The Nine Transformations of Longevity Method is a combination of dynamic exercises mainly based on self-massage. This method is recorded in the "Yishen Ji" compiled by Fang Kai in the early Qing Dynasty. The specific practice method is as follows: First form: Use three fingers from both hands to press on the heart center and rotate in a circular motion from the left side for 21 times. The second pose: Use three fingers from both hands to rub down from the center of the heart, rubbing and moving as you go, until you reach the high bone below the navel. The third pose: Use three fingers from both hands to rub from the high bone to both sides and move upwards, rubbing as you go, until you reach the heart. It's just a matter of handing over your hands. The fourth pose: Use three fingers from both hands to push from the center of the heart down to the high bone, for a total of 21 times. The fifth pose: Use your right hand to rub the navel and abdomen from the left 21 times. The sixth pose: Use your left hand to rub the navel and abdomen from the right side 21 times. The seventh pose: Place the left hand on the left side of the soft waist at the kidney area, with the thumb facing forward and the four fingers supporting the back. Gently pinch it firmly. Push the middle three fingers of the right hand directly from under the left breast to the leg clip 21 times. The eighth pose: Place your right hand on the right side of the soft waist at the kidney, with the thumb facing forward and the four fingers supporting the back. Gently pinch it firmly. Push the middle three fingers of the left hand directly from under the right breast to the leg clip 21 times. The ninth pose: After pushing, sit cross-legged and hold the knees firmly with both hands. The ten toes on both feet are also slightly curved. Rotate your chest 21 times from the front to the left and from the back to the right. After that, shake it from right to left 21 times as before. If you turn your body to the left, you should swing your chest and shoulders out of your left knee. If you move forward, you should bend down on your knee. If you turn your body to the right, you should swing out of your right knee. If you move forward, you should arch your waist and retreat. It is always best to be satisfied with the rotation. Do not shake it too quickly; do not apply force. When massaging the abdomen, one must concentrate and meditate on a low pillow, lie upright on a flat mat, and lie on the back with feet level. Gently and slowly move your fingers to complete the first to the eighth movements in sequence as one degree. Each time, you should do seven degrees continuously. After finishing, sit up and rotate according to the ninth pose, 21 times on each side. When one wakes up in the early morning, it is called the morning service; at noon, it is called the afternoon service; before going to bed in the evening, it is called the evening service. Three services a day are common. In case of any emergency, morning and evening services are indispensable. When writing for the first time, one lesson is divided into three degrees. Three days later, 5 degrees per lesson. Three days later, the temperature will be 7 degrees per class. No matter how busy you are, you must not be interrupted.
