The Yellow Emperor asked, "There are eight winds in heaven and five winds in the classics. What are they?" Qi Bo's view to the sun: The eight winds cause evil. It is believed that when the wind of the meridian touches the five Zang organs, the evil qi will cause illness. The so-called victory of the four seasons is that spring surpasses long summer, long summer surpasses winter, winter surpasses summer, summer surpasses autumn, and autumn surpasses spring. This is the victory of the four seasons. The east wind is born in spring; illness is associated with the liver and the neck. The south wind is born in summer, causing illness in the heart and in the chest and flanks. The west wind originates in autumn, causing illness in the lungs and in the shoulders and back. The north wind originates in winter, causing illness in the kidneys and in the waist and thighs. The central part is earth, the disease is in the spleen, and the acupoint is in the spine. Those who release the spring air will suffer from illness at the head. Summer qi indicates that diseases are hidden. In autumn, people tend to suffer from diseases in their shoulders and backs. People with winter qi tend to fall ill among the four branches. If spring good disease of smoke, midsummer good disease threats, long hole drainage Xia Shan disease in the cold, autumn wind disease malaria, winter disease bi jue. Therefore, in winter, one does not press the ankles; in spring, one does not expose oneself to the sun; in spring, one does not fall ill in the neck; in midsummer, one does not fall ill in the chest and flanks; in long summer, one does not fall ill in the cold and phlegm; in autumn, one does not fall ill in the cold and phlegm; and in winter, one does not fall ill in the sore throat or in the pool, but sweats. Essence is the foundation of one's body. Therefore, those who store in essence will not fall ill with warmth in spring. Those who do not sweat in summer will suffer from malaria in autumn. This is the method of connecting a thousand people. Therefore, the day: there is Yin within Yin and Yang within Yang. From dawn to noon, it is the Yang of the sky, the Yang within Yang. From noon to dusk, it is the Yang of the sky, the Yin within Yang. From the end of the night until the rooster crows, the sky is overcast, the most overcast of overcasts. When the rooster crows until dawn, it is the Yin of the sky, the Yang within the Yin. Therefore, people should do the same. When it comes to the Yin and Yang of a person, the outside is Yang and the inside is Yin. When it comes to the Yin and Yang of the human body, the back is Yang and the abdomen is Yin. When it comes to the Yin and Yang in the human body's internal organs, the "zang" is Yin and the "fu" is Yang. The five internal organs of the liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys are all Yin, while the six internal organs of the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and triple burner are all Yang. So, what is it that one desires to understand the Yin within and the Yang within? Winter diseases are caused by Yin, summer diseases by Yang, spring diseases by Yin, and autumn diseases by Yang. Depending on their location, it is called the stone for needling. Therefore, the back is Yang, the Yang within Yang, the heart. The back is Yang, and the Yin within Yang is the lung. The abdomen is Yin, the Yin within Yin, and it is also the kidney. The abdomen is Yin, the Yang within Yin, and it is the liver. The abdomen is Yin, the manifestation of Yin within Yin, and it is the spleen. All of this is Yin and Yang. The exterior and interior, the inside and outside, and the male and female complement each other, thus responding to the Yin and Yang of heaven. Emperor's Day: The Five Storehouses correspond to the four seasons. Are they each received? Qibo Day: Yes. The blue color of the east enters the liver and opens into the eyes. It stores essence in the liver. When it occurs, it is terrifying. It tastes sour. It is similar to plants, chickens, grains and wheat. It corresponds to the four seasons. The star of the year is above, indicating that the spring energy is in the head. Its sound is horn. The number is eight, indicating that the disease is in the tendons. It has a foul smell. The red color of the south is connected to the heart, opens into the ears, and stores essence in the heart. Therefore, diseases occur in the five internal organs. It has a bitter taste, is similar to fire, corresponds to sheep, grains and millet, and is associated with the four seasons. The upper part is the glow star, which indicates that the disease is in the pulse. Its sound is faint, the number is seven, and it has a burnt smell. The center is yellow. It is connected to the spleen and opens into the mouth. It stores essence in the spleen, so the disease is at the root of the tongue. Its taste is sweet. It is similar to earth. It is used for cattle and grains. It corresponds to the four seasons. The star above it is the star guard, so it can be known that the disease is in the flesh. Its sound is palace and its number is five. Its stench and fragrance. The western white color is connected to the lungs and opens into the nose. It stores essence in the lungs, so diseases often occur on the back. It has a pungent taste and is similar to metal. It corresponds to livestock and horses, grains and rice, and the four seasons. The star above it is the White Star, which indicates that diseases often occur on the skin and hair. It has a green merchant, a number nine, and a foul gallbladder. The black color of the north is connected to the kidneys and opens into the two Yin organs. It stores essence in the kidneys, so diseases occur in the dark. Its taste is pungent, similar to water, and its smell is like that of grains and beans. It corresponds to the four seasons, and above it is the star of the morning, which indicates that the disease is in the bones. Its sound is mellow, its number is six, and it has a foul smell. Therefore, those who are good at diagnosing the pulse should carefully examine the five Treasuries and six mansions, one reverse and one subordinate, the records of Yin and Yang, exterior and interior, male and female, the intention of concealing, and the essence of the heart. They should not teach or impart to others unless they are the person or the truth. This is what is called attaining the Tao.
