After the reform, innovation and development of Che Yi Zhai, Xingyi Quan, in terms of its boxing techniques, is extremely rich and has great missionary value. It uses the "Three Postures" as its foundation practice. Take "Xingyi Dangtu" as the introductory boxing technique; The basic boxing techniques are based on the "Five Elements and Twelve Forms". Take "single practice routine" as the comprehensive boxing technique; With "paired practice routines" as the training technique, a rich and progressive boxing system has been formed. 1. The Three Postures of Form and Intention are simple in form but profound in meaning. It can be used for the practice of alchemy and the cultivation of good fortune. It can also be used as a method for rising and falling trends. It can also be used as a free hand combat pair. Therefore, Che Yizhai claimed that the Three postures have the wonderful effect of "one posture equivalent to three functions". It takes "the six harmonies as the principle, the Four elements as the root, Yin and Yang as the mother, and the three joints as the application." Regarding the key points of the three-posture stance exercises, Che Yizhai's transmission states: "Move your hands forward to protect the upper body, hide your palms in front of your abdomen to protect the middle body, wrap your shoulders and close the middle door of your knees to prevent the lower body's crotch from closing tightly." This is of great guiding significance for understanding the essence of the Three-style ultimate skill. 2 Xingyi Dangtu Xingyi Dangtu includes various boxing techniques such as breaking, pounding, wrapping, pushing, supporting, pressing, piercing, luring, diao, grasping, splitting, smashing, tiao, stabbing, entangling, pushing, swinging, and cutting. The leg techniques include bouncing kick, pushing kick, wading kick, cross leg, sitting cross-legged, sweeping wading leg, T-shaped leg, inverted insertion leg, door-blocking leg, servant leg, flying swallow leg, lotus swinging leg, whirlwind leg, and mandarin duck leg. The footwork includes horse stance, half horse stance, virtual stance, jump stance, etc. Che Yizhai listed it as one of the eight martial arts techniques. 3 The Five Elements Boxing Style is named after the Five Elements of metal, wood, water, fire and earth in the ancient "Five Elements Theory", corresponding to the five punches of PI, Bang, drill, Pao and Heng. PI Quan: Belonging to metal, it resembles an axe and implies splitting objects. It has the power of "generating diamonds to overcome collapse". Master the rise and fall of one's qi. The characteristic of the fist technique is the repetitive circular movement of the palm and fist, while the characteristic of the footwork is the sequential advancement of the feet by moving left and right. The standing cross step and the method of hugging each other's hands, twisting and wrapping, and drilling along the "horizontal rise". Taking a step forward in accordance with the flow has the meaning of "moving smoothly". "Rise like a steel file, fall like a hook" is the method of this fist's rise and fall. Bengquan: Belonging to wood, it is shaped like an arrow and has the meaning of shooting at objects. There is a saying that it can "produce a cannon to overcome the horizontal". Master the stretching and contracting of one breath. The characteristic of the boxing technique is that the left and right punches alternate and charge out horizontally. The characteristic of the footwork is that the left foot is always in front, and the right foot propels the left foot forward with a horse stance or a half horse stance. One fist is stretched forward and the other is retracted. Both hands are rolled out and back. The palms and fists alternate in the process of stretching and contracting, which is a technique of one looking forward and one hitting. Drill Fist: It belongs to water and is shaped like lightning, resembling the upwelling of spring water. There is a saying that it "generates, breaks, and overcomes the cannon". Master the practice of flipping the diamond in one breath. The characteristics of the boxing style are that the two palms and fists alternate in a slanted, upright and circular manner, taking turns to advance, and the eagle catch alternates to lower. The footwork feature is to move the feet left and right alternately in a straight line. Both palms are flipped horizontally in a circle, and one fist is punched vertically in a circle, which is the technique of "two looks and one strike". Cannon Fist: It belongs to fire and is shaped like a cannon, as if the cannon is firing out. There is a saying that "a horizontal force can overcome a split". Master the opening and closing of one qi. The characteristic of the boxing style is that the two eagle catches simultaneously raise their fists