Commentary on the Taiji Elixir Classic: "Direct Explanation of the Mysteries" Return Verification Explanation ②

#Inheritance ·2022-08-20 23:32:13

When the time is ripe, the seven orifices will be enlightened and the three Yang will be prosperous. Divine creation takes shape, surpasses water and winds, sends out human thunder, flashes of lightning, and guards the secrets of the outer heaven. Strike and capture, take the real lead from outside my body, marry the tiger with the dragon, drive the tiger away and the dragon will come. If one can gather in clusters, not miss the right time, and calmly gather the gold within the sea, then open the clay balls on the ridge and let them fall into the crystal palace, where they will cooperate with the mercury of the wood. In no time, the cluster had settled down. The real fire rushed into the limbs, making the flesh and bones of the body feel as if they were being burned and cut by a knife, the hardest to bear. He was a true hero, but up to now, he had no opinion at all. Be vigilant and cautious, and nourish your body and mind. When the water and fire were in perfect harmony, in an instant, the whole body burst out as if roasted beans. All the qi and blood in the body will take shape and speak, causing a commotion within the body. There are two acupoints very low on the tongue. The left one is Danjing and the right one is Shiquan. They pour down like external springs, and one cannot swallow them all. The taste is quite different, even more distinct than molasses. There is also the most wonderful one. At the very beginning of the protection, when the earth is about to produce its golden lotus and the sky is about to drop its precious dew, suddenly a drop of true mercury descends, penetrating the heart as cold as ice. Just send a little divine fire along and cluster it within the Sympathetic Palace. His whole body was clear and bright, like the resounding of a thousand war drums and the roaring of ten thousand thunder rumbles. Moreover, when it comes to the changes in the qi and blood of all the meridians in one's body, there is no need to be alarmed or afraid. As long as one steps in the firmament, holds the sword and the palm seal. This is the most perilous place. Three turns and nine twists, surrender the general and summon the generals. In this way, when guarding the void, one might witness the meeting of dragons and tigers, the harmony of heaven and earth, the intersection of the sun and the moon, and the presence of all immortals and Buddhas. At this point in practice, all circumstances are regulated. One must not recognize him, for fear of being affected by external pathogenic factors. Since the primordial spirit is recognized, when mercury and lead are combined, it takes three days to produce a great medicine. The three days were the most sorrowful. The whole world was a realm of evil, with the cries of gods and ghosts everywhere, and the smoke of killing from all directions. This is precisely the time for the major switch. By this point, ten or nine of them were scared to death. Do not let your heart be afraid, for though it has become a god, it is a spirit of the netherworld. The Yin spirit is the most powerful, with countless transformations and all kinds of dangers. How could he be willing to subdue it properly? As the predecessors said, "You have the Six supernatural powers." Only then can one escape the cycle of life and death." If you don't know the Six supernatural powers, you can never achieve enlightenment. As long as one understands the methods, key points, procedures and steps of practicing static energy, and both the body and mind are fully in line with the conditions for practicing static energy, then, by practicing in accordance with the law, the test will naturally come at the right time in the state of practice. The meridians will be completely unblocked, and all the orifices will be clear. At first, the sun will gradually accumulate and become strong. The vigorous growth of the true Yang energy is called a formed divine sword. It can not only be used to subdue impure thoughts but also eliminate any diseases. With such gains, one must forge ahead, mobilize the true fire of the primordial spirit, and rely on the earth-shaking lightning of true breath. Only in this way can one seize the opportunity of the natural creation of the external universe and take action to collect the true lead of the natural spiritual energy of the universe outside one's body. If the primordial spirit in one's own body and mind is compared, then the primordial energy from the universe and nature is like a tiger. At this point, the dragon should first take the initiative to summon the tiger, with the aim of attracting the energetic tiger to cooperate with the dragon of my primordial spirit. If it can make dragons and tigers mate, it won't be a bad opportunity. This kind of mating will combine to form the primordial unity of Jinghua. Because it initially sprouts from the lower dantian, it is called the gold of the seabed. Once this gold is produced at the bottom of the sea, it will reverse the river chariot and rise from the Governor vessel along the Jiaji Pass to the crystal palace of the mud pill in the brain. The so-called crystal, also known as mercury, is a metaphor for the true Yin and primordial spirit contained in the clay pill. The primordial spirit is extremely spiritual and can easily drift away and be lost, so it is also called wood mercury. Wood, in terms of the Five Elements, represents the primordial spirit and nature, and has the function of nurturing and generating. Mercury, also known as quicksilver, is a metaphor for the primordial spirit, which is prone to movement and flight. The purpose of elevating the primordial energy into the clay pills is to make it cooperate with the primordial spirit, preventing it from getting lost and thus enabling it to be nourished and refined. As long as this kind of cooperation is very successful, it won't be long before the mating effect generates the maximum information energy of life, radiating to every tiniest part of the body and mind. The flesh and bones of the whole body will be like being burned and cut by a knife, the most unbearable. Even very strong people often find it hard to bear such a situation. This is often the time when one is most likely to go astray. Because, if one cannot endure the painful ordeal of breaking the broken life and replacing it with a brand-new one, and instead becomes panicked and frightened, it will cause the spirit to wane and the energy to be lost, threatening one's life. Therefore, when encountering such a situation, one should be vigilant and consider potential risks. The key point is to remain calm both physically and mentally, and to persevere with determination. In fact, it is just being extremely still and extremely calm. The term is called "bathing the body and mind", allowing water and fire to be in harmony, that is, achieving the most perfect combination of Yin and Yang within the body. With the perfect combination of Yin and Yang, soon the whole body will explode like roasting beans in a pan, as if every cell in the body is Shouting