Min Yide's postscript on the 箧 zhongshu edition originally had no hexagram illustrations. The Zhu copy obtained later has hexagram images in front of each step, which may lead to suspicion that they were drafted by later scholars of the Tao. I said that the copy had been passed down for a long time and could not be deleted, so the meanings of the hexagrams were clarified and preserved. Or they may ask in doubt: "The world is full of various diseases, and there are many ways to cure the world. For instance, to ward off drought and flood, to eliminate 沴 salaries, to resist war and chaos, to remove phlegm from diseases, to save from fire and drowning, and to deal with major disasters and calamities, one must have great supernatural powers and great magical abilities. By casting talismans and reciting mantras, one can respond to them all without being immune." Now, this book aims to cure many diseases with just one method. If it were incomplete, perhaps all the methods in the entire book are present, but you haven't seen it?" In response, I said, "What you speak of is art, and what is mentioned in this book is the way. I know that this book will not talk about art." Mingxuan scholars disdain the illusion of playing chess by touching stones. Those who hold the divine opportunity do not care about the wind in the feather fan or the rain in the cup of wine. It was once said that the great way of the sages could be mixed with techniques? It is believed that I have not seen the entire book. I do not believe that I have not seen the magic in the entire book. It is the strange words seen in the book and the strange words heard in the rumors. How could there not be curious people who steal the talismans from other books and incorporate them into this one? Those who see it may mistakenly believe it to be the text of a book, pass it on falsely, resort to traditional techniques, and deceive others. Do not be deceived or become foolish. It is fine to burn it. He said, "Yes, then there will be many disasters and calamities. Can they all be covered by just one theory? Or will you just stand by and listen?" He said, "You are fond of talking about art without knowing it. Art is small but the way is great. It is not something you know." All diseases in the world are caused by the dominant energy of the five elements. Within our body, there is the righteous energy of the five elements. We should distinguish the five directions, identify the source of the disease, attack the affected area, and integrate the energy of the human world into our body. We should not see ourselves internally or others externally. What is excessive should be reduced, what is insufficient should be increased, what is depressed should be dispersed, what is stubborn should be transformed, and what is reversed should be reversed. One cannot list all diseases, nor can medical principles be exhausted. The abundance or deficiency of the energy should be treated according to the specific symptoms. When a person is ill, one should transform it with the Yin and Yang within oneself. Even if the world is ill, one should regulate it with the Yin and Yang within oneself. Fast and unhurried, amazing! Amazing! However, it is beyond human ability. It is the Qian Yuan, the Kun Yuan, and the true One. To embrace and preserve it is like the sound that echoes to the ears. When it comes to the path of the great way, why wait until problems arise to act and make up for the deficiencies and save the situation? Those who understand this principle will not be bewitched by talismans, spells and numerology. During the early summer of the Daoguang reign, Min Yide, a descendant of the 11th generation of the Longmen School from Jinguai Mountain in Zhehu, wrote a note to his younger brother, Shen Yibing, a master of Taixu, at Ganlu Garden in Jinling. Min Yide restated and annotated the three nis: Zhongni, Muni, and Qingni. The world is the world. According to this character of the world, in terms of the body itself, it means to heal the world with one's own body. Lu Zu once had a printed version of the "Three Nines' Medical World Sayings", but I have obtained it before but have not prepared the instructions. There is only one volume of the instructions, which I obtained from Tai Xu Weng. Weng said that the only merit lies in the divine holding of the Jade Sutra, and the instructions start from the Xuan Yun Mantra and so on. I was carried away by a friend. It was not until I was over forty years old that I was able to handle important matters. It was noted by hand for the purpose of restating, and later a congratulatory message was given to show my function. Thus, the key steps are complete. I will not be selfish. I am presenting this to all my classmates. At the beginning of the great calamity, the Xuan Yun Mantra Yun Zhuan was in the vast void, sometimes vanishing and sometimes approaching, sometimes sinking and sometimes floating. It lingered in all directions, more than a zhang. In accordance with the practice instructions, the master has instructed to follow the opening of the profound aggregate, hoping to learn to wander the mind to the very beginning of things. Since I did not take the