The Golden Boy and Jade Girl, also known as the Jade Boy and Jade Girl, are said in folk tales to be Duke of Zhou and the Peach Blossom Girl. According to the "Zhenwu Benzhuan Miao Jing", "The Jade Boy and Jade Girl are the deities of Zhenwu who respectively hold the deities on the left and right and record the good and evil, merits and demerits, etc. in the three realms." The standing statue of the jade child in the existing Golden Hall was made of copper and gilded by the Ming Dynasty. It is exquisitely shaped and exquisitely crafted. It is a precious art piece of the Ming Dynasty in China and has been listed as a first-class national cultural relic. A gilded bronze child statue of jade stands on the left side of the statue of Emperor Xuanzhen Tianwu. Standing at 1.465 meters tall, he wears the Five-Liang Jinxian Crown, a wide-sleeved shirt with cross-collars and lapels, and a plain robe. He is upright on a copper square pedestal, holding a book in both hands, staring intently, with a refined, solemn, respectful and serene expression. Its headwear and accessories are the third-rank court dress promulgated in the early Ming Dynasty. Taoism holds that all the immortals live in the blessed realms of heaven and earth, and there are young men and women who have achieved enlightenment and reached the state of immortality to serve them, known as golden Boys and jade Girls. The higher the position of the deity, the more golden Boys and jade girls will serve them. According to this theory, the person standing in front of the True Martial God statue should be the leader of the Golden Boys. There are twenty-four rows of jade boys and jade girls.
