#Health-preserving ·2022-08-20 23:32:13

The mnemonic: Close your eyes and sit quietly, hold your grip firmly and meditate on your mind. Clench your teeth thirty-six times and embrace Kunlun with both hands. The heavenly drums sound left and right, and the sound is heard at twenty-four degrees. Shake the celestial pillar slightly. The red dragon stirs the water, fills its mouth with thirty-six mouthfuls of divine water. Swallow three times in one gulp, and the dragon will run and the tiger will run. Hold your breath, rub your hands together to warm them up, and then rub your back to the back Jingmen. With this last breath, I wish to burn the navel chakra. Turn the left and right wheels. Stretch your feet out, cross your hands and support them loosely, then lower your head and climb your feet slowly. When the divine water arrives, rinse your mouth again and then swallow the saliva. Repeat this three times. Swallow the divine water nine times. There will be a gurgling sound after swallowing, and all the meridians will be naturally balanced. After the river cart was transported, I felt like burning myself. The gold bar is divided into twelve sections, moving from the end of the day to the beginning of the day. If one acts diligently without interruption, all diseases will turn to dust. Cultivation method: The first section of the brocade: Sit with your eyes closed and your mind meditating, hold your grip firmly and meditate quietly. Method: Sit cross-legged on a cushion (or a large square stool or bed), gently close your eyes, lick the upper palate with your tongue, clear your mind of distractions, and regulate your breath (quietly and soundly) for 10 minutes. The sitting posture requires the body to be upright (with a straight spine and no weak waist), and the body should not lean backward. Note: Grip is a posture of the hand in the practice of Qigong. The way to hold it firmly is to bend the thumb under the four little fingers, or pinch the middle joint of the middle finger with the big finger, and bring all four fingers together in the palm. Quiet reflection: It is to think quietly and calm one's mind, keeping it from wandering. The second piece of brocade: Clenching teeth thirty-six times, holding Kunlun with both hands. Method: Clasp the upper and lower teeth together thirty-six times, which has the function of strengthening the teeth. "Kunlun" refers to the part of the fingers. With the ten fingers of both hands interlocked, hold the back of the head (at this time, the palms of both hands tightly cover the ears). Take nine breaths, with your breath slightly still and not making a sound (do it simultaneously with clenching your teeth). The third section of brocade: The heavenly drums are resounded left and right, and the sound is heard at twenty-four degrees. Method: After completing the above pose, breathe 9 times. Lower the crossed hand, cover both palms with the ears, place the index finger on top of the middle finger and then slide down with force, hitting the back of the head as if beating a drum (this is the Qigong term "beating the Heavenly Drum"). Strike both fingers simultaneously 24 times. The fourth piece of brocade: Slightly swaying the celestial pillar. Method: Lower your head, twist your neck and look left and right, and swing your shoulders left and right at the same time, 24 times each. Youdaoplaceholder6 Note: The "Tianzhu" refers to the back of the neck, and the cervical vertebrae are collectively called "Tianzhu bones". The fifth section of brocade: The red dragon stirs the water's saliva, and the mouth is filled with the divine water evenly. Swallow three times in one gulp, and the dragon will run and the tiger will run. Method: Stir your tongue up, down, left and right in your mouth to generate body fluids. Then, rinse your mouth thirty-six times, divided into three times and swallow, making a gurgling sound. Note: Divine water - body fluids; Red dragon - Tongue. The sixth section of the brocade: Hold your breath, rub your hands together to warm them up, and then rub your back to the back Jingmen. <s:1> Method: Take a deep breath, hold without exhaling, rub your hands together until they are warm, then quickly separate and rub the "jingmen" at the back. While rubbing, exhale. Repeat this 26 times. After completing, withdraw your hands and hold firmly. Youdaoplaceholder0 Note: Jingmen is the soft area on both sides of the lower back - kidney 腧. The seventh brocade: With this last breath, I wish to burn the navel chakra. Method: Inhale and hold your breath. Use your mind to guide this qi downward to the Shenzhuo point. When you feel the Shenzhuo point warm, slowly release the qi through your nose. Repeat this 21 times. Note: The Shenzhuo point refers to the navel and also generally means the lower dantian. The dantian is not a single point. But it is a patch, a region. Guide by intention, that is, the hidden meaning in one's heart. For beginners who have difficulty moving their qi, they can point their fingers below the navel to enhance the conditioned reflex. With prolonged practice, the qi will naturally move downward. The eighth section of brocade: The left and right windlasses turn. <s:1> Method: Bend your arms. First, rotate your left hand with your shoulder in a circular motion (in the form of a windlass) thirty-six times, and then do the same with your right hand. The ninth section of the brocade: Stretch and relax your feet, cross your hands and support them loosely. Youdaoplaceholder5 Method: Extend your feet naturally forward, cross your fingers and place your palms upward. When lifting, apply force as if lifting a heavy object upwards. After lifting, lower it slowly and tuck it in front of your forehead. Repeat this process for 9 times. The tenth piece of brocade: Bowing the head and climbing the feet. <s:1> Method: Extend both hands forward, grasp both feet, and forcefully pull. While pulling, lean your body forward and lower your head. Repeat 12 times. After completing, still sit cross-legged with your legs in and your hands firmly in place. This posture stretches the tendons and bones, strengthens the waist and invigorates the kidneys. The eleventh brocade: When the divine water arrives, rinse your mouth and swallow the saliva again. This is repeated three times. Swallow the divine water nine times. When swallowed, it makes a gurgling sound, and all the meridians will be self-regulated. Method: Place your tongue against the upper palate, close your eyes and sit still. When your mouth is filled with saliva, rinse your mouth 36 times and swallow it six times. The last time was once (that is, the fifth section of the brocade), and this time it was twice. Therefore, it is said: "After completing these three times, the divine water will be swallowed nine times." The twelfth brocade: After the river cart was transported, I wanted to set my body on fire. The gold bar is divided into twelve sections, moving from the end of the day to the beginning of the day. If one acts diligently without interruption, all diseases will turn to dust. Youdaoplaceholder7 method: When you first practice this exercise, the sensation of heat below the navel in the dantian is not obvious. Generally, after practicing for a hundred days, you will have a distinct feeling. At this point, a heat mass has truly formed, not just a thought. Guide this heat downward, passing through the Huiyin point, the coccyx point, along the back to rise to the Mingmen point on the waist, and then to the back, the back of the head (Yuzhen point), and the top of the head (Baihui point). Then it follows the temples, passes in front of the ears, the cheeks, descends to the throat, the heart pit (the middle of the muttony stroke), and then goes down to the Shenzhu point, and returns to the lower dantian. Imagine this mass of hot air burning your body like a fire. Wherever you go, the heat spreads there. With each inhalation and exhalation, you can imagine the heat rising from the front to the back, ascending to the top of your head, and then descending along the Ren Meridian, completing a cycle. When you first practice this last pose, each session lasts for 5 to 10 minutes. As your skills gradually improve, the time will naturally increase. Sit as long as you can. If you really can't sit still anymore, stop practicing, slowly open your eyes, sit down, and take a few minutes of walking. Then you'll finish all the practice. Finally, it is reminded to those who practice this exercise that they should not practice on the evening of the 30th day of the lunar month. Their diet should be light and nutritious. If they feel hungry after practicing at night, they should have something to eat. Before practicing, they should relieve themselves and unbutton their belts during the practice. In addition, it is not advisable to wash your face or feet after practicing martial arts (you can do so before practicing). Note: The above article is kindly provided by "Xianxue Network".
