The Yellow Emperor asked, "The Great Yin and Yang are the exterior and interior, the spleen and stomach, and the meridians. Why do they change when one is ill?" Qi Bo's confrontation with the Sun: Yin and Yang are in different positions, more deficient and more abundant, more contrary and more subordinate. They may originate from within or from outside, and the causes are different, thus the diseases have different names. Emperor's Day: I wish to hear of his unusual behavior. The Qi Bo Day: It is Yang and represents the weather, governing the exterior. Yin is the energy of the earth, within the earth. Therefore, the Yang Dao is excessive while the vagina is deficient. Therefore, when one is afflicted with the evil wind and deficiency, the Yang will be affected. Those who do not eat or drink in moderation and have irregular daily routines will suffer from Yin. When Yang energy is received, it enters the six Treasuries; when Yin energy is received, it enters the five Treasuries. When entering the six mansions, one feels hot and often lies down, with shortness of breath above. When the abdomen is full and blocked, the lower part becomes food and diarrhea. If it persists for a long time, the intestines will spread out. Therefore, the throat governs the weather and the pharynx governs the earth's qi. Therefore, Yang is affected by wind and Yin by dampness. Therefore, the clear qi rises from the feet to the head, and then descends along the arms to the fingertips. The Yang energy flows from the hands to the head and then descends to the armpits: the original work is "ye", modified from the Korean engraved version and the "Yi Jing". The same below. ② Gan: Originally, this character did not exist. Guard the main area of the mountain pavilion. We have reached our destination. Therefore, those with Tian Yang disease ascend to the extreme and descend, while those with Ming disease descend to the extreme and ascend. Therefore, those who are injured by the wind are the first to be affected. For those injured by dampness, the lower part of the body should be affected first. The emperor said, "If the card is ill, why not use the four branches?" Qi Bo said: All four branches receive qi from the stomach but cannot reach the meridians. It is only because of the spleen that they can receive qi. Nowadays, when the spleen is diseased, it cannot circulate the body fluids of the stomach. The four branches cannot receive the qi of water and food, and the qi gradually weakens. The meridians are not in good condition, and the tendons, bones and muscles have no qi to generate. Therefore, it is not used. Emperor's Day: When is the card no longer in control? Qi Bo said: The spleen is the element of earth and governs the center. It is usually governed by four seasons and four storage periods, each lasting for eighteen days. It cannot be governed solely by the seasons. The spleen stores the essence of the earth in the stomach. Earth gives birth to all things and follows the laws of heaven and earth. Therefore, from top to bottom, from the head to the feet, it does not control the time. The emperor said, "The spleen and the stomach are connected by a membrane. How can it carry its body fluids?" The Qi Bo Day: The Foot Taiyin is one of the three Yin. Its meridian runs through the stomach and belongs to the spleen and the gills. It enlarges the Yin and promotes the circulation of qi among the three Yin. Wang Yangming is the manifestation, the sea of the five storehouses and six prefectures, and also serves to circulate the qi in the Three Yang. The Tibetan organs each receive qi from Yangming due to their meridians, so the stomach circulates its body fluids. If the four branches do not absorb the energy of water and food, they will gradually decline over time. The vagina will be in poor condition, and the tendons, bones and muscles will lack energy to grow. Therefore, they should not be used.
