The first one is that if one does not seek the great way, one will go astray; even if one is a man of virtue and talent, he will not be worthy. A hundred years have passed in the blink of an eye, and a lifetime's life has been like water bubbles floating on the surface. Only seeking fame, fortune and glory, without realizing it, describes being dark, haggard and withered. One may ask, mountains like piles of gold cannot be bought by impermanence. Although a person's life lasts for a hundred years, it is impossible to predict their short life or end. Yesterday, horses were still galloping on the streets, but today a corpse is lying in a coffin. If you abandon your wife's wealth, it is not your husband's. If you commit SINS, you will find it hard to deceive yourself. Great medicine does not seek to be encountered; if it is encountered but not refined, it is foolishness. Thirdly, to study immortals, one must study celestial immortals. Only the Golden Boat is the most outstanding. When the two things meet, their emotions and natures are in harmony; when all five elements are present, the tiger and the dragon are coiled together. Because Xu Ji was the matchmaker, the couple was made to have a happy marriage together. Just waiting for the success to come to the jade gate, riding the auspicious tripod in the glow of the nine rosy clouds. The three characters "Four, three, Five, and One" have been rarely understood throughout history. Three in the east and two in the south form five together, and one in the north and four in the west form four together. Xu Ji considers his birth number to be five. When three families meet, a baby will be born. A baby is one that contains true energy; after ten months of pregnancy, it is fully formed and enters the holy foundation. The fifth point is that the Yin and Yang of plants are both complete; if either one is missing, they will not be fragrant. When green leaves first bloom, Yang takes the lead; when red flowers first appear, Yin follows. The eternal way is only for daily use; who knows when the true source returns? I would like to report to all the gentlemen who study the Tao that if you do not understand Yin and Yang, do not act in confusion. The essence of the Yin within the six Yang is not strong. If one only cultivates one thing to transform and win, the form of labor, and the guidance are all not in accordance with the Tao. One always indulges in the breath and eats the rosy clouds in a wild manner. The world is seeking lead and mercury, but when will we see tigers and dragons descend? I advise you to take the place of your life in poverty and return to your origin, for you are the Medicine King. The seven of them all had the elixir of immortality, but they were all in vain. When the sweet dew descends, the earth and the sky merge, and the yellow buds sprout at the junction of the Kan and Li. The frog in the well should be said to have no dragon's den, while the magpie in the fence should be aware of the phoenix's nest. When the elixir is ripe, the house is naturally filled with gold; why seek grass and learn to burn it? Among them, the eight refines the three yellows and the four gods. If one looks for all kinds of grass, it is not true. Yin and Yang are classified as sympathetic, and the ratio of 20 to 80 is in perfect harmony. The sun at the bottom of the pool turned red and the evil spirits vanished. The moon on the mountain top is white and the medicinal seedlings are fresh. At that time, people should recognize true lead and mercury, not just ordinary sand and mercury. Among the nine true truths, the most wonderful and true ones are all because I am unique from others. Knowing that one's own confusion leads to detachment, who can recognize the rise and fall and determine the main and secondary? If a golden cauldron wants to retain mercury in the vermilion, a jade pool should first be filled with silver in the water. The divine skill of transporting fire does not last until dawn; a full moon appears in the deep pool. The tenth important intellectual property medicine is the source of Sichuan, and the moon is in the southwest, which is the hometown. When lead meets GUI, it needs to be extracted quickly; when gold meets someone from afar, it cannot be tasted. It was sent back to the earthen cauldron and firmly sealed, and then sent in as a substitute. The medicine weighs two jin and requires 28 yuan to adjust the heat and support the Yin and Yang. On the 11th day, the tiger leaps and the dragon soars, and the wind and waves are rough. In the center, a black pearl is produced. Fruits on the branches eventually ripen, but the seeds in the cells are no different. The hexagrams of the northern and southern sources are reversed, and the morning and evening fire conditions are in harmony with the celestial pivot. It should be known that if one lives in seclusion in the bustling marketplace, there is no need to stay alone and quiet in the deep mountains. Twelve do not recognize the confusion in the mysterious, yet strive to know that it is good to plant lotus in the fire. Lead a white tiger back to home, and a pearl will be born like a full moon. While guarding the medicine stove to observe the heat, one can calm the mind and rest naturally. When all the Yin is stripped away and the elixir is ripe, one can break free from the cage and live for ten thousand years. Thirteen yellow buds and white snow are not hard to find; those who achieve enlightenment must rely on profound virtue. The Four Images and Five Elements all rely on earth, and the Three Elements of the Eight Trigrams are inseparable from Ren. The great difficulty in recognizing the refined spiritual treasure is to eliminate all evil spirits and prevent them from invading. I wish to leave my secrets to the world, but I have never met a true soulmate. Fourteen, be careful to seek the true lead; do not let time pass easily. But if the earth's spirit is captured by Zhu Mercury, the heaven's soul will be transformed into water gold. It can be said that one is highly respected by even dragons and tigers, and that one's virtue is respected by even ghosts and gods. Knowing that life is as long as the sky and the earth, there is no reason to be more troubled. If one does not recognize the true essence of one's ancestors, all one's efforts will be in vain. Divorcing a wife is a waste of the separation of the living and the dead; losing a grain of rice only leaves the stomach and intestines empty. Plants and trees, both Yin and Yang, are all impurities; clouds, rosy clouds, the sun and the moon belong to the moons. Even the combination of breathing exercises and thinking is always different from the practice of alchemy. The words of the 160,000 volumes of elixir scriptures are all the same, but this is the root of Jinzhou. According to the hexagram position, the body is generated and planted in the Qian family to interact with the senses. Don't blame the secrets of heaven for being leaked; it's just that scholars have exhausted their ignorance. If one can grasp the meaning of the poem, one will immediately meet the Supreme Master of the Three Pure Ones.
