[[bh=gd0018]][[L1]] Introduction to the Five Forms of Wudang Secret Transmission Wudang Mountain is the birthplace of Wudang Internal martial arts. After thousands of years of transmission and development, it has formed an internal martial arts cultivation system integrating fitness, health preservation and combat skills. The Five Forms of Wudang Secret Transmission is an outstanding set of internal cultivation exercises passed down in the Wudang Taoist school and is a compulsory course for disciples of the Wudang School throughout the ages. This exercise method consists of five major forms: turtle form, snake form, dragon form, tiger form and crane form. Their forms and methods are respectively derived from the powerful and vigorous elements of the Holy Spirit in traditional Chinese culture and correspond to the "Five Elements" to regulate the body's functions, so as to achieve the best state of abundant qi and blood, clear mind and bright eyes, abundant energy and quick thinking. When this exercise method is made public, it will surely play an important role in people's physical health. Brief Introduction of Yuan Limin, the inheritor of the Wudang Secret Transmission of the Five Forms Gong: Master Yuan Limin, 24 years old, born in the Year of the Goat, with the lay name Liangbiao, was from ancient Jingzhou. Influenced by the local martial arts practice atmosphere, he began to practice traditional folk martial arts from a young age. He was meticulous about what his master taught him, so his master doted on him and did his best to impart everything to him. At the age of eleven, under the guidance of his master, he returned to Wudang and became an apprentice to learn the art. The Wudang Taoist sect has very strict rules and its martial arts are kept secret and never passed on to others. But Yuan Limin persisted, humbly sought advice, and after years of testing and with a solid foundation of his own, he finally grasped the true teachings. As his understanding of Wudang Kung Fu deepened, he became more aware of the preciousness of his efforts and cherished it even more. He practiced diligently and his skills improved day by day, earning praise from the veteran Wudang martial artists. While being exposed to Taoist culture on Wudang Mountain, he developed a strong interest in the traditional culture of Wudang. He was well aware that Wudang Kung Fu was closely related to traditional culture, so he decided to work hard to learn the culture and tirelessly sought advice from the old Taoist masters. As a result, he made greater breakthroughs and improvements in his martial arts ethics and skills. Yuan Limin, who is passionate about Wudang culture and martial arts, regards promoting Wudang martial arts as his own responsibility. In 1998, I was sent to another place to teach martial arts independently, during which time I received comprehensive training. The following year, he was transferred back to Wudang Mountain and was invited to visit Hong Kong on behalf of Wudang Mountain to attend the opening ceremony of the 5th World Wushu Championships. In the same year, he also participated in the National martial Arts competition. Won a silver medal. In the 2001 Wudang Quan International Friendship Conference, he/she won the championship in swordsmanship. The following is a review of his competitions and martial arts activities in recent years: In 2000, he organized the Wudang Kung Fu Troupe for the first time and arranged martial arts programs to participate in the opening ceremony of the Wudang Mountain International Tourism Festival and the National Peking Opera Enthusiasts Festival, causing a sensation. In 2001, I participated in organizing the main program arrangement and performance of the opening ceremony of the International Wudang Quan Friendship Conference. In 2002, I participated in the organization, arrangement and performance of the main programs for the third anniversary of Macao's return, allowing Macao friends to witness the charm of Wudang martial arts. In 2002, on Mount Emei, I represented Wudang Mountain to participate in the "Wudang, Shaolin, Emei" Gathering of Heroes. During the Spring Festival of 2002, I led a delegation to Shenzhen to represent Wudang Mountain in the "Wudang, Shaolin, Emei" Gathering of Heroes. Both exchange performances left a deep impression on the audience and martial arts enthusiasts. In April 2003, he was invited to Taiwan to perform Wudang martial arts, which had a huge impact and was fully covered by major Taiwanese newspapers. Yuan Limin also gave many wonderful Wudang martial arts performances for central leaders, foreign heads of state and friends at home and abroad as a disciple of Wudang. Yuan Limin's greatest wish is to do his best and work together with his colleagues to make efforts for Wudang martial arts to go global.
