Wudang swordsmanship has a significant influence in Chinese martial arts and is known for the tradition that "Wudang Swordsmanship, an internal martial art, is secretly passed down from a master to a single person." In the Wudang Sword Manual, it is required: "The key to practicing swordsmanship is to avoid stagnation. The body should be in harmony with the sword, and the sword should be in harmony with the spirit. Wherever there is no sword, there is a sword. Understanding this meaning can lead to the cultivation of the great Way." The Wudang Sword is divided into three swordsmanship techniques. The three plates refer to heaven, earth and human beings. The Nine Schools of swordsmanship include Dan Ding, Qing Xu, Tian Gang, Tai Yi, Qing Long, Ba GUI, Qing Feng, Tai Ji and Qing Ming Swordsmanship. This swordsmanship belongs to the Dan School of swordsmanship. It emphasizes the multi-purpose use of a single sword, variation in movement, and the mutual generation of the extraordinary and the ordinary. With the thirteen techniques as the core: point, break, sweep, hang, cloud, erase, sweep, Pierce, block, circle, lead, split, and belt running through it, the sword moves like a dragon, with the beginning and the end in harmony, hardness and softness complementing each other, and the spirit and charm are leisurely and self-contained. This routine was demonstrated, guided and explained by Daoist Master You Xuande, the head of the Wudang Sect. This routine comes in a double-disc set (the quality website is fully responsible for it).
