When getting up from sleep in the bright morning, sit upright, focus your mind, touch the upper palate with your tongue, close your mouth and regulate your breathing. Body fluids will naturally rise and gradually fill your mouth. Do this three times and send them down with your mind. If one persists in doing so for a long time, the pathogenic fire in the five internal organs will not be intense, the qi and blood in the limbs will flow smoothly, various diseases will not occur, long-term troubles will be eliminated, and one will not decline in old age. The formula is that the body fluids frequently generate at the tip of the tongue, and are usually swallowed down to the dantian. The mouth is smooth and beautiful without any stagnation. After a hundred days of practice, one can maintain a youthful appearance. At the hour of Zi Wu in Chang 'an, when the fire starts, imagine that the true fire begins from the Yongquan point. It first travels from the left foot to the jade pillow, passes through the mud balls, and descends into the dantian, three times. Start from the right foot and do it three times as well. Start from the coccyx and walk three more times. When one becomes proficient over a long period of time, all the meridians will flow smoothly, the five internal organs will be free from stagnation, the limbs will be healthy and all the bones will be in good condition. The key is that the Yang fire must rise from below, and the Yin talisman descends from the Yellow Court, flowing ceaselessly and maintaining the spirit. This is the true Great Refinement form. When dreams are lost and the golden cabinet is about to move, the fire ignites; when the fire ignites, the spirit weakens; when the spirit weakens, the essence becomes slippery and dreams are lost. When sleeping and waking up, regulate your breath and mind. Rub your navel with your left hand and do the same with your right hand. Then rub your flanks with both hands, shake the Qixi Festival, inhale the breath and hold it in your dantian. Hold it firmly for a long time before stopping. Bend your feet and lie on your side. You will never get lost. The key is that the spirit is slippery, the mind is exhausted, and the desire is intense. Losing it in dreams can cause harm to life. There is a key that you must remember when rubbing and rubbing. Eliminating desires and greed is the best way. In the midst of a hundred worries while guarding the Jade Pass, all things toil on the body, thus leading to decline. To regain youth, one must have a golden elixir, but how could such an elixir be easily obtained! Those who are good at nurturing life, whether walking, standing, sitting or lying down, remain focused without distraction, firmly hold onto the dantian, silently circulate their vital energy, and penetrate the three passes. Naturally, they will generate essence and vitality, and thus their bodies can be strong and their old age can be enduring. The key is that there are different ways to support the elderly and the weak. There is no need to seek Yin and Yang outside the body. Keep the jade Pass and the eternal silence. With abundant energy and a complete spirit, one will enjoy a longer life. The accumulation of phlegm and qi can be caused by food or qi. If it persists for a long time, it will damage the spleen and stomach and be difficult to treat with medicine. It is best to control one's diet, avoid anger and resentment, and prevent accumulation. The patient should stand upright, close their breath and move their chest and abdomen. When their breath is full, they should exhale slowly. If you do this five or seven times, you will be able to stop quickly. The rule is that when qi is stagnant and the spleen is weak, food cannot be digested, and the feeling of fullness and oppression in the chest is the most difficult to regulate. Gently blowing the drum will lead to a smooth and unobstructed flow, and the body will be at ease after the illness. Do not overwork for a long time. When one's vital energy is weak and deficient in treating typhoid fever, 腠理 is not dense, leading to wind-cold and sadness. The patient sits upright with cross-legged feet, tightly holding the outer kidney with both hands, closing the mouth and breathing, imagining that the true qi rises from the coccyx, passes through the spine, penetrates the mud pill, and expels the pathogenic qi. Lower your head and bend down as if prostration, without any restrictions on the number of times, until sweat breaks out, and the illness will be cured. The instructions are as follows: Sit in the lotus position facing the cushion, hold the scrotum with your mind focused, and knead your head three or five times with your breath. This will immediately ease your cold and illness. If there is any disease in the teeth, it is due to the heat of the spleen and stomach. Every morning when you wake up, tap your teeth thirty-six times and stir your tongue above the gums. No matter how many times you do it, when the saliva fills your mouth, you can swallow it. Do it three times before stopping. Whenever one defecates, keep one's mouth closed and teeth clenched. Only after the defecation is complete will there be no tooth disease. The saying goes, "When the heat reaches its peak, one's teeth become restless. In the morning, when one taps and washes their mouth, they feel drowsy. If taught to use it, there will be no problem. Even in old age, one can recover." If one's hair is not combed properly and one overthinks, one's spirit will be exhausted, qi will be weak and blood will deteriorate, leading to exhaustion. At the hour of Zi and Wu, one should hold the body firmly and sit upright, concentrate the mind and cut off all thoughts. With both eyes, let the light rise towards the mud ball, and keep in mind to follow the two qi, which will rise and fall from the coccygeal area and return to the primordial sea. If you do it nine times each time, your spirit will be complete, your qi and blood will be abundant, and your hair will turn black again. The key is that when the spirit and energy are in harmony, the essence will naturally be complete. If there is no preservation, there will be a nurturing immortal. All thoughts in the heart will be eliminated. It is not difficult