An anonymous person bestowed upon Tianshuizi the record that Pei Minyi received from Xiao Gen Shi and redefined it as "thus", which is considered to be the method of instruction. It's called "I", a self-description by an anonymous person. It is said that "hearing" clearly indicates that it is obtained through oral instruction. To impart the Dharma while keeping one's surname hidden, to have a noble character and a humble aspiration. If one acquires the essence of stillness and savors it thoroughly, the path to immortality and humanity will be revealed clearly. In the compilation, it is repeatedly cited as my ancestor, Li Weng, who made clay pills. It is suspected that the compilation was dictated by Chen Weng from Western Sichuan. It is a pity that the revised version is by no means a record of celestial beings and sailors. Therefore, there are many fish and Lu. It is a revised version for the purpose of calming the mind and body, and it is for the sake of our family. On the day of GUI Si of the Daoguang reign, the young scholar Min Yide, who was carefully inscribed on Jin Gai, wrote a book titled "Hidden Tower Golden Pill", explaining that the essence of Golden Pill lies entirely in calming one's mind. If one is not calm and composed, one's mind will be confused and it will be difficult to regulate the true breath. It cannot rest, and there is an innate 炁 hidden in its body. If the three talents truly 炁, no friend will fail to return, and there is no nourishment in practice, how can medicine be produced? Therefore, when encountering matters, one should control one's mind. Whenever there is something to do, one should let nature take its course. If the matter has not yet come, one should not give rise to thoughts. If things have passed, they will melt like ice. Keep this mind always free from distractions, and then the mind will be at peace. Stillness brings composure. With this, calm your mind, sit alone in a quiet room for a short while, cross your knees and hold them firmly, tuck in the curtain, reflect your light, observe your heart inwardly, keep your heart as if it were an infant, and sit upright with your heart at ease - what is meant by "sitting upright" is nothing more than silence. The term "existing like a baby" merely implies a mixture of internal and external impurities, lacking consciousness and ignorance. The so-called "settling the mind and letting go" is nothing more than the emptiness and clarity within it. If it is truly let go, it can only be perceived but not seen. If one adheres to the image with clay and text, one will fall into delusion and cannot be truly pure and quiet! By observing inwardly in accordance with the Dharma, one can see one's mind and act naturally, which is the true state of one's mind. "Kuang" refers to the "body", and the "body" is the "body of the Dao". Ni Fan said, "The Dao is inherently void, and the essence is inherently non-existent." Only when one has learned and understood this can one express one's heart, and the key to contemplation is achieved! Without attaining the true state, if one only has no thoughts of oneself, one will surely feel that the breath of the nose is as if it did not exist, and the breath will return to the navel of the heart, thus creating the true state. Only when it is in the right place can one return to the sea with one's will - the sea is the original sea. When one returns to the sea with pure thoughts, the fetus will also rest, and only then can one raise and open one's mind greatly. It is with my true spirit and my true energy that I am unable to open. How could there be any obstruction? And the law is only revealed through the mind. At this time, the fire in the Kun fire flared up, the two kidney decoctions were decocted, the heart fluid was poured down, the Yin of the sea transformed into Yang, rising vigorously, breaking through the tail and the double pass of the spine, second only to the Fengfu, and ascending to the Kunlun Mountains. The reason for its effectiveness lies in the fact that the spirit was wandering in the water abode, yet it was intent on welcoming the prosperity of the Yuan Dynasty. It could not be said to be the harmonious development of heaven and man - the name in the alchemy book is "Xuan Ying". To nourish with milk, to warm and nourish, and so on, it is said that the spirit condenses the fetus, one grain after another - the mud pill family called it "self-deception". Scholars must be cautious about this. It is the distinction between the true and the illusory of the golden elixir. How can it be neglected? The Dharma master has three checkpoints in his body: the coccyx, the ridge, and the jade pillow. The coccyx is located at the end of the ridge. This pass is internally connected to the kidney orifices. From here, a path of the marrow opens up and is called Caoxi, also known as the Yellow River. According to the human path, it is called the Governor Vessel, and the orifice is called the Black Path. It runs straight from the double Pass on the spine to the back of the head, which is called the Jade Pillow Pass. It is also called the Iron Wall because the orifice here is small and the pass is firm, thus it has