The Yellow Emperor asked, "What should be considered in the diagnosis? Regarding Qi Bo's response to the sun: On the second day of the first lunar month, the weather begins to change, the earth energy starts to rise, and the human energy is in the liver." In March and April, the weather is just right, the earth energy is bound to rise, and the human energy is in the spleen. In May and June, the weather is abundant, the earth's energy is high, and the human body is at its peak. In July and August, the Yin energy begins to wane, and the human energy is in the lungs. In September and October, the clear energy begins to freeze, the earth energy begins to close, and the human energy is in the heart. In November and December, the ice returns, the earth's energy converges, and the human energy is in the kidneys. When the spring flower pricks the scattered Shu points and the fenli points, the blood flows out and stops. In some cases, it spreads the qi, and in some cases, it causes a ring. Before pricking the meridians in summer, stop when blood is seen, expel all qi and close the loop, and the tumor will surely subside. The autumn thorns on the skin follow the principle, applying the same method from top to bottom, and the divine transformation stops. The winter thorns are distributed in the branches, sometimes straight down and sometimes scattered down. Spring, summer, autumn and winter each have their own leftovers, and follow their proper places. There is a recurrence of acupuncture, with a disordered pulse and weak breath. The person's bone marrow is contaminated, and the illness cannot be cured. The person has no appetite and is also short of breath. During the Autumnal Equinox of the longevity thorn, the tendons clasm, and the qi circulation is reversed, resulting in coughing. The illness does not heal, causing frequent fright and crying. In spring, the thorns are divided, and the pathogenic factors are hidden, causing distension, illness not being cured, and the desire to speak. During the summer solstice and the Spring Equinox, if one's illness does not heal, it can lead to a state of depression. The summer thorns and the autumn equinox, the illness remains unhealed, leaving one speechless in the heart, as if someone is about to capture it. In summer, the system is divided into summer and winter. If diseases do not heal, one may become listless and often angry. Autumn thorns the spring equinox, and illness persists, making one alert and eager to do something, but then forget it. Autumn thorns and summer parting, illness persists, making people even more prone to lying down and fond of dreaming. Autumn thorns and winter divides, illness persists, and one feels cold all the time. Winter thorns at the vernal equinox, causing illness to persist and making one want to lie down but unable to see. After taking it, one can see. Winter stabbing and summer dividing, the illness does not heal, qi rises, and various arthralgia occur. Winter thorns and autumn equinox, illness persists, making one thirsty. Anyone who pricks the chest or abdomen must avoid the five Treasuries. Those with a ring in the center will die, those with a spleen in the middle will die within five days, those with a kidney in the middle will die within seven days, and those with a decoration in the middle will die within five days. All those with the latter in the middle will be injured in the middle. Even if their illness is cured, they will surely die within one year. Those who avoid the Five Treasuries know to follow suit. Those who follow are more likely to be associated with the spleen and kidneys, while those who do not know are in the opposite direction. Those who wish to stab the chest and abdomen must be covered with a cloth 檄, and then stab from a single cloth. If the stab does not heal, stab again. When getting a needle pricked, one must keep it clear. If the needle swells, shake it. Do not shake it after the needle has been pricked. This is the way of pricking. In a hundred days, one can complete oneself: The King's annotation states, "If one does not die from eating and the face does not fall off, one can complete the treatment within a hundred days." "Doubt the words of anticipation before the 100th day." ② Necrosis: Wang Bing's note: If the qi flows in a circle, it indicates death. It is suspected that there is a character for "zheng" under the ring. It is precisely called the twelve constellations of the Zhou Dynasty. The newly corrected cloud: According to the "Assassination Prohibition Theory", one can die in one day. In response to the "Prohibition of Stabbing" theory, it is stated that a person will die within five days of being stabbed to the liver. The emperor said, "I wish to hear the regulations on the end of the twelve meridians." The uncle said, "The meridian of the sun, when it reaches its end, if the eyes are folded back and the mold is diseased, the color will turn white, and sweating will stop. If sweating stops, one will die." Those who die in their early years will lose their hearing, all their joints will be lost, their eyes will be completely lost, and they will die half a day. When they die, their complexion will be bluish-white, and they are truly dead. When Wang Yangming passed away, his mouth and eyes were active, he was prone to startling false speech, his complexion was yellow, his upper and lower meridians were abundant, and he was not benevolent. Those who pass away due to obstruction have a black face, long and dirty teeth, abdominal distension and closure, and are unable to move up and down. At the end of the Taiyin period, there is abdominal distension that cannot be stopped. One is good at concealing and vomiting. If vomiting occurs, the abdomen will be reversed. If it is reversed, the face will be red. If it is not reversed, the upper and lower parts will be blocked. If the blockage occurs, the face will be black and the hair and skin will be scorched, and the person will pass away. For those who die of Jueming, there is a high fever in the middle of the body, a dry throat, frequent drowning and restlessness. In severe cases, the tongue curls up and the egg retract, leading to death. This is the failure of these twelve classics.
