Wing Chun is one of the southern martial arts in China and was popular in Guangdong and Fujian in its early years. The main forms of boxing include three sets of boxing routines: Xiaonianli, Xunqiao and Biaozhi, as well as the wooden dummy pole. It is a kind of boxing technique that combines internal martial arts and close combat. It is based on actual combat and is characterized by diverse moves, flexible application, elastic punches, short Bridges and narrow horses, and the ability to release inch power. It is marked by techniques such as large side dodge, small pitch and pitch, tilling, blocking and spreading the shoulder, touching, swinging and rolling, observing the posture and remembering it well, bending the hand and keeping it in the middle, as well as the body and footwork of lapping, intercepting, sinking, marking, shoulder, wrist and finger, sticking, touching, ironing and swinging, stealing and leaking, and the "two-character pincer on the Yang horse". An internal martial art that relies on the sensitive sensation of the skin on the hand bridge to exert every inch of force. The Wing Chun school of Foshan is passed down by Mr. Leung Zan. Due to the strict recruitment of disciples in Wing Chun, which is easy to learn but difficult to master, there are not many disciples who can truly master it. Thanks to Mr. Leung Zan's lifelong efforts, Wing Chun has been able to develop in the Foshan area. All the disciples under the sect have been working hard to carry forward the tradition, and Bruce Lee, the martial arts sage of his generation, is a model for the sect.
