1. Don't eat the meat of diseased or dead livestock. Dead livestock are most likely to cause Salmonella food poisoning in humans, leading to symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, and general body aches. 2. Do not eat chicken or duck meat with lumps. According to the statistics of the food hygiene department, in diseased poultry with tumors, Marek's disease and leukemia are often detected. Eating such chicken and duck is not good for health. 3. Don't eat rotten eggs. Rotten eggs and duck eggs are the result of microorganisms entering the eggs to grow and multiply, causing the original components inside the eggs to completely disintegrate and spoil. The spoilage products inside these eggs may contain bacterial toxins, mycotoxins, nitrite, amines and other substances, which are extremely detrimental to health. 4. Don't eat hatched eggs. If an egg fails to hatch, it is called a "dead embryo egg". Such a dead embryo egg is very easy to be contaminated by bacteria. According to tests, almost 100% of stillborn eggs were found to contain Escherichia coli, and in some cases, Staphylococcus, Salmonella typhi, Proteus and other bacteria were also detected. If people eat these rotten and bacteria-laden hatched eggs and do not heat them thoroughly, they are very likely to suffer from food poisoning and other diseases.
