Harrier shape The harrier form training is fierce, mainly focusing on the opening and closing of one breath. With the strength of a kite, it has the special ability to enter the forest and is used as a punch. Practice method requirements: Lean sideways and draw in the body, resembling a flying kite. When the arms are drawn in, it is like a kite tied up. With a clenched fist, he ascends like a kite piercing the sky. With his arms wrapped around, he stepped forward, like a kite entering a forest. Every step follows the body, like a kite turning over. The movements were swift and swift, with an unstoppable momentum. The shape of the alligator: The shape of the alligator practices flexibility and mainly focuses on the bending and stretching of one's qi. Taking advantage of the alligator's ability to float on water waves and its capacity to cross rivers and stir water, a fist is made. The practice method requires: The Yin and Yang of both hands should be in harmony, with the left and right hands moving apart. The feet should advance and retreat along the zigzag line. By using the technique of extending the arm and reaching out the palm, the method of turning and grasping, and the light and flexible steps, one can not only bind the opponent's hands but also facilitate pulling the opposite direction to the side and back. The bending and stretching changes are unexpected. The enemy can be knocked out in an instant. This technique is called "Swimming the Turtle to Avert Danger", and it is one of the unique skills of Che Yi Zhai. The "Ninety Form" : The "Ninety Form" cultivates essence, mainly focusing on the lifting and delivery of one qi. With the technique of moving forward by dividing the water and the ability to protect the tail, a fist is formed. The practice method requires: Use the left and right palms to separate and pull, and strike the two Yang fists forward. The step rule is to move forward diagonally with the front foot, adjust the steps left and right with the back foot to follow, and move the buttocks left and right, always keeping the opponent in a frontal position that can be struck. Eagle Form and Bear Form: The eagle form is used for sharpness training. By taking its divine eyes and sharp claws and capturing the essence, a fist is formed. To practice the form of a bear, take the feeling of emerging from a hole and use the vertical force to form a punch. The two-form joint performance, commonly known as "eagle and bear and (hero homophonic) joint performance." The main practice is the harmony of Yin and Yang, that is, the unity of one qi. Practice method requirements: Stand upright with the top of the head, focus the eyes upward, raise both fists, wrap the body and take a cross-step, like a bear fighting an eagle. With a side stance and a cross-step, the gaze is focused, the tendons are tightened, and the eagle creases down, like an eagle fighting a bear. 5 The form and meaning of the single practice routine The single practice routine is a form of boxing content that combines some practical techniques in a certain order based on the combat essentials of the Five Elements and the Twelve Forms. It integrates various techniques, footwork, striking and consulting methods, fully demonstrating the distinct feature of Xingyi Quan that "striking and consulting are one". "Xingyi Duanlian" is the foundation of Xingyi Sanshou. It aims to cultivate the spirit of intelligence and bravery, offensive and defensive awareness, and combat techniques of the practitioners, laying a solid foundation for Sanshou training. The "close-range gun" : Characterized by close-range close-range strikes, it includes various techniques such as the "embrace gun", "roll gun", "flip gun", and "wrench gun", hence the name "close-range gun". Serial player: Named for the continuous use of multiple techniques. Nine Sets of Rings: Composed of nine consecutive routines such as Chain pounding, Five-flower Cannon, rolling and flipping pounding, and pulling diamond pounding. So it is called "Nine Rings" and "Twelve Consecutive Blows" : The attacking side uses twelve kinds of blows (punches) to attack in a series of attacks, so it is called "Twelve Consecutive Blows". PI Chui: Highlighting PI Chui as its main feature. Sixteen rounds: The offensive method involves both Party A and Party B using sixteen rounds (hands) together. In addition, the Che family's Xingyi School also passed down the "Fifteen Techniques" and the "Seventy-Two Techniques", etc. The Xingyi Quan boxing style is rich in content, distinctive in features, and scientifically and reasonably arranged in sequence, which is convenient for preaching and training.
