The silk burning furnace, also known as the paper melting furnace. It is a religious activity facility dedicated to burning incense and making paper money. It is said that messages can be conveyed to the gods in this way to show sincere worship. In Chinese history, silk books, which were written on fine plain silk, were widely used for over 1,500 years from the Warring States Period to the Tang Dynasty. In the old days, letters were also written on plain silk, but only by the nobility and royalty. Commoners in simple clothes wrote on bamboo or wooden slips.
