Turn your head slowly to the left and right four times each. Bend your elbows, raise your forearms to chest level, keep your palms facing down, and let your fingers naturally curl into fists. Pull both elbow joints backward simultaneously and return to the original position. Repeat this process thirty times. Then, as before, perform teeth clenching, saliva swallowing, and breathing exercises to conclude the practice.
