In summer, when the weather is characterized by its coldness and sharpness, it is often accompanied by heavy rain and dusk. Its responsibility lies in the south, its concealment in the heart, and its illness is characterized by internal rejection and frugality, as well as external meridians. If the earth is not in time, the four dimensions will be nourished by the clouds of the earth, and then in spring there will be the governance of the sound of the drum and the disbandment. It combines the four dimensions, stores the spleen, internally nourishes the heart and abdomen, and externally nourishes the four muscles. Qi Bo said, "The movement and change of qi are not always present, but the transformation of virtue into government orders and disasters do not occur at their peak." The emperor said, "What is it?" Qi Bo said: "The east generates wind, wind generates wood. Its virtue is harmonious, its transformation brings prosperity, its governance is smooth and open, its life is vigorous, its change is vigorous and its disasters are scattered." In the south, heat is generated, and heat gives rise to fire. Its virtue is manifested, its transformation of the vassal states is flourishing, its governance is brilliant, its orders are warm, its changes are radiant, and its disasters are like smoke. In the center, dampness is generated, and dampness gives rise to earth. Its virtue is restrained and steamed, its transformation is abundant and complete, its governance is peaceful and quiet, its command is dampness, its changes are sudden and sudden, and its disasters are prone to collapse. In the West, dryness arises, and dryness gives rise to metal. Its virtue is pure, its transformation is tight and restrained, its governance is vigorous and resolute, its orders are dry, its changes are desolate and bleak, and its disasters and calamities come to an end. The north is cold, and cold gives rise to water. Its virtue is desolate and bleak, its transformation is clear and warm, its governance is solemn and strict, its order is cold, its change is harsh and cold, and its disasters include ice, snow, frost and hail. Therefore, by observing their movements, there is virtue and transformation, there is governance and order, there is change and disaster, and things follow them, and people respond to them. Qi Bo said, "Acting in accordance with the will of heaven, there is no rash action and all responses are made." The sudden movement is the alternation of qi; it should not be followed. On the day of release: It should be done frequently rather than abruptly. This is what is meant by. The emperor asked, "What should I do?" Chui Bo said, "Each follows its own qi transformation." The emperor said, "How should he proceed in terms of speed, slowness, adversity and smoothness?" Qi Bo said: "To hold on to the Dao for a long time and remain small by going against it is called to be frugal." To leave with the way, to return quickly after leaving, and to pass through in a winding manner is called to avoid mistakes. Staying for a long time and being surrounded, either parting or attaching, is what is meant by discussing disasters and their virtues. When close, it should be small; when far, it should be large. It is one of The Times when the light is much larger, and its transformation is even greater. The second of the Great Chang, its pronunciation is the first ①. One of the small constants, together with reduction; The second of the minor constants is to look closely and reflect on one's virtues. Those who are virtuous will be blessed, while those who are wicked will be punished. From the perspective of images, something that is high and far appears small, while something that is low and close appears large. Therefore, in major cases, one's emotions tend to be unrestrained; in minor cases, one's fortune and misfortune are far away. If the annual fortune is too great, the fortune star will move northward. If the fortune is in harmony, each will follow the right path. Therefore, due to the excessive fortune of the year, one is afraid of the stars and loses their luster, thus also being the mother. If one fails to do so, one's beauty will be beyond one's reach. Xiao is like Cui Huo, yet no one knows its subtlety. When asked about the situation in Min, who is the best? Acting rashly without warning shows fear towards the marquesses and Kings. Emperor's Day: What should the disaster be like? Qi Bo said, "Each follows its own transformation. Therefore, there are ups and downs in times, ups and downs, the number of guards, good and evil in appearance, victory and defeat in constellations, and good and bad in signs." The emperor said, "What does it mean to be good or evil?" Qi Bo said, "There is joy and anger, worry and depression, joy and dryness. This is the norm. One must carefully observe it." The emperor said, "Are the six of them of different levels?" Qi Bo said, "The image reveals the superiority or inferiority, and it corresponds to a lifetime. Therefore, people also respond to it." Emperor's Day: Good. What were the gains and losses of his moral governance policies? Qi Bo said, "The two husbands' virtuous governance and policies cannot be combined." The rise and fall of prosperity and decline cannot be combined in many ways. No matter how big or small our interactions are, we mustn't pass each other by. When used for ascending and descending, they cannot be mutually absent. Each responds to its own movement. What happened to Di Ri Er when he fell ill? Qi Bo said: "Virtue is the form of qi, policies are the rules of qi, changes are the regulations of restoration, and disasters are the beginning of injury." When qi is in harmony, it brings harmony; when it is not, it brings illness. When it is seriously affected by pathogenic factors, it is even more serious. Emperor's Day: Good. Who else but a master can speak of the ultimate desires of the Dao! It is to choose a good omen and hide it in the memorial hall. Every morning, it is read.