this name. When the circulation penetrates the orifices and reaches the brain, it is called "zhengtong". It seems not impossible to descend over the ridge, but it is a celestial path where the two energies converge to the yellow, which is far beyond what beginners can achieve 躐等. If one commits or violates it, it will eventually lead to the intrusion of others, causing endless harm. Therefore, one must resolutely refrain from it. This immortal path, after ascending from the front sea of Lu, has a orifice in it that ascends directly to the top, penetrates to the skull, remains and melts, and then descends directly into the sea of qi. Some follow the Ren meridian down, some stay in the Yellow River of the Jiangque, and all return to the sea of Qi. Let nature take its course, neither forget nor assist. Ancient sages all called it the sacred skill of transformation. The subtleties involved cannot be summed up in a few words. If one follows the underworld, one must pass three tests. Among the three passes, each has a bridal chamber, which is the abode of the gods and where all kinds of life forms reside. Therefore, they are named Ueda Kamiya, Nakata Kamiya and Shimoda Kamiya. The upper field is called "mud balls", the middle field is called "earth cauldrons", and the lower field is called "flower pools". Within an area of one cun and two fen around Shangtian, there is a vacant acupoint, which is the place where the spirit is hidden. The acupoint is located three cun in the middle between the eyebrows. The area between the eyebrows is the Heavenly Gate. One inch inside is the Bright Hall, one inch further in is the bridal chamber, and one inch further up is the clay ball. These are the three palaces of the upper field. Below the center of the eyebrows is called the nasal pillar, which contains a golden bridge. There are two orifices below it, leading to the mouth and throat, and they are called the magpie Bridge. The cover throat has two tubes, an inner one and an outer one. The outer one is a hard throat, called the trachea, which is the throat through which qi enters and exits. There is a soft throat inside, which is called the esophagus. It is the throat through which food and drink pass through the diaphragm and enter the stomach. Its trachea has eleven sections, called Chonglou, which reach the lung orifices and the heart. There is a orifice beneath the heart, called the Crimson Palace, which is the place where dragons and tigers meet. Three inches straight down, six bedrooms. Yuan Ying lives on the left and Bai Yuan on the right. It is also an open point, with a radius of one cun and two fen inside, which is the place for storing 炁 and nourishing elixirs - up to about three cun and six fen behind the navel. Therefore, it is said that there are thirty-six in the sky and thirty-six on the earth, stretching 84,000 li from the sky to the earth. The human body, from the heart to the kidneys, has an area of 8.4 inches. The heart of heaven is 3.6 inches, the kidneys of earth are 3.6 inches, and Shen, Dan, and Tian are 1.2 inches. What else could it be but 8.4 inches? The navel gate is called the Sun Gate. It has seven orifices inside that connect to the outer kidney and is the orifice where essence and qi leak. The area right in front of the kidney behind the navel is called the Yanyue Furnace, also known as the Qi Sea. A little one and a half inches below is called Huachi, which is the lower dantian and the place for storing essence and gathering herbs - on the left there is Mingtang and the bridal chamber. It is also a false opening of one acupoint, with a radius of one cun and two fen. Here, two orifices connect to the inner kidney, and the middle one connects to the coccyx. The great gates and orifices that are both physical and mental are like this, and none of them can be regarded as mysterious. The Yang is called "xuan" and the Yin is called "pin". In short, it is called "Xuan Qiao". Not in the body but within it, the root of existence and non-existence, the nose of reality and emptiness, and the stem of Yin and Yang - Confucianism calls it Taiji, Taoism calls it Jindan, and Buddhism calls it Yuanjue. Only when the extreme is empty can it be revealed, when it is calm and firm can it be enlightened; when it is extremely difficult to imitate, it can be revealed, and when it is carried out, it can be enlightened. The method can only be directly cultivated and directly entered. It can be understood but not expressed in words. Therefore, all beyond this orifice, one can simply follow the previous method, hold firmly and calm the mind, reflect the light and illuminate it, wait for the breath to settle, and then express the intention randomly, flowing down like a spring. When the opportunity rises, it rises; when it stops, it stops. Then, it will naturally arise. It is said that it must rise to the external kidney, converge to the left, enter the storage qi sea through the seven orifices of the navel, descend from the lower field, and still return to the kidney residence. Turning the attack on the coccyx, the coccyx penetrates the spine, the pass breaks through the wall and enters the brain. Then, starting from the