting, and fainting, making it impossible for them to study and work with full energy. Actual studies at home and abroad have shown that in addition to providing carbohydrates (porridge, bread or steamed buns) and fats, breakfast should also offer protein (milk or eggs, etc.). A breakfast rich in protein can help people maintain high working efficiency for a long time.
