The pillar builds the universe. Guan Yinzi said, "If it is a bowl, a basin, a bottle, a pot, a jar or an Angle, all can build the universe." The divination of yarrow stalks and the breaking of tiles and stones can all indicate good or bad fortune. It is to understand that all things in heaven and earth form a principle, one thing encompasses it, and all things embrace it without borrowing from each other. Combine my essence with that of others. When the two spirits fight, the spirit responds. One female and one male, oviparous; One male and one female, born in the womb. Form is the essence of that. The principle is the god of that. Love is my essence; Viewer, my god. Love is water and observation is fire. When one holds onto something and observes it, it becomes wood; when one observes existence and loves to hold it, it becomes metal. First, consider that the energy of one element is embodied in the attachment of one thing. If you love it to conform to its form and observe it to conform to its principle, then the image will exist. The image of Yi Yun pervades the universe, ascending from the center to the heavens and descending from the center to the earth. There is no rise without fall, and no fall without rise. Those that rise are fire and those that fall are water. Those who wish to rise but cannot are wood, and those who wish to descend but cannot are metal. Wood, as a material, gains fire when drilled and water when twisted. Gold, as a material, can produce fire when struck and water when melted. Metal and wood are the intersections of water and fire. Water represents the essence of the sky, fire represents the spirit of the earth, wood represents the soul of human beings, and metal represents the spirit of things. When one's fortune does not cease, it is a time; when one's embrace is present, it is a direction. Only the earth, from beginning to end, can be understood and shown. It is said that there are countless people in the world, and everyone has a different dream, and every night has a different dream. There is heaven and earth, there are people and there are things. All are formed through thought. How can we not calculate them with dust? How could we know that the universe of today is not formed by thought? It is said: The heart should respond to jujube, and the liver to elm. I connect heaven and earth, dreaming of water in the dark and fire in the clear. Heaven and earth connect with me, and I and heaven and earth are both close and distant, pure and separate. It is said that although the universe is vast, it has colors and forms, numbers and directions. I have neither form nor shape nor number nor square, yet every day and every earth exists. It is said: Those in the dead womb, those in the dead egg, are both people and things. Though the universe is vast, they surely do not know how to plan. All that exists in heaven and earth are our own understanding. For instance, if the hand does not touch the blade, the blade will not hurt. It is said that in dreams and in the water, there is always the universe existing. Those who wish to dream of heaven and earth cannot sleep; those who wish to observe heaven and earth cannot reflect their forms; those who wish to reach the water of heaven and earth cannot draw their eaves. The existence or non-existence of that lies not in that. Therefore, the sage does not go to heaven and earth to understand. It is said: Heaven is not heaven itself; there is heaven. The land is not one's own land; there is something for it. Just as houses, boats and carriages are formed by people, they are not formed by themselves. To know that there is no need to wait; to know that there is no need to wait. Up there is no sky, down there is no earth, inside there is no me, outside there is no one. It is said: Sometimes there is qi, and what is not qi has never been day or night. Where there is a square, there is a form; where there is no form, there is no north or south. What is non-qi? The source of qi is like shaking 箑 to get wind. When it has not yet shaken, it is not the air of the wind. When it has shaken, it is called qi. What is non-form? What is born of form is like drilling wood to get fire. Before it is drilled, it is not in the form of fire. When it has been drilled, it is called the form. It is said that the changes of cold and heat, warmth and coolness are like tiles and stones. When placed with fire, they become hot; when placed with water, they become cold; when blown on, they become warm; when inhaled, they become cool. This is because external things come and go, but those tiles and stones never come or go. Just like the shadows in water, they come and go. Water, in fact, does not come or go. It is said: When a garment is shaken, it gets wind; when the air is blown, it gets water; when water is filled with water, it makes a sound; when a stone strikes another, it shines. Those who understand this can act in all kinds of circumstances, including wind, rain, thunder and lightning. Wind, rain, thunder and lightning all arise from qi, and qi arises from the heart. Just as if one imagines a huge fire within, one will feel hot after a long time; if one imagines a great flood within, one will feel cold after a long time. Those who understand this statement can share the same virtue of heaven and earth. It is said that the changes of the five clouds can predict the abundance or scarcity of the current year. In the era of the eight Winds, one can predict the auspiciousness or inauspiciousness of that time. It is the understanding of avoiding disasters and auspiciousness, and the fortune of one's energy. I and others are of the same heaven and earth, but his private wisdom takes it as his own. It is said: Heaven and earth are embedded, all things are embedded, I am embedded, and the Dao is embedded. If one departs from the abode, the Dao cannot stand.
