From the modern excavation and collation of the achievements of Wudang martial arts, many routines and techniques of the Tiangang Sect and Taiyi Sect can be seen. To this day, in the Chinese martial arts circle, there is still the saying that "Tiangang governs qi" and "Taiyi governs sword".