form, I was originally one with the void, like a cloud engraved at the beginning of the great calamity, floating and sinking in the five directions, never beyond a zhang of the celestial heart. When it comes to the formation of objects, at first, the essence has not yet been distorted. But later, when external things interweave, the mind acts on its own, and it does not know to return. Over time, it is accustomed to being contaminated by illness and dust. It will be too busy to seek medical treatment, let alone engage in this art. Therefore, I wish that those who aspire to this would first investigate things to gain knowledge and be sincere in their intentions. Only when one's intention is sincere can one learn this. Before each recitation of the sutra, recite this mantra to renew your mind and return to your original self. When that person recognizes the divine, they will have no place to stand, and their original life will be at ease, and their heart will be at peace. When one is at peace and calm, the true essence will be restored. Only then will this cloud seal be able to cover the vast void, which is a clear proof of achieving the state of stillness leading to movement. Yet his movements were without any intention; far and wide, he rose and fell, lingering and unsettled. It is an object, extremely ethereal and spiritual, appearing and disappearing from time to time. Only when the five directions have shown signs, and the void already has the cloud seal script, can it be deduced into a written form. There is always an increase and an decrease within it. When it comes to the abbot of the celestial heart, it is the ultimate truth that cannot be changed. Just as the saying goes, my heart never leaves a small space. A small space is the heart. The human heart is called "Fangcun", while the celestial heart is called "Fangzhang yun". The True Emperor, in accordance with the Taoist scriptures, is called the True Emperor in heaven and the primordial spirit in man. The "Pingbi" is a form of writing, used to present the "Dongzhang" (a type of jade scripture), which refers to the text of the characters born from nature, the earth, and the earth. The emperor, being the innate truth, is thus capable of evolving into scriptures. For human beings, it is the spirit of prescience. Before any signs appear, the spirit senses it. This jade scripture is the true essence. Scholars must not take it lightly. This is a spirit talisman. According to the text of Ji Dongzhang, the emperor split it and wrote it down, so each character was a unique symbol. The descent of the primordial beginning and the birth of the true text, in accordance with this primordial beginning, is the spirit of the primordial Dharma King in heaven, the essence of the three elements of true unity. The next true text is the sacred teachings of the sages born of the three talents, which are the scriptures of the three religions. It's obvious that it exists, but mysterious that it doesn't. All words are born and transformed from the same truth, nothing more than the manifestation and disappearance of the wonderful being and the wonderful non-being. They are two and one, so they are all summed up by their words. A serious illness can heal itself, and the toil and drowning of the world can be helped. However, in this world, a serious illness is half caused by human factors and half by fate, so it cannot be cured by the power of medicine. If one is burdened by the dust of the world, it is half due to habit and half due to the accumulation of energy, and thus cannot be maintained by the power and kindness. Only one should embrace it, to melt and transform it. Only a few serious illnesses can heal themselves, and all the toil and drowning can be alleviated. Those who are determined to start anew among the people must earnestly and sincerely put it into practice. Both the secluded and the bright depend on it, and thus the capital of the Qing Dynasty was elevated. It is the true way of the earth, mysterious and unfathomable. Clarity is the virtue of heaven; it is manifestly clear. A person has both the body and the mind. Only those who know that the white should guard the black and the male should guard the female can be used without bias, and the wise will all rely on them. The Qing Capital is the celestial abode where the sages of the Three Pure Ones reside. "Rise means level." When people know to follow one to lead another, to melt and transform, they can naturally achieve peace and clear governance. The wonderful application of the true One can be seen from the fact that the next sentence is a character and this sentence is a character directly. It is the primordial life treasure, which will not be worn away even in countless lifetimes. If one can constantly recite it, the world and heaven are merely based on this "world" character, specifically attached to one's own body. The Yuanming Treasure is a stroke in the Kan, rising from the bottom of the sea, then passing through the tail end, penetrating the spine and reaching the brain, transforming into a wang Ni, hanging on the skull of the celestial spirit, and when it reaches the 炁 in the middle palace, it forms a full