The Yellow Emperor asked: What is the name of the disease l for a person with a warm condition who sweats and then gets fever again, and whose pulse is rapid and not due to sweating deficiency, and who claims to be unable to eat? Qi Bo's confrontation with the Sun: The disease is called the intersection of Yin and Yang, and the intersection means death. The emperor said, "I wish to hear what he has to say." The reason why people are afraid of the day: Sweating is always caused by grains, and grains produce essence. When pathogenic factors contend with the flesh and bones and cause sweating, it is because the pathogenic factors have been eliminated while the essence has prevailed. ① Use bowing and tilting. The Ming manuscript does not contain the character "useful". ② Soybean: In the "Treatise on Acute Illnesses of Cold Damage Disorders", it is described as "soybean big". ③ Yao: The original work "Jiao", modified according to the "Yongyi Jing" and "Murasu". When the essence is abundant, one should be able to eat without experiencing fever. Redness is a sign of pathogenic factors, and sweating is a manifestation of essence and energy. If one sweats and then redness occurs frequently, it indicates the dominance of pathogenic factors. If one cannot eat, the essence will not be lifted. Those who remain ill will have a lifespan that can stand or collapse. Moreover, in the "Treatise on Heat", it is stated that if one sweats but the pulse remains restless and vigorous, one will die. Now, if the pulse does not correspond to the sweat, this is not a sign of the disease, and the death is clear. Those who make wild claims lose their will, and those who lose their will will die. Now, three deaths are seen, but not a lifetime. Even if one recovers, they will surely die. The emperor said: If one has a disease, the body sweats profusely and is full of restlessness, and the restlessness is not relieved by sweating, what is the disease? Only the uncle said: Sweating and feeling hot is called "feng", and sweating and feeling full and frustrated without stopping is called "jue". The emperor said, "I wish you could listen to it soon." Qibi Ri: The great Yang governs qi, so it is the first to be affected by evil. The Little Yin is the exterior and interior of the body. When it gets hot, it ascends and follows, and follows, it is called "Jue". The emperor asked, "How to treat it?" Qibo said, "Sting the exterior and interior, drink it, and take soup." The emperor said, "How to deal with the disease caused by overwork and wind?" Qibo said The condition of overwork wind is located below the lungs. It is a disease that causes a strong upward vision, with saliva flowing out like nasal discharge, aversion to wind and chills. This is the disease of overwork wind. Emperor Ri: How should it be treated? Blowing fear day: To rescue the upward movement, to induce excessive Yang, for those with essence, it takes three days; for middle-aged people, it takes five days; for those with poor essence, it takes seven days. Coughing up greenish-yellow nasal discharge, which is like pus and as large as a bullet, comes out of the mouth like the nose. If it does not come out, it will harm the lungs, and if the lungs are injured, it will lead to death. Emperor Ri said: For those with kidney wind, if the face is abruptly blocked, it will harm the speech. Can it be pricked? Qi Bo said: "If it is weak, it should not be pricked. If it is pricked when it is not, the qi will surely arrive in the next five days. Emperor's day: How will it arrive? Read the day of fear: There will be intermittent heat and shortness of breath, with the heat spreading from the chest and back to the head. Sweating, hot hands, dry and bitter mouth, yellow urine, swollen eyes, rumbling in the abdomen, heavy body and difficulty walking, menstruation not coming, restlessness but not difficulty in eating, and coughing when unable to be in a normal and pleasant state. This disease is called feng shui and is discussed in "The Method of Stabbing". On the day of the emperor: I wish to hear it. On the day of fear: Where evil gathers, the qi must be weak. When Yin is weak, Yang must gather. That is why there is heat and sweating when there is shortness of breath. Yellow urine indicates heat in the lower abdomen. When it is not in harmony, it means there is disharmony in the stomach. When it is in harmony, coughing becomes severe and the lungs regurgle. For those with water vapor, slight swelling first appears under the eyes. Emperor Day: How do you explain? Qi Bo said: Water is Yin, and the lower part of the eyes is also Yin. The abdomen is where the ultimate Yin resides. Therefore, when water is in the abdomen, it will definitely cause swelling under the eyes. The true qi rises upward, so if the mouth and tongue are dry, one cannot lie down properly and comfortably. If one can lie down properly, clear water will be coughed up. For those with water diseases, they cannot lie down. Lying down causes restlessness, and restlessness leads to severe coughing. Abdominal rumbling indicates a disease in the stomach. A weak spleen causes restlessness and inability to eat. If one cannot eat well, it is due to the obstruction of the stomach. When the body is heavy and difficult to move, the stomach meridian is in the feet. Menstruation does not come because the blood vessels are closed. The blood vessels belong to the heart and are connected within the blood cells. Now the qi is pressing up against the lungs, and the heart qi cannot flow down, so menstruation does not come. The day of the emperor: good.