to learn to be an immortal. When the liver and kidneys are weak, the eyes will become dim and develop cataracts. If left untreated for a long time, blindness is inevitable. Every day when I wake up from sleep, I sit down in deep thought, close the curtain, and turn my eyes fourteen times. When I close them tightly for a while, I suddenly open my eyes wide. A long time will never change. Internal and external cataracts will naturally disperse. One must avoid lust and writing fine characters. The key is that when one is angry, sad, or in a state of confusion, the eyes become blurred. By closing the curtain to nourish the primordial essence, the essence is generated and the spirit is restored, and the five internal evil spirits will naturally lose their shock. If the ears are covered and the head is removed, the evil wind will enter the brain and the false fire will attack upwards, causing the head and head to become dizzy and spin, with pain on one side of the body. If this persists for a long time, it will lead to a stroke, inability to speak, and hemiplegia, which is also caused by this. To treat this, one must sit still, raise the body, close the breath, cover the ears with both hands, turn the head five or seven times, concentrate the primordial spirit, and raise the mud pill upwards to drive away the evil. Naturally, the wind evil will disperse. The mantra is that one should see and hear without hearing and focus on the heart. The spirit drives away the evil atmosphere from the sea of marrow, and also ensures that the essence and energy are not wasted. One can learn from the Venerable Master of the Penglai Realm. Even if the limbs are to be lightly stretched, such as the Hu Shu's immortality, the bear and bird's performance, breathing exercises and guiding exercises, all are techniques of health preservation. In daily life, if you support yourself with both hands as if lifting a big stone and step forward with your feet as if walking on flat ground, keep your spirit in mind, press the four seasons, and exhale twenty-seven times, your body will be light and healthy, and your feet will be able to withstand the cold and heat. The key is to harmonize the essence and energy, keep the five internal organs stable, and ensure the limbs are firm and the bones are strong. Even if one cannot use a knife, a jade or bait, and lives among people, one can become an immortal. The haggard appearance of self-applied beauty products is due to excessive mental stress and lack of care. Every morning, sit quietly, close your eyes and focus your mind to nourish your spirit. Rub your hands together to warm them up and apply them to your face seven times. Then, rinse your face with saliva and rub it several times. After walking for half a month, the skin will become smooth and lustrous, and the complexion will be radiant, surpassing the ordinary. The key is that with few desires, the heart is weak and the qi and blood are abundant. Naturally, the five internal organs will be at peace. A withered complexion will gain luster through this, and one will neither envy nor fail to achieve the fifth level of prosperity. When qi is stagnant, it causes pain; when blood is stagnant, it causes swelling. When stagnation leads to illness, one must be cautious. To treat it, one must calm the mind and close the breath. Rub the stagnation with the left hand seven or seven times, and do the same with the right hand. Then apply saliva. If one practices diligently for seven days, the qi and blood will flow smoothly and there will never be any problem of stagnation. This is exactly the meaning of what the cultivators refer to as "bathing practitioners". The saying goes, "The flow of qi and Wei should not be temporarily halted. Once it becomes stagnant, it becomes a cause for concern. Who knows that the cessation of breathing can lead to smooth flow? There is no need to seek anything else." As soon as the primordial spirit of the dantian is released, it is retracted. When the spirit returns, the qi in the body naturally returns. In this way, day after day and night, the red child will naturally give birth to a true fetus. This is the practice of concentrating and holding. During daily meditation, one should focus the primordial spirit and let it enter the dantian, breathing freely. Within ten days, the dantian will be completely consolidated, and within a hundred days, the mind will gradually become clear. It should not be done or stopped. The key is that when the dantian is fully consolidated, the qi returns to the root; when the qi gathers, the spirit condenses, and the Dao aligns with the true. If you look at it for a long time, you must start from here. Do not waste your good time. Light food can nourish the five flavors to the five internal organs, each having its own benefits. If one does not eat in moderation, it will surely lead to deficiency. Therefore, it is better to eat light food and be cautious and restrained. However, this simplicity does not mean the rejection of the five flavors. It is particularly intended to dilute the five flavors. The immortal once said: "Cutting off salt is not the way; food has no taste." It can be seen that it never ceases to have the five flavors. When it comes to the rich, the light is like excessive paste, just like being a vegetarian. The saying goes, "Rich flavors harm people without understanding, but being able to be sweet and simple is my teacher. The three thousand good deeds start from here. Heaven's Mirror and the Treasury believe it all exist." The way of returning to heaven without understanding is the sacred way. Those who have no mind are often at peace. If one can always remain calm and composed, both heaven and earth will return. How could the sacred way not be passed on and the great return not be achieved? The "Jing Jing" is ready to be read. For those who practice and cultivate, if they wish to create a pure and spiritual realm, it is as if they were to turn their hands against their ears. The saying goes, "Actions and achievements are the most essential; silent and unobtrusive words are the most extraordinary." At midnight on the Mid-Autumn Festival, a message is sent; the bright moon hangs high in the sky, the foundation of creation.
