For those with water diseases, they cannot lie down. Lying down causes restlessness, and restlessness leads to severe coughing. Abdominal rumbling indicates a disease in the stomach. A weak spleen causes restlessness and inability to eat. If one cannot eat well, it is due to the obstruction of the stomach. When the body is heavy and difficult to move, the stomach meridian is in the feet. Menstruation does not come because the blood vessels are closed. The blood vessels belong to the heart and are connected within the blood cells. Now the qi is pressing up against the lungs, and the heart qi cannot flow down, so menstruation does not come.
