The Theory of Anger Reaching the Heavens

#Taoist classics ·2022-08-20 23:32:13

The Yellow Emperor said, "Since ancient times, those who have reached the heavens are the foundation of life, rooted in Yin and Yang." Between heaven and earth, within the six harmonies, the qi of the nine provinces and islands, the nine orifices, the five storehouses and the twelve joints all connect with the weather. If the birth is five and the qi is three, and if these are violated, the evil qi will harm people. This is the foundation of one's lifespan. The energy of the blue sky, when pure, governs the will and will. When it is followed, the Yang energy is consolidated. Even if there are thieves and evil spirits, they cannot harm it. This is due to the sequence of The Times. Therefore, the sage transmits the spirit, ADAPTS to the weather, and communicates with the divine. If this is lost, the nine orifices inside will be closed, the muscles outside will be empty, and the defensive qi will disperse. This is called self-harm, the reduction of qi. The Yang energy is like the sky and the sun; if it loses its proper place, its lifespan will be shortened and it will not be prominent. Therefore, the celestial fortune should be illuminated by the sun, for this is why Yang thus ascends to protect the outside. Due to the cold, one's desires are like the pivot of the pivot, daily life is like being startled, and the spirit becomes restless. Due to the heat, one sweats. When agitated, one whets and drinks; when still, one talks a lot. The body feels like charcoal being spread, and the sweat dissipates. Due to dampness, the head feels wrapped up, damp-heat does not subside, large tendons and lumps are short, small tendons are loose and long, short sleep is constricted, loose and long is repeated. Due to qi, it becomes swollen. The four dimensions alternate, and the Yang qi is exhausted. The Yang energy, when agitated and exhausted, expands, becomes extremely concentrated, and accumulates in summer, causing people to feel drowsy and dizzy. Blind eyes cannot see, closed ears cannot hear. It is as if it were broken, and tears cannot stop. For those with Yang qi, when they are extremely angry, their physical and mental energy will be completely destroyed, and blood will flow upwards, causing a person to faint. If there is an injury to the tendons, even if it is longitudinal, it cannot be tolerated. Sweat that is too cold makes a person parched. When sweating leads to dampness, acne and itching occur. The incident at Gaoliang led to the emergence of Da Ding, who endured it as if he were in a state of emptiness. Excessive sweating is like wind, coldness and thinness are like a blanket, and depression leads to acne. Yang qi, when it is essence, nourishes the spirit; when it is gentle, it nourishes the tendons. If the valve cannot be opened, the cold air will come in and the building will grow. The sunken pulse is a disease that lingers on the fleshy thigh. Yu Qi Qi was thin, which was said to be a source of fear and astonishment. When the ying qi does not follow and goes against the texture of the flesh, abscesses and swellings will occur. The sweat on the soul has not completely subsided, the body is weak and the qi is bright. The acupoints are closed, and malaria occurs. Therefore, wind is the origin of all diseases. When one is calm, the flesh 腠 closes and resists. Even with the harsh and toxic wind, it cannot cause harm. This is due to the sequence of the seasons. Therefore, if a disease persists for a long time, it will spread and transform, and the upper and lower parts will not be in harmony, making it impossible for a good doctor to perform. Therefore, when Yang energy accumulates and leads to death, the Yang energy should be blocked. When it is blocked, it will be drained. If it is not treated promptly and properly, it will eventually be defeated. ① Chi: One original work. "Drag". The same below. Therefore, the Yang energy governs the outside during the day. At dawn, the human body is active; at noon, the Yang energy is strong; and in the west, the Yang energy is weak and the qi gate is closed. Therefore, in the evening, I retreat and refuse, without disturbing my muscles and bones, and without seeing the mist and dew. When these three situations are reversed, the form becomes weak and thin. Qi Bo said: "Yin is the state that stores essence and gives rise to urgency." Yang is to defend the exterior and maintain stability. When Yin cannot overcome Yang, the pulse will become thin and rapid, and then madness will occur. When Yang cannot overcome Yin, the qi of the five internal organs will contend and the nine orifices will be blocked. Therefore, the sage regulates Yin and Yang, harmonizes the tendons and meridians, strengthens the bone marrow, and ensures the smooth flow of qi and blood. In this way, the internal and external aspects are in harmony, evil cannot harm, the ears and eyes are intelligent, and the qi remains as it was before. When the wind invades the lewd energy, the essence is destroyed, and evil harms the liver. Therefore, when one eats too much, the tendons and meridians become transverse, and the intestines 澼 are hemorrhoids. Therefore, if one drinks excessively, the qi will become rebellious. Therefore, excessive strength leads to damage of kidney qi and destruction of bones. All the essentials of Yin and Yang are essential. When Yang is dense, it is stable. If the two are not in harmony, it is like spring without autumn and winter without summer. Therefore, when they are in harmony, it is called sainthood. Therefore, when Yang is strong, it cannot be concealed; when Yin is balanced, Yang is in harmony; when the spirit is in order; when Yin and Yang are separated, the essence and energy are exhausted. Due to the exposure to the wind, chills and fever arise. Therefore, when one is injured by the wind in spring and the pathogenic factors remain, it is called "cave leakage". Summer injury caused by heat, autumn is 痎 malaria. In autumn, due to dryness and dampness, the body ascends and coughs, leading to atrophy and fainting. Those who suffer from cold in winter will surely fall ill with warm diseases in spring. The energy of the four seasons harms the five internal organs even more. The origin of Yin lies in the five flavors, and the five senses of Yin are harmed by the five flavors. Therefore, if the taste is too sour, the liver qi will regulate it, and the spleen qi will be exhausted. The taste is too salty, causing weakness in the bones, shortness of breath, and depression in the heart. The taste is overly sweet, the heart is filled with shortness of breath, the complexion is dark, and the kidney qi is unbalanced. If the taste is too plain, the spleen qi will not be virtuous and the stomach qi will be thick. If the taste is too pungent, the tendons and meridians will become sluggish and the spirit will become weak. Therefore, by carefully harmonizing the five flavors, the bones will be upright and the tendons flexible, the qi and blood will flow smoothly, and the principles will be enriched and dense. In this way, the bones and qi will be refined, and the path will be followed in accordance with the Dharma, ensuring one's destiny.