moon, and the red and yellow characters written in the heart are called the Heavenly Stems, which is ultimately the accumulation of the 炁 generated in the center. In the sky, the stars stand tall above the sun and the moon, representing the essence of the Earth, rising to form images. It is 炁, extremely moderate and upright, yet extremely firm and benevolent. The Daoist Canon states: What is annotated is transformed; what is regulated is rectified. The light follows the rotation of the dipper, but the heart remains steadfast. It is said that his heart is calm and composed, like a grinding stone. Therefore, in the middle palace, one often enjoys peace and stability. We, as practitioners of the world, have our minds at ease and our inner energy naturally descends. Therefore, it is advisable for us to keep a proper figure, as if standing on the peak of a mountain, looking around at the vast expanse. The town is like the sun, shining brightly in the sky. It does not rely on human presence; its own radiance radiates throughout. Only when the body and mind are empty and still will the radiant light surely shine upon them. If a person can practice in this way, he will create a body like a gauze valley, with transparency both inside and out. This is not the ultimate state of emptiness and silence in the middle palace, which does not manifest. It is even more precious to listen to the unseen. Once the body is composed of purity and harmony, it is regarded as existing without the slightest movement of the mind. This is called the body being composed of purity and harmony, not being attached to form. If one can further create forgetfulness, one has reached the perfect state of realization. However, if one also forgets this false Dharma, they will fall back into the natural heretical path, not being distracted, and will become drowsy. This ancient sage must be the reason for the primordial life treasure. The treasure of life is the true oneness of my body. By using oneness to restrain, my heart will be at peace. Now I have studied the false jade scripture of Lu Zu to regulate my mind. Its essence is more profound and its application is more subtle. My master uses it to assist the life treasure, to welcome the upper and lower, to make the entire body spiritually void, and it is particularly effective. The Jade sutra is the essence of the true unity of the three talents, and the life treasure is the true unity of the innate talent. That is, one leads one, and the non-existent and the non-existent blend and transform into each other. How can the existence of this world be beyond control? However, only those with utmost sincerity and without ceasing can achieve it. Therefore, it is said that people can constantly recite it, and the world and heaven are their disciples. The ancient sages maintained their precepts in this way. It is said that although the Jade Sutra is miraculous, it is even more precious to recite it without a single ear. Yu Jing Luo SAN Lanbo, Dai Qitai Li, Tang Yun pushed in, and even Guangling Capital. Yu Luo Shu Miao (pronounced Mu), Yu Fu Chao SAN, Zhao Sheng Tian Heng, Zhi Shi Ming Qian. Ting Pan Bao Ji (pronounced ji, rising tone), You Xuan Guo Cheng (pronounced hu), Sha Fu Yan Ming, GUI Hui He Zi. By cherishing the virtuous and the virtuous, and striving hard to accumulate the impurities of heaven, the earth will be flattened and the wall will be leveled, and the soil will be consolidated and new life will emerge. Zhang Jie Lu Miao, Lai Meng Long Deng, cang (pronounced as neng) 獬 (pronounced as xie) 筌 xin, emperor, you carry it here. Namu Jue Fa, riding on the vast and secluded waters, the sun, moon, stars, shining and ceasing the life 炁. Fangyuan De Qiu, Longevity Zhen Gu Ling, Longevity Heaven and Earth Crystal. Note: The text of the Jade Sutra, up to Yao Xi Ming 炁, the following text refers to the common ancestor of the three major religions of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and the names of the later masters, not the text itself. The scripture originated from the beginning of the great tribulation, when there was no heaven, earth or human figures yet. It appeared like clouds and rosy clouds, filling the entire void, and was called Xuanzhuan. The ancients of the Emperor began to imitate it, copied it according to its form, and compiled it into a complete text, but there was no distinction of punctuation (pronounced as "dou"). In the Middle Ages, when the gods recognized it, they transformed it into cloud seal script, then into tadpole script, and eventually into integrated seal script. Later, Chen's mother came down and dictated to Xu Zu of Jingyang. Not only was his body shape more accurate, but his pronunciation was also very detailed. The ancestor, in order to simplify the way of the world, also considered the ignorance and foolishness of the people and ensured that there were no mistakes without error. Therefore, he composed the four characters based on the meaning of the elixir path, and thus ensured that there were no mistakes without error. It was not based on the meaning of the primordial classics. Therefore, this Four-Character Jade Classic is similar to Zhou's collection "Thousand