Outside the Imperial Scripture Hall of Taihe Palace

In front of the Imperial Scripture Hall, there is a small courtyard, which is slightly narrow but small and ancient. The steep stone steps on the left lead directly to the worship hall and are the passage to the Golden Summit. Next to the stone steps, there is a copper flagpole, which is the only well-preserved flagpole on Wudang Mountain at present. The road on the right leads to the pilgrimage gate and the ancient sacred path, which was a must-pass route for mountain pilgrimages and incense offerings during the Ming Dynasty.
