This is called great enlightenment. To eliminate impurities and burdens, there is no better way than to first break away from the essence. What is it that cannot be accomplished?" Those who understand the harmony of health preservation should not place benefits on them. Those who connect the internal and external aspects should not be lured by power. There is no external aspect, which is the greatest; there is no internal aspect, which is the most precious. If one can understand the greatest value, where can one not succeed?
