When it comes to the master of the meridians, I value his storehouse the most. The emperor said, "But by reciting the upper and lower classics, the state of Yin and Yang is at ease. Among all the teachings, this is the lowest." Lei Gong Zhi Zhai Qi Bi Dan Jie Zhuan Zuo. The emperor said: The three yangs are the meridians, the two yangs are the Wei, and the one Yang is the Youbu. From this, we know the beginning and end of the five viscera. The three Yin elements ① represent the exterior, the two Yin elements are the interior, and the one is extremely clear and obscure, yet all are combined to correct the principle. On the day of Lei Gong: One's karma has not been enlightened. The emperor said: The so-called examination of the Three Yang meridians, the Sun is the meridian, the three Yang meridians reach the hand Taiyin, the strings float but do not sink, determine the degree, observe the heart, and integrate the theory of Yin and Yang. The so-called "Two Yangs" refer to Yangming, which reaches the Taiyin of the hand, being taut, heavy, rapid and not bulging. When the spirit reaches the point of illness, all will die. The term "Yi Yang" refers to the Shaoyang, which reaches the Taiyin of the hand and connects with the human ying. If the string is rapid and does not cease, it is a disease of Shaoyang. If it is confined to the Yin, it will lead to death. The Three Clarity is the governing body of the six classics. It is placed under the sun, remaining calm and composed, with the mind and aspiration above. The two Yin energies extend to the lungs, and their qi enters the bladder and connects externally to the spleen and stomach. When one Yin arrives alone, the meridians cease, the qi floats but does not bulge; instead, it hooks and slides. These six meridians alternate between Yin and Yang, intermingle with the zodiac signs, connect with the five internal organs, and are in harmony with Yin and Yang. They first become the main meridian and then the guest meridian. On the day of Thunder God: I have fully understood and received the teachings of the meridians, praising the way of composure, to achieve composure, not knowing Yin and Yang, not knowing male and female. The day of the Emperor: The three Yang are the father, the two Yang are the guard, the one Yang is the discipline, the three Yin are the mother, the two Ming are the female, and the one Yin is the sole envoy. There are two yangs and one Yin. Yangming governs illness. If one Yin does not prevail, it will move and all nine orifices will sink. The three yangs and one Yin, when the Yang meridian is vigorous and the one Yin cannot stop, cause internal chaos in the five internal organs and external shock. Two Yin and two Yang, the disease is in the brain, the Shaoyin pulse is deep, it surpasses the lung injury card, and there are four external factors. When both Yin and Yang converge, the disease is related to the kidneys. The cursing and venting are erratic, and the peak is a sign of madness. When there are two Yin and one Yang, the disease originates from the kidney. The Yin energy travels in the heart, the lower orifices are lifted, blocked and isolated, and the four branches are separated. When the Yin and Yang energies are exhausted in succession, the Yin energy is completely present in the heart, with no constant movement up and down, and its entry and exit are unknown. The throat and pharynx become dry, and the illness lies in the erection of a monument. When Yang reigns supreme and Yin is present, Yin does not exceed Yang. Yang energy cannot restrain Yin. Yin and Yang are not completely eradicated. When they float, they become bloodstains; when they sink, they become purulent attachments. Both Yin and Yang are strong, from the bottom to Yin and Yang, the top is in harmony with the bright and clear, and the bottom is in harmony with the dark and the mysterious. It diagnoses the decisive period of life and death, thus coinciding with the beginning of the year. Thunder God Day: May I ask about the short term? The Yellow Emperor did not respond. The day of the Yellow Emperor: For the illness of the month of the King of Winter, if the illness is in harmony with Yang, and there are signs of death on the pulse in the first month of spring, it all belongs to spring. In the three months of winter, the illness is exhausted. The grass and willow leaves are all withered. In spring, both Yin and Yang are gone. It is time to wait for early spring. In the third month of spring, when the sun's Yang energy is extinguished and both Yin and Yang are eradicated, the illness lies in the growth of the grass. The illness of the third month of summer lasts no more than ten days until the dawn. The Yin and Yang meet, and it is time to burn water. In the third month of autumn, the illness of the three Yang energies only arises and cannot be cured by oneself. When Yin and Yang are in harmony, one cannot sit or get up. Wang Yang arrived alone at Shishui. When the two Yin elements arrive alone, it is time to replenish water.