Ren Du meeting at the lower golden Bridge and entering the entrance, or slightly storing the Yinggang from the center of the eyebrows and the pillar of the nose, and converging it into the entrance - the entrance is the upper pool, both are suitable to be slightly stored in the upper pool. Then, passing through the tower, one reaches the gatehouse - the tower refers to a double tower, and the gatehouse refers to a small basin. This is truly the case. From the lingering palace to the breath - "Palace" refers to the crimson palace, and "breath" is the breath. It is said that "Xi xi" means that if there is no breath, it is the ultimate stillness, yet it is precisely the process of refining liquid and transforming into blood. There is a true situation here. The cool and refreshing energy fills the palace, and then it is distributed from the back of the heart to the two kidneys. After this heart is covered, two meridians are generated. From the meridians to the kidneys, blood naturally transforms into essence, and Yin generates Yang. The original heart and blood belong to the true Yin in meaning. The Dharma is only at the ultimate state of stillness, and the liquid is transformed into blood. This sacred step is indispensable; it is the last of ancient sages. There is a place in front of the gate, which nourishes the internal organs. Therefore, it is also necessary to moisten the meridians and harmonize the ying and wei qi. There is or behind the heart. When both are injected and released together, they naturally converge into the sea of qi, being cooked and refined. Therefore, essence is refined into qi, and when qi is abundant, it opens and closes, as if there were no Yin. However, all the above are natural and effortless, so the progress can be achieved without the slightest deviation or confusion. Follow the steps of merit and follow the way of humanity. When promoted, he follows the supervision; when demoted, he follows the responsibility. And Ren represents the equator, and Du represents the underworld. Lu Zu once said, "If you want to cultivate the path of immortality, you must first practice the human way." " It is also said, "If the human way is not cultivated, the path of immortality will be far away." Therefore, the Three Treasures of the body all belong to the later mortals, neither returning nor transforming, and will eventually cease to exist. However, whether it is ascending or descending, it is nothing but the impurities of the form, controlled by the consciousness and spirit, not converging and returning to the furnace. It often gets stuck at the key points, is sufficient to fill the yellow, attacks the taboo objects, and fails to guide and transform, causing no small disaster. The law lies only in guiding the qi with intention, eliminating the red and black paths, comforting the displaced at the gates, burning the lair of the bandits, and annihilating the bandits' followers. Therefore, there is the practice of crossing through the gate and breaking through the pass, as well as the sacred skill of calming the mind and stopping thoughts. Thus, it eliminates evil and pacifies the good, precisely to transform the future and return to the past. Therefore, there is the profound saying, "If you want to cultivate the path of immortality, you must first understand the human way." It is as if when a person's emotions are opened, the entrance is closed, the true essence body disappears, and all the entrances and exits gather together. The Yellow Path within the Yellow Sea, with the later mortal lurking, is bound to pacified the person. Therefore, there is the sharp rebuke that "If the way of humanity is not cultivated, the path of immortality will be far away." Unlike the World Learning and Enlightenment Society, the Niwa clan felt pity for it and thus expounded it in this way. This is the most essential key for beginners. Scholars must carefully reflect on it. However, the way of the human being, the key steps and techniques, are as clear as the palm of one's hand and seem easy to follow, but they are purely conditioned. Only by understanding the principles can one achieve them, but if they cannot be transformed, it is not the ultimate way; the way is perfect without a sun. How can it be complicated? Niwan said, "When learning this way, at the beginning, one should have a clear vision and keep everything in mind." Thus, all the key points of one's body, when raised, manifest through enlightenment; when entered, follow through; when stopped, release as it is; only emptiness remains non-existence; when continued, follow through the essence, follow through observation, and follow through non-existence; when finally, follow through without following, and eventually follow through without following. This is a false method. If it is a false following, when the time comes, the true opportunity will suddenly appear, and then one can follow the circumstances and proceed smoothly. The subtleties within are all clear in the heart. Only then can one recognize that its coming is not a shadow, and my adoption is not false. Return and preserve it, carrying life and transformation, sinking and floating. And the situation is