Tongzi Gong, also known as Tongzi Gong, is an ancient secret internal martial art passed down through generations. It has simple movements, is easy to learn and practice, and has a very significant effect on strengthening the kidneys and enhancing Yang, strengthening the body, enhancing internal qi, especially the qi in the dantian, and resisting external forces. This exercise particularly focuses on the cultivation of internal organ functions. During practice, the movements are guided by consciousness.
