Shiyan, as one of the four venues across the country, will host the event on Wudang Mountain with the theme of "Healthy Living". The series of activities of "Tai Chi Together".

This event is jointly organized by the Wushu Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Chinese Wushu Association, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hubei Province, the Sports Bureau of Hubei Province, and the People's Government of Shiyan City. The venue in Shiyan is set up in Wudang Mountain Special Zone.

On the opening day, a mass Tai Chi performance will be held, a video tutorial on the nine forms of Wudang Tai Chi will be released globally, a "Hundred Countries, Thousand Cities, Ten Thousand Events" cloud Tai Chi global flash mob event will be held, and an international ambassador for promoting Wudang Tai Chi culture will be hired. From March to May, a Tai Chi health market and Tai Chi "Six Enters" and other Tai Chi activities benefiting people's livelihood will also be held.

On November 5, 2025, UNESCO designated March 21 of each year as the "International Day of Tai Chi", which is the first international day in the United Nations system named after a martial arts project. March 21st of this year marks the first "International Tai Chi Day". As one of the four venues in the country, our city will connect with Tai Chi enthusiasts from over a hundred countries and thousands of cities around the world to perform simultaneously online, promoting the international dissemination of Tai Chi culture and the development of the national fitness cause, and helping China's fine traditional culture go global.