not a false one. Keep silent to preserve it, and forget to condense it. The function of Jin Fan can be said to be limited to this." This is the holy secret of a thousand sages that never leaks. The Niwan family leaked it in the opening and closing of the discourse, which was a case of compassion for the world and the loss of the heart's transmission, breaking the taboo and leaking it. It is important to keep secrets and not just be cautious about passing them on. To obtain something but not do it, to do it but not diligently, are all desecration. The laws of heaven are truly terrifying. The mud ball said again, "The key points involved are indeed in place, and the findings obtained are indeed true conditions." Just like the sea of qi, when the time comes and the qi arrives, one feels the fire burning in the fields, the decoction of the two kidneys boiling, the dew sprinkling on Kunlun at the top, the spring gushing in the upper pool, the dew dripping cool, the crimson heart liquid surging, flowing and merging with the fire of Kun, the whole body being harmonized, and responding to it in the lower pool, the golden waves are clear and bright. When it pierces through the bone, it is like a snake crawling inside; once it penetrates the spine, it rises like a wheel. The pillow penetrates the brain, the sound is like the tide of the sea, the note is the continuation of the sound, and the bells and chimes are in harmony. In the past, the sweet rain was scattered, flowing like a pool, with a fragrant and sweet taste. When it reaches the area between the eyebrows, a feeling of tightness and distension occurs. At that moment, when the spirit entered my heart, the gates of heaven opened up, and I felt that all eighty-four thousand orifices and three hundred and sixty joints of my body burst open at once. This is what is called the opening of one orifice opens all the orifices, the opening of one major gate opens all the gates 欤! At this moment, let the mind guide the qi into the nasal pillar and the golden bridge, and you will feel the cool water filling the pool. Do not swallow with the mind; only swallow according to the flow, and the water will naturally flow into the lungs. If some children are rebellious, it is because they are used to going with the flow in daily life. Once they go against the flow, they will not obey. It is advisable to calm your mind and wait patiently. Soon, everything will go smoothly. Then this essence and energy naturally irrigate the five internal organs, not only reaching the stomach but also returning to the kidneys. Therefore, it is called "returning to the root". It moves from the kidney to the coccyx, then ascends from the coccyx to the niuwan, and descends from the niuwan to the Jianggong. Therefore, it is called "returning to life". From then on, if one keeps doing it for a long time without much effort, one can survive for a whole week. It is because one has come to understand the subtleties of the Wu movement. If one can often move silently while walking, standing, sitting or lying down, the essence and energy will flow and rotate within, and there will be no risk of leakage. Once the internal qi is transformed, the breath in the nose becomes faint. Moreover, the true qi of the three Elements enters through the nose and connects with the primordial qi of the kidney, blending with it and moving together with me from top to bottom and then back to top, naturally nourishing the true qi. This is precisely the case of "when a bamboo breaks, it needs to be replenished appropriately." This true energy is precisely the essence that has been transformed into true essence by melting the energy generated from our daily pursuit of grains. When essence is abundant, it naturally transforms into true qi; when qi is abundant, it naturally transforms into true spirit. These three fill the entire body, and the great medicine is produced by itself. Then, if you follow along and take it, you can also make your own elixir, but you will only get jade liquid! Why is that? If one starts purely from guiding and guiding, then what is opened up and born will not be the entrance or the orifice or the mysterious orifice. Therefore, what is produced comes from the physical body and not from the Dharma body. Thus, what is produced is innate in the body and acquired in the path. Due to the lack of understanding in worldly learning, some people falsely refer to the life gate, or to the clay pill, or to the mouth and nose, or to the upper and lower pools, believing it to be mysterious. Little do they know that these openings and connections are actually the mysterious female aspects of the physical body's form and existence, and the qi obtained from the universe is actually the visible existence and the perceptible non-existence in the universe. In the world, it is innate; in the Tao, it is acquired. Learning must be born from the Taiji, and only then can one be in harmony with heaven and earth. This true energy can only be obtained without being gnawed upon; it cannot be sought in one's mind. Ancient sages often gave sharp admonishments, but few gained enlightenment upon hearing them. However, without the false, the