In the past, during the reign of the Yellow Emperor, he was born as a deity, weak yet eloquent, young yet well-proportioned, growing up to be astute and agile, and accomplished yet ascending to the heavens. Then I asked the Celestial Master Day: I have heard that in ancient times, people lived to be a hundred years old in both spring and autumn, yet their movements never ceased. Nowadays, people in their fifties all show signs of decline. Is The Times different? Will people be lost? Qi Bo to the Sun: In ancient times, those who knew that they followed the laws of Yin and Yang, harmonized with numerology, ate and drank in moderation, lived a regular life, and did not overwork. Therefore, they could maintain both physical and mental health and live out their natural years to the fullest, reaching the age of a hundred before passing away. People nowadays are different. They take wine as their liquor, take delusion as their constant, enter the room when drunk, exhaust their essence and dissipate their true nature with desire, do not know to be full, constantly control their spirits, and strive to please their hearts. They go against the trend of generating joy and have no regular routine in their daily life. Therefore, they decline at the age of fifty. Under the teachings of the ancient sages, all are called false, evil and evil winds. Avoid them at the right time, be peaceful and empty, and the true energy will follow. Keep the spirit within, and illness will never come. Therefore, one's aspirations are expressed with few desires, the heart is at ease without fear, the body is tired without weariness, the qi follows smoothly, each follows their own desires, and all achieve their goals. Therefore, they enjoy their food, allow themselves to take whatever they like, relish their customs, and do not compare high and low with each other. Thus, their people become simple and honest day by day. Therefore, desires should not disturb the eyes, fornication should not deceive the heart, ignorance and wisdom should not be inferior to the virtuous, and they should not be afraid of things. Thus, they are in accordance with the Tao. Therefore, those who can live to be a hundred years old without decline in their movements are not in danger because of their virtue. Emperor's Day: Is it true that an old person without children has exhausted their talent and ability? What is the fate of heaven? On the day of Qi Bo: A girl is seven years old, with abundant kidney energy and longer teeth. At the age of 27, when the Heavenly GUI arrives, the Ren meridian becomes unobstructed, and the Taichong meridian becomes vigorous. Menstruation begins at this time, and thus there is a child. The kidney qi of Sanqi is even, so the true teeth grow to the extreme. The muscles and bones are firm, the hair is extremely long, and the body is strong and vigorous. On the fifth and seventh days, when the Yangming meridian declines, the face begins to become scorched and hair starts to fall out. When the six, seven and three Yang meridians decline in the upper part, the face becomes flushed and the hair begins to turn white. The Qi Qi Ren Meridian is weak, the Tai Chong meridian is weak and scarce, the Tian GUI meridian is exhausted, and the Dao meridian is blocked. Therefore, the form is poor and there are no children. My husband is eight years old. His kidney qi is strong and he has long teeth. When the kidney qi is abundant and the heavenly essence arrives, the essence and qi overflow and the Yin and Yang are in harmony, thus one can have a child. When the kidney qi is evenly distributed on the eighth day of the third lunar month, the tendons and bones are strong, and thus the true teeth grow to the extreme. The sinews and bones are strong and the muscles are full of vigor. When kidney qi declines, hair falls out and teeth become emaciated. When the Yang energy of the sixth and eighth lines is depleted, the face turns dark and the temples turn white. When the liver qi is weakened, the tendons cannot move, the heavenly essence is exhausted, the essence is scarce, the kidneys are weak, and the body is extremely weak. At 88, the teeth spread out. The kidney governs water and stores the essence of the five internal organs and six viscera. Therefore, when the five internal organs are abundant, it can perform ① purging (original work: "writing", ancient purging, writing through). The same below. Diarrhea ①. Now all five aspects have declined, the muscles and bones have fallen apart, and the essence of nature has been exhausted. Therefore, the hair on the temples is white, the body is heavy, the gait is not correct, and there are no children's ears. The emperor said, "Why do some people have children even when they are old?" Qi Bo said: This is because his natural lifespan is excessive, his qi channels are always unobstructed, and there is an excess of kidney qi. Although there are sons here, the number of boys is no more than eighty-eight and the number of girls is no more than seventy-seven, and the essence and energy of heaven and earth have all been exhausted. The emperor said, "If you are a Taoist, with an annual income of over a hundred, can you have a son?" Qi Bo said, "The Tao is one who can grow old and remain intact. Even if one lives a long life, one can still have children." The Yellow Emperor said, "I have heard that in ancient times there were immortals who could lift the heavens and the earth, grasp Yin and Yang, breathe essence and qi, stand alone and guard the spirit, and have muscles as one. Therefore, they could live as long as the heavens and the earth and never have an end. This is the way that emerged." In the Middle Ages, there were sages who had pure virtues and a complete path, harmonized with Yin and Yang, adjusted to the four seasons, left the mundane world, accumulated essence and a full spirit, traveled through the universe, and had a wide range of hearing and vision. This was because they prolonged their lifespan and became powerful individuals, and they also belonged to the true people. Secondly, there are sages who live in harmony with heaven and earth, follow the principles of human nature, indulge in desires within the mundane world, have no intention of filling their hearts, do not wish to be detached from the world in their actions, wear and dress in accordance with regulations, do not wish to observe the mundane world in their deeds, do not overwork their bodies externally, and have no mental troubles internally. They take contentment as their mission and self-satisfaction as their achievement. Their bodies are not worn out and their spirits are not scattered, and they can also be a hundred. Secondly, there are sages who follow the laws of heaven and earth, resemble the sun and the moon, distinguish the stars, go against Yin and Yang, distinguish the four seasons, and follow the ancient ways in accordance with the Dao. They can also prolong their lives to the fullest extent.
