The plaque of "Fuzhen Temple" is a horizontal wooden inscription in a flat style, written in clerical script, with black background and golden characters. The plaque is one meter high and 2.4 meters wide, and was created by a folk believer. In the 32nd year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, it was presented by the believers of the Langhe Taishan Temple in the south of Junzhou City, Hubei Province.