Character Text" and modern people's collection "Lanting Qi Tie", with the emphasis on the form and rhyme. In the past, I lamented the difficulty of understanding and comprehension, and my annotations were in vain. Fortunately, the sound and rhyme did not deviate much. The two characters "Wei Yu Nan Wu" are also pronounced as "Nang Mo". Again, in the case of Bai Fen Tian Gou, the character "gou" is pronounced as the latter character, which gives a different understanding and does not conform to this formula. I have read the medical practice instructions for the world. There are no annotations, but there are rhymes in it. The records are as follows, and I will not annotate them. However, if you recite them for a long time, you will naturally understand. The original transmission of the profound teachings is so profound that it can only be understood intuitively and not expressed in words. In Taoism, there is a saying that if one recites sincerely for a year, they will become an immortal; for two years, they will become an earthly immortal; for three years, they will become a celestial immortal; and even if they persist for a long time without interruption, they will still attain the upper realm of immortality. How could you deceive me? I'm extremely afraid to hold it in my ears! Is the power of the jade scripture truly inconceivable? Today, I have recorded the effectiveness of my teacher's teachings for the world. I only hope that scholars can enter the path purely by adjusting their minds to a state of emptiness and tranquility. Adjust your mind to a state of tranquility, and the sky will be peaceful. When it is adjusted to the position of Kun's belly, it brings prosperity and prosperity to the common people. Adjust until the limbs are unobstructed and the four areas are peaceful and stable. When the body is in harmony and the body is at peace, and when the body is at peace and the world is governed, the effect is as rapid as a sound. Once it is examined and broken, it is the sacred door's praise and transformation. It is not about discussing profound mysteries, but about being down-to-earth in the study of Taoism. This person's attainment is on par with the three supreme truths of heaven and earth. What doubts or fears do we have, and should we be willing to abandon it? I am especially afraid that scholars may not understand. Therefore, I will describe the effective techniques I have learned in the past as a congratulatory message, so that I can recite them and achieve the same effect. The first is not to find a spring at once. If one can become a hundred when others are one and a thousand when others are ten, even if one is foolish, one will surely become enlightened. The following text is a congratulatory message, not a scripture. However, the instructions for practice are provided below. They should be carried out carefully and not merely recited. The blessing mantra is attached to me (I) to recite today. This sentence follows the scripture directly. It is not an exaggeration to say "I" and "I" rather than "my subject". When examining the "Zhu Dao" Canon, it is found that the human body is a small universe, the universe has a spirit, and so does the human body. The spirit of the human body is the spirit of the universe. The characters "Gai Yin Wu" and "I" are used by the Legalists to form the taboo of "dou", rather than being used in general terms. According to this mysterious law, when the Yang sun recites my character, it forms the nine stars of greed. On a cloudy day, recite the character "I" and form the nine stars of Kui Dou. The Dharma is expressed in strokes and stars, and people understand and hold on to it. On sunny days, think of me; on cloudy days, think of me. It is also self-fulfilling. The human heart has seven orifices, supplemented by the waist and kidneys. With caution, nine are formed, which is the realization of the heart and the struggle of one. The precepts must not deceive oneself. One should always consider 諟 to clarify the order and show that there is no falsehood. Follow the teachings. It can be seen that what is mentioned below is all based on empirical practice and practical application. Scholars should sincerely put it into practice and not merely recite it as advice. The Three Talents Egg Guard, saying that the heaven and earth are like chicken eggs, and the human world is in the yolk of the chicken egg, I have the ears to guard. This sentence is still mixed in the unexpressed emotions of joy, anger, sorrow and happiness. Shihua Futing. According to this term, it also refers to one's own background. The court, that is, the court of the Jade Scripture, is the one that has just begun to sprout. The function of this egg of preservation is the result of the full return of heaven and earth. The waning star fades away, and the auspicious light shines upon. These two sentences are what the Great Learning states: "Good fortune nourishes the house, virtue nourishes the body, and a broad mind leads to a plump body. Therefore, a gentleman must be sincere in his intentions." All the heavens favor and protect, and wealth and position trust your relatives. These two sentences are in harmony with