Entering the South Heavenly Gate of Zijin City and ascending the steps, one will find the long corridor of the Lingguan Hall on the Golden Summit. The place was dark and gloomy, with cold stones that pierced through the air. Coupled with the huge steel whips used by the spirit officials standing by the roadside, it made the unscrupulous people tremble with fear. In the Taoist divine system, the Lingguan is a deity who guards the mountain gates and supervises the altars to protect the Dharma, and is in charge of the duties of guarding both heaven and earth. The Lingguan Hall, set up before the ascent to the Golden Hall, conducts the final spiritual cleansing for the visitors and holds special significance. Perhaps due to the limitations of the terrain, the Lingguan Hall on the Golden Summit is just a small stone hall built along the rock. Inside the stone hall, there is a small tin hall made in the Ming Dynasty. This is the only tin-made cultural relic discovered in Wudang Mountain so far, which is extremely precious.
