Dietary therapy for low blood pressure

1. One black-bone chicken (about 1500 grams). Remove the feathers from the chicken, cut open its belly and wash it clean. Put 60 grams of Angelica sinensis head, 50 grams of Astragalus membranaceus, 150 grams of brown sugar and 50 grams of rice wine into the chicken's belly. Then, seal the chicken's belly tightly and steam it in a pot over water until cooked. Eat the meat and drink the soup. Have it once every two weeks for two consecutive months. 2. Five: Take one pig heart, 20 grams of Astragalus membranaceus, 12 grams of Angelica sinensis, 30 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, and 6 grams of Ligusticum chuanxiong. Add water and stew until cooked. Eat the pig heart and drink the soup. Six. Take 20 grams of red dates, 15 grams of adenophora, and 10 grams each of raw and cooked rehmannia. Add an appropriate amount of water and steam in a steamer over water for 3 hours. Then add an appropriate amount of honey and consume it in two doses daily for 15 consecutive days. Seven. Take an appropriate amount of Chinese chives, mash them and extract the juice. Take one cup every morning. Regular consumption can help restore normal blood pressure. 8.