true cannot be created. Therefore, the historical records have elaborated on the steps of practice, not to reveal the true and expose the false. The essence of Lady Jin Dan was Yin throughout her body, but this innate energy was Yang. With just one sound, she fell into the sea of energy in the fields. This is the sea. The left side is Yang and the right side is Yin. It is a supreme shadow. Therefore, it is also called the mysterious female. But after all, it's my husband's later life. How dare I say it's not a shadow! A shadow becomes a shadow. How dare it be called golden elixir? To understand the five internal organs and six viscera, as well as the essence, qi and blood, all are not true Yang. This innate qi is not the air that is inhaled in a false breath, nor is it formless or perceptible. Therefore, Mr. Wuzhen believed that it is visible but not usable, and usable but not visible. Before this body is exposed to the qi, it is first exposed to this thing in the mother's womb. After receiving this object, two kidneys are born, followed by two eyes. From this, the heart, liver, lungs, spleen, nine orifices, a hundred bones and four limbs are born, and the human body is complete. From then on, everything came into being, just like a small world. And people follow the flow, not knowing to return, thus experiencing birth, aging, illness and death. The philosopher, out of compassion for him, pointed out the key to the practice of fasting the heart: When the heart is sincere, it becomes dry and the body becomes Kun. But when it is detached from the heart, mercury will naturally emerge. If the Kan position is in the kidney and there is lead, it will cause birth. Among them, there is the Orifice of the Sun and the Life Gate. To the south is the Yellow Court, and to the north is the Yuan Dynasty. Ancient sages have elaborated on this, saying that the qi in this middle is the great medicine. In terms of the individual, the life gate is a single orifice, with Yang on the left and Yin on the right. It possesses the mysterious shadow of the Taiji and the mysterious female. Not only does it integrate all the qi in one body, but it is also in harmony with the mysterious female of heaven and earth. And the reason why people often suffer from separation is that they lack true intention and are distracted by thoughts. Therefore, for all those engaged in immortality, it is only at the gate of life, remaining silent and unchanging. When the time comes, the opportunity follows. Ascending and descending, moving and stopping, let nature take its course. Do not forget or assist. After a few weeks, fortune will be complete. First, it will return to first; then, it will return to last. Without the need for guidance, it will return on its own. If one can follow through without slackening, and eventually return to the past, narcissus is a must. In front of the life gate lies the sea of Qi, and behind it is the coccyx. The coccyx bone has a orifice, and the main meridian of Ren Du penetrates. After passing through the orifice, it becomes transparent, which is called following the governor. Passing through the ridge to reach the pass, he would gather at the Feng Mansion, pay homage to the mud pill, then descend from the mud pill to the Ming hall, open the heavenly Gate, pass through the nose pillar, descend from the magpie bridge, and be combined with the upper pool. Together, they would go down the double tower and reach the Jiangque gate, where they would be transformed and released back to the lower pool, mixed with mercury and put into the furnace. Then, he would stir it in the middle with the help of the tuo 龠. This is called the great pottery and great smelting, which is called the ultimate human effort. After this, one can ascend from the front of Haihou Lu - the Xu point, which is called Guihuang. Because of this point, the Heavenly Pass of the Yellow Path and the general support of celestial immortals, it is inherited and timely formed, thus becoming the holy fetus. Thus, there are various theories about breastfeeding, nurturing, and so on. One should study them carefully and prudently so as to reach the time when the fetus is about to be born. However, there is also a saying that learning must be done by oneself! If the waves of Menglang arise, the disaster will be no small matter. If one does not initially apply, then continuously apply, and eventually apply the mysterious formula, or the formula of Zugai imitating his husband's accumulation of years and the gathering of the moon, and follows it step by step, one will eventually reach maturity. Learning merely follows the essence of the Tao, exists but does not exist, perceives but does not cling, follows the state of stillness and movement, and then passes through the key points, creating the mysterious and the enigmatic. What else could there be for the subsequent gains and impurities, and what ordinary things could not be transformed? Sure, I'll go. Since the birth of the fetus was extraordinary, there has been no situation that is not true. And when the infant enters and exits, there is no place, far or near, high or low, which is better than descending to the mortal world!
