The term "swollen waist and aching pain" refers to the situation in the first lunar month when the sun is Yin. Yin is the sun. In the first lunar month, the Yang energy rises above and is abundant. The Yang energy has not yet reached the secondary position, thus causing swollen waist and aching pain. For those with a deficiency due to illness, in the first lunar month, the Yang energy freezes and dissolves the earth energy, which is called a deficiency. In winter, there is a considerable insufficiency of cold, and releasing the deficiency leads to a deficiency. The so-called "strong upward leading the back" means that the Yang energy rises vigorously and competes, thus it is strong upward. Tinnitus refers to the phenomenon where all things in the Yang energy rise and leap, thus causing tinnitus. In severe cases, there is a condition where the Yang energy is all in the upper part and the qi is blocked from the lower part, leading to deficiency and excess in the upper part. This is why there is a condition of mania and illness. What is said to be deafness due to floating is all because of the qi. When one enters the middle and becomes dark, the Yang energy is already at its peak but has already declined, thus it is called dark. If it is internally seized and then falls, it is dark stagnation, which indicates kidney deficiency. When the Lesser Yin does not arrive, it is called "jue". The term "pain in the heart and hypochondrium" in the Shaoyang period is called "Xu ②". Xu ② is the manifestation of the heart. In the ninth month, when the Yang energy is exhausted and the Yin energy is abundant, pain in the heart and hypochondrium occurs. The term "should not be reversed" refers to the fact that Yin energy stores things. When things are stored, they do not move, so they should not be reversed. In the ninth month, when all things wither and grass and trees fall, the qi loses its Yang energy and turns into Yin energy. When the qi is abundant, the Yang energy descends. ① Muscle: (too tired) written as "cell". ③ Xu: Originally "Sheng", modified according to (Tai Su "). Long, thus it is adjusted and leaped. The term "sprinkling to dispel cold" as mentioned by Wang Yangming refers to the middle of the day in the fifth month, which is the Yin of the vigorous Yang. When Yang is abundant, it hinders the accumulation of qi, thus it is called "sprinkling to dispel cold". The so-called "swollen cavity and inability to contract the thighs" is due to the Yin of the abundant Yang in May. Yang is concentrated in May, and when Yin energy rises, it begins to contend with Yang, thus causing the cavity to swell and the thighs to fail to contract. When one's breath rises and turns into water, the Yin energy descends and then rises again. This is what is meant by ascending. The evil guest is in the Tibetan abode, so it is called water. The so-called chest pain and shortness of breath are due to the presence of water and qi in the Tibetan area. Water blocks qi, and Yin qi is in the middle, which is why there is a lack of qi in cancer cells. When one hears the sound of magic, they are alarmed and frightened. The Yang energy and Yin energy are weak in each other, and water and fire are evil, so one still remains alarmed. The saying "wanting to live alone in a separate room" indicates that the balance of Yin and Yang is weak. When Yang is exhausted and Yin is abundant, one desires to live alone in a separate room. When illness strikes, one desires to ride on a high place and sing, then abandon one's clothes and leave. This is because Yin and Yang are in conflict and externally unite with Yang, thus causing one to abandon one's clothes and leave. The so-called Ke and Sun meridians indicate that abdominal swelling occurs at the beginning of the headache range. The Yangming meridian is adjacent to the upper meridian, and the upper meridian is associated with the Taiyin meridian. Therefore, abdominal swelling begins at the beginning of the headache range. The so-called illness and distension of the sun is the seed of the sun. In the eleventh month, all the energy of the universe is stored within it, causing illness and distension. When the Yin is abundant and ascends to the Yangming meridian, which is associated with the heart, it is said that ascending to the heart every day is a virtue. The saying "vomiting after eating" refers to the situation where food is full and overflows, thus causing vomiting. In the eleventh month, the Yin energy descends while the Yang energy rises. In the open month, when the Yin energy descends, the Yang energy rises rapidly. As Yuan Shiyi said, "Lower back pain is caused by the excess of the Yin energy. In the seventh month, the Yang energy of all things is injured, which is why there is lower back pain." The saying "vomiting, coughing, rising and shortness of breath" refers to the situation where Yin energy is at the bottom and Yang energy is at the top. All the Yang energies float and have no place to follow, which is why vomiting, coughing, rising and shortness of breath are also called "O". It is said that if one cannot stand or sit for a long time, they will feel dizzy and have nothing to see when they get up. This is because the Yin and Yang of all things are unstable and have no master. The autumn air begins to arrive, and the light frost starts to fall, but it kills all things. Yin and Yang compete within, so the eyes can see nothing. Those who are prone to anger due to lack of energy cannot regulate their Yang qi. When Yang qi is not regulated, it cannot be discharged. The liver qi should be regulated but has not been regulated, so they are prone to anger. Those who are prone to anger are called "Jian Jue". The so-called fear is like a person assisting. In autumn, all things have not yet vanished, the clear energy is scarce, and the Yang energy has entered. The balance of Yin and Yang is thin, which is why there is fear. Those who hate smelling smelly food have no gas in their stomachs, and thus they hate smelling tableware. Those with a face as dark as the ground have the autumn energy drawn from within, and thus their complexion changes. When there is blood in coughing, it indicates that the Yang meridian is injured. The Yang qi has not yet reached the upper part of the body, but the pulse is full. When it is full, coughing occurs, and thus blood is seen in the nose. Jueyin is called "Zhi Chi". It refers to the swelling of the lower abdomen in women. Jueyin is called "Chen". It is the Yin within the Yang of the three months, and the pathogen is in the middle. If it is released on the sun, it will cause swelling of the lower abdomen. Those who suffer from back and waist pain and cannot bend up or down will, when they rise again in three months, all the splendor and vitality will bend down without looking up. The so-called "furuncle mark of swelling" refers to the situation where the Yin of the sun is also abundant, causing the pulse to become swollen and blocked, and the pain marks of the day are released. The so-called "extreme dryness and heat in the middle" refers to the situation where the balance of Yin and Yang is thin and the body is hot, thus it is called "dryness in the middle". ① Shen: The original work "kidney". ② Seven: The original work "Ten", modified according to (Tai Su "). ③ Yi Yi; The original work "Se Se" was commonly used in ancient times and was adapted from "Tai Su".
