Tai Chi Chuan is the essence of movement and stillness, the mother of Yin and Yang, and it arises from the boundless. Master Zhang Sanfeng grasped the mysteries of Tai Chi and evolved Tai Chi by observing the battles between birds and snakes. Since the founding of the Wudang School by the patriarchs, it has a history of several hundred years. Nowadays, it has evolved into a wide variety of Tai Chi schools, which have emerged in the world. However, Wudang Tai Chi has remained hidden, like a dragon without its head and tail. Even there are claims that Wudang Tai Chi has been lost. In fact, Wudang Tai Chi has not been lost but passed down secretly. It is taught in a single line within temples, and the rules are very strict, so it is rarely seen. In the 1980s, at a grand martial arts event, Wudang Tai Chi made a comeback in the martial arts world. The senior martial artists present were both shocked and delighted upon seeing it, with tears streaming down their faces. They said, "This is the true Wudang Tai Chi. Wudang Tai Chi has not been lost!" Today, Mr. Yuan Limin presents this fist, which is truly the wish of the Patriarch Sanfeng: "I wish all the heroes in the world to live a long and prosperous life!" The Sanfeng Ancestral Master's Treatise on Boxing: When making a move, the entire body should be light and agile, especially penetrating. The qi should be vigorous and the spirit should be reserved. There should be no concave or convex parts, and no intermittent parts. Its roots are in the feet, it originates from the legs, it governs the waist, it forms on the fingers, and it spreads from the feet to the legs and then to the waist. It must be complete and consistent. To move forward or backward is to seize the opportunity and gain the power. The real and the illusory should be clearly distinguished. There is always the real and the illusory in one place, and this is the same everywhere, up and down, front and back, left and right. All these are meanings and do not lie outside. Where there is up, there is down; where there is front, there is back; where there is left, there is right. If one desires to go up, it implies going down. But if one lifts an object and then exerts a force to crush it, its root will break by itself, and the speed of destruction is beyond doubt. One must ensure that every part of the body is connected without the slightest interruption. This is the Tai Chi treatise passed down by the Patriarch Sanfeng. When practicing martial arts, one must also master the secret transmission of Tai Chi, which requires a hollow and spiritual top force, sinking the qi to the dantian, lowering the waist and sitting the hips, and lifting the top and hanging the crotch. The strength in the heart, opening and closing in accordance with the posture, held in the arms, the seven-star posture as if it were a wheel. Soft but not hard, loose but not loose; When the other side is still, it has already stopped moving. When the other side moves slightly, the intention moves first, from the feet to the legs, from the legs to the body, moving like a bow and an arrow. The steps should be light and steady, and every step should be smooth and even. Act with your heart and keep your energy calm, and only then can it be contained to the core. By guiding oneself with the flow of energy, one must ensure that all orders go smoothly, and only then can convenience follow one's heart. When one's spirit is lifted, there is no need to worry about delays or heavy burdens. This is what is meant by having one's head hanging high. When one's spirit and energy are exchanged, there is a wonderful state of fullness and vitality, which is what is called transforming the virtual and the real. The hair and neck should be calm and composed, focusing on one side. The body should stand upright and serene, supporting all eight sides. The flow of qi is like a nine-curved pearl, flawless and unbreakable; the movement is like tempered steel, invincible and unbreakable. Act like a falcon fighting a rabbit, and act like a cat pouncing on a mouse. Still as a mountain, dynamic as a river, gathering strength like drawing a bow, releasing strength like shooting an arrow. Seek straightness within the curve, accumulate strength and release it later, exert force from the spine, change steps with the body, contracting is entering, releasing is contracting, break and reconnect. Reciprocating movements must have folding, and advancing and retreating movements must have conversion. First in the heart, then in the body. When the abdomen is relaxed and pure, the qi converges into the bones; when the spirit is relaxed and the body is still, it is engraved in the heart. Remember, when one is still, everything remains still; when one is still, everything remains still.