from the front to the sides to form Yang punches. One hand throws the eagle catch upper diao, and the other hand throws the standing fist forward strike. The footwork feature is to move forward diagonally along the left and right lines. Two eagles catching and lowering each other form a union; one stroke and one strike form a split. It is a two-item one-strike method. Horizontal fist: It belongs to the earth element and is shaped like a bullet, as if it were rolling and bouncing. There is a saying that it can "cut and drill". Master the practice of a one-breath flip. The characteristic of the boxing technique is that the hands are rotated left and right in a flat circle and twisted out from under the elbows. The footwork feature is to move forward diagonally along the left and right zigzag lines. The two palms are flipped with Yin and Yang, and the fists are thrown horizontally from under the elbows, which is a technique of one looking and the other striking. 4 The Twelve Forms of Boxing are created by imitating the forms of animals such as dragons, tigers, monkeys, horses, snakes, chickens, swallows, hawks, alligators, mackerels, eagles and bears, and using their fighting skills. Dragon Shape: The dragon shape cultivates the spirit, mainly focusing on the ascending and descending of one qi. It takes the form of a dragon that can rise and fall, the method of searching for bones, and the ability of grasping and striking as its fist. The practice requirements are as follows: The spirit originates from the eyes, the might from the claws, the qi flows into the dantian, the whole body is flexible, the movement is smooth, and the changes are rapid, like the form of a flying dragon ascending to the sky and diving down to catch. Tiger-shaped The tiger-shaped strength training mainly focuses on the unified inhalation and exhalation of qi. It punches with the posture of a tiger crouching away from its den and the courage to pounce on food. The practice method requires: To invigorate the qi throughout the body, generate force to the spring, release it to the buttocks and tail, pass it from the back to the brain, and then from the brain to the dantian, and apply it to the pounce. It is like a fierce tiger emerging from its den, with its two claws spreading across the mountain. Monkey Shape: The monkey shape is used to cultivate the spirit, mainly focusing on the stretching and contracting of one's qi. Taking the spirit of the monkey's leap, the method of stretching and contracting, using the claws as the sharp edge, and seizing the energy to form a fist. The requirements for the practice method are: sharp eyesight, light and nimble hands and feet, flexible and rapid extension and retraction, and swift movement. It not only implies seizing and striking but also achieves the effect of piercing and attacking the enemy. Horse shape: The horse shape exercises speed, mainly focusing on the inhalation and exhalation of a single breath. To achieve the feat of a galloping horse and the courage to charge into battle, one forms a fist. The training method requires: Swallow and exhale immediately, move as fast as a gust of wind, lean forward with your body, and strike hard with swift steps to make the enemy fall. Snake Form: The snake form exercises qi, mainly focusing on the inhalation and exhalation of one qi. The punch is made by using the ability to suck snakes and pull grass. The training method requires: To swallow in a coiled, crouched, backward and sharp posture, like a snake sucking. Use the strength of the waist to straighten up, the strength of the shoulder to lean forward, and step forward with one hand to insert into the enemy. With the force of "lifting like carrying a pole" and "surging like water", embrace the enemy and make them fall. Rooster shape: The rooster shape cultivates courage and mainly focuses on the restraint and release of one's energy. A punch is made by taking advantage of a chicken's courage to fight, its ability to peck at food and its capacity to rub its legs. Practice method requirements: Use the two handwheels to turn up and peck at the eyes, and the two casters to turn down and kick the 臁 bone and lower abdomen. Attack from both sides, with quick, flexible and powerful movements. Swallow Form: The Swallow Form cultivates agility and mainly focuses on the rise and fall of one's energy. The swallow is known for its agility and lightness, and it has the special skill of diving in water to form a fist. The training method requires: Strike the enemy's rib horizontally with one hand, then lie down with the lower leg, protect with the front hand, and rise with the back hand to lift the Yin. Step forward with both legs and strike the enemy's chest, leaving no breathing space for the opponent. From "Zhongding International Wushu Network"