the virtue of heaven and earth, the brightness of the sun and the moon, the order of the four seasons, and the auspiciousness and inauspiciousness of ghosts and gods. They are the innate and unalterable principles. The position of wealth, as mentioned in the "Neidian", means wealth, honor and blessings. Trust leads to standing firm; closeness leads to weakness. To cultivate one's character is to correct it. Observe the sky, hold onto the sky, and be new to the people. To observe the sky is to observe its utmost sincerity without ceasing. Those who hold onto heaven hold onto it as the non-duality of all things. The renewal of the people is the effectiveness of one's own recruitment of the people. There is nothing that cannot be established; one should forget both man and law. Emptiness and stillness, uprightness and firmness, harmony and peace, enlightenment and clarity. These six lines, "Governing by non-action", contain the true and real image that exists within oneself, just like the scripture's origin from one's own life. Only those who constantly look forward to it can stay within it and realize this completeness. If one is a beginner and first recognizes it with consciousness, it is a delusion and this method will surely fail. However, only by knowing this and holding on to it can one have concentration, and only then can the function be sufficient and the subsequent effect be real. Therefore, some of the disciples were afraid that the scholars might mistakenly use knowledge and ask for the reduction of these six sentences, but they did not allow it. Please make an analogy with it. Moreover, the previous sentence is the key to entering the realm of nature and heaven. The second sentence also represents the profound understanding of the progress of one's nature and skills. The following four sentences are profound teachings on the precepts of having a place to abide. It encompasses the six realms, the entire Dharma realm, and the attainment of the Dharma without any bias or bias. This means that what is covered by the sky, what is carried by the earth, what is illuminated by the sun and moon, what is attached by frost and dew, whether there is emotion or not, all are enlightened by the spiritual light 炁. And all the efforts made are guaranteed to be free from any hindrance. They are all the most essential skills and techniques. How can they be omitted? Scholars should be thorough in their practice and conduct, without any negligence or omission. Support religions together and live up to the four kindnesses. All the things mentioned above are inherent in my own nature. The universe has me, my parents gave birth to me, my teachers taught me, the sun and the moon shone upon me. It is said that there are all things that are sufficient to fulfill my duties and have a surplus. Therefore, I dare not be conceited. I will present the key points of my work to the best of all, hoping to support the religion together and strive to repay the four kindnesses. Cheng Da enlightened the world, Yuan Dynasty Henry Zhen. According to this era, it refers to the entire character of the book. It is said that to achieve something, one must first achieve oneself. The merit of achieving oneself is nothing more than the word "enlightenment", and the merit achieved is nothing more than the four characters "Yuan Li Heng Zhen". What is described below are incantations and annotations of the precepts, which I dare not recite. Om, Koh Long (duet) Saha, according to this mantra, it is the true word of the one-syllable chakra king as expounded by the Buddha's head. Scholars recite it three times and stand with three heads, while practitioners only recite it by themselves. According to all the practice techniques, I always start with not having a single thought arise. By practicing to achieve a clear mind and harmonious qi, the entire body will be filled and harmonious. Then, both one's life and the world will improve. The most wonderful thing is to be persistent. Even if there is a moment of tranquility and a moment of genuine virtue, even if it does not produce immediate results, the effects will naturally follow. Scholars must refrain from having the desire for speed, for fear of falling into the karma of consciousness. The human mind and consciousness are the most powerful yet the most demonic. Once they fall into the trap, they will hear and see a myriad of things, and it is impossible to cut them off without restraint. One must be vigilant. If a scholar starts by calming his mind and calming his spirit, the true one will naturally 炁 occur. This true unity 炁 emerges from the stillness of the breath; when the breath is still, the true unity does not arise. However, there is no other way but that if one thought does not arise, the mind will naturally become extremely calm and breathing will naturally cease. If one misuses the method of "closing", it is like going in the opposite direction. Stopping will surely lead to the opposite effect. One must not neglect it. The so-called non-arising of a single thought does not mean having no thoughts at all, but rather not being distracted by other thoughts. It is truly the most sincere and unceasing way.
