The divine knows what comes, and the wise hide what goes. "Divine Dragon Transformation, Measuring the vast Ocean?" Along the way, entwined and carefree, calm and unflustered. The skin and joints are all open, neither first nor late, welcoming and seeing off in perfect harmony. Front, back, left, right, up, down, and on all four sides, the transitions are sensitive and quick to bypass. Hold high and take low, achieve what you wish for, do not hesitate to welcome, and do not get involved in empty talk. With utmost sincerity in movement, the escapement remains unbroken, the celestial secrets are lively, and the noble spirit prevails. Feigning defeat and feigning loss, winning by weighing the pros and cons, coming in the right direction and going against it, making the opponent unpredictable. Adapt to The Times, the essence lies within, both upward and downward, and never deviate. Feigning east and striking west, commanding left and right, cold and heat coming and going, who knows the origin? A single day through the ages, the ultimate truth circulates, following the upper and lower levels; empty talk is not allowed. Step by step and study carefully. One can endure hardships but eventually achieve a state of complete enlightenment. Swift and rapid, entwined and swirling, separated from the form to resemble it, how could it not be the full moon? When refinement reaches its peak, even the tiniest part becomes a circle; when the sun is at its zenith, it reverses; when the moon is full, it wanes. The enemy is like a decoy; do not pursue them closely. If you reach a limit, it is hard to reverse the situation. Once the power is lost, how can one pursue it even if one regrets? I will defend my territory, neither humble nor overbearing, with a heart full of twists and turns, not giving in the slightest. If you let others stand while you fall, be in a hurry and compete with them. If you can rise, don't fall. If I gain one more point, I will secure a strategic victory. One man can hold the pass, and ten thousand will lose their courage. Adhering and following will gather the spirit and essence, invigorate my illusory spirit, and make it even more substantial. Delicate and smooth, moderate and powerful aftertaste, deceptive and alluring, all for a sudden turn. If one has a powerful lineage, how difficult is it to pass through the pass? It is advisable to have a balance of emptiness and mutual consideration between oneself and others. In the void lies the real; who can test the mechanism? It is neither concealed nor obstructed, neither overbearing nor delaying, neither soft nor hard, neither detached nor sticky. It comes suddenly, and people have no idea why it is so. As for body movements, there is no fixed pattern. There is no fixed pattern; it depends on one's own use. Horizontal and vertical inversion, standing, sitting and lying upright, bending forward and backward, the odd and the upright complement each other. The rotation and leaning on the side, the accumulation and leaping all have the release and contraction of the central energy, which is contained within. It is ever-changing and hard to depict its form. The essence of qi does not depart from reason; a single word can convey it. The opening and closing, the emptiness and the fullness, constitute the classic of boxing. With persistent effort, one suddenly gains enlightenment. With continuous renewal, one naturally reaches the sacred. Without a trace, my hands are empty. If there are ghosts or gods to assist my ethereal spirit, how could they know my heart?