and causing a commotion within the body. There are two acupoints under the base of the tongue. The one on the left is called Danjing and the one on the right is called Shiquan. Their general name is Kangquan, which is connected to the bone meridian line. The perfect combination of Yin and Yang, the smooth flow of cells, and the equally open bone meridians. When the bone meridian is open and the kidney water surges, its essence will gush out from the Lianquan and Lianquan acupoints continuously, making it impossible to swallow it all in the mouth. Its taste is incredibly sweet and delicious, even honey cannot compare with it. The ancients called it nectar, describing it as something that does not exist in the world. There is an even more wonderful one, that is, in the initial stage of the interaction between Yin and Yang, the "Golden lotus" of true Yang energy will be produced in the kidney essence Yin, and the "Treasure Dew" of true Yin spiritual liquid will be produced in the heart spirit Yang. Once the Yin and Yang of heaven and earth are perfectly combined, a little "true mercury" spirit liquid will suddenly descend into the heart, warm and cool, extremely comfortable and beautiful. When encountering such a scene, one can gently send a little divine fire to accompany it, and finally combine it in the mud ball, the sympathetic palace, to form a pill. (Note: Many details have been omitted here, Lin.) Huang Yuanji's commentary on the Tao Te Ching states, "When heaven and earth unite, sweet dew descends." This detailed description is as follows: "Once the essence is transformed into mercury, the spiritual liquid descends to the Kanguan, and the true Yang rises again, converging in the earthenware pot of the Yellow Court. I concentrate my spirit and energy here, and over time, the true lead begins to thrive with hydrogen and oxygen, forming a form. This is what is called obtaining the medicine." Ranling liquid is true water, and true water is mercury. True Yang is true qi, and true qi is lead. Mercury is the essence and lead is the qi. Both are acquired forms of lead and mercury. They can only be used to give birth to boys and girls and cannot be regarded as the elixir of immortality. From then on, the decline of mercury and the rise of lead will converge in the central palace, concentrating the mind and regulating the breath. For a moment, it will rise up like mist, like smoke, like tide, like sea. Only then will it be true lead, which can be used as the foundation for alchemy. This is what is meant by "getting the right medicine by getting rid of the right medicine". So this Yang fire Yin talisman rose straight up from the tail end to the mud pill. The clay pills have accumulated Yin essence for a long time. When combined with my true lead qi, it becomes one, which is what is called the interaction of heaven and earth to form the elixir. As long as you master the technique of interacting with the mud balls, you will soon feel a clear and transparent sensation throughout your body. During this process, due to the invincible distribution of true qi, all obstacles, big or small, will be cleared away. The body will be like a battlefield with resounding war drums or a sky with thunderous thunder, presenting a scene of earth-shaking changes. It must be emphasized here that all the special sensations within the body mentioned above are merely changes in the qi and blood of the hundred meridians throughout the body. In this situation, there is no need to be alarmed. As long as one remains calm and composed, with an upright and resolute spirit, that is, as the saying goes, "Stepping into the firmament and wielding the fist, holding the sword and the palm seal," one will be able to pass through the perilous pass. Here, the term "gang" refers to the unshakable and upright mindfulness. The so-called "Dou" refers to the movement of the Big Dipper, which is the way of nature. The so-called sword refers to righteousness. The so-called "Yin" refers to the true meaning. The occurrence of such changes in the blood vessels within the body represents a complete rearrangement of all life procedures during the process of returning from the postnatal to the innate. It is also a fierce battle for the innate to defeat the postnatal. The situation is complex, the circumstances are fierce, and it is unpredictable. If one cannot step on the constellations, hold the sword or the seal, the commander of the primordial spirit will be defeated and the general of the consciousness spirit will rise again. So at this moment, it is extremely important to step on the firmament and hold the sword and palm seal. Only by adhering to this method and wholeheartedly guarding the void realm of non-action, whether experiencing the interaction of true Yin and true Yang dragons and tigers, or a deeper level of the interaction of heaven, earth, and the universe, where all Yin gradually fades away and pure Yang grows alone, just like the moon being replaced by the sun, or even seeing immortals and Buddhas in one's practice, all these situations will arise when one's practice has reached a certain high level. In short, one must never recognize them. To prevent being disturbed by external evil spirits. For a cultivator, in such a situation, if he can firmly believe in his own primordial spirit and make the lead and mercury of the primordial spirit and primordial energy complement each other, it will take three days and nights to produce the great medicine. These three days and nights were the most sorrowful. It felt as if the entire world was a realm of evil, with the cries of gods and the wailing of ghosts in all directions, and the smoke of slaughter everywhere. This is precisely the skill of the big switch. At this point, nine out of ten practitioners will be terrified. It is very difficult to get through without an unwavering will. The so-called great switch means that the innate gateway has been completely opened, and the qi has transformed into the spirit, achieving a unity of qi and spirit. In this situation, one must not have a sense of fear. At this time, the reason why the entire world is a demonic realm is that although all the qi has transformed into the spirit, the Yin of the spirit is relatively strong. (Note: In the later heaven, the spirit opens Yang and the inner Yin. The outer Yang is the consciousness spirit, and the inner Yin is the primordial spirit.) Although it is the primordial spirit, it carries the information of the consciousness spirit. Not only does it have the privacy of its individual role, but it also participates in and creates a new divine world by relying on the information exchange and processing functions of the consciousness spirit and the external perception functions that subdue the consciousness spirit. The Yin spirit is no longer limited by physical matter and has great flexibility, capable of changing in countless ways. Therefore, during the stage of Yin spirit cultivation, the "Six Supernatural Powers" will appear. (Note: On the first day, the divine power is attained, meaning one can transcend the void and move without any obstacles; on the second day, the celestial eye is attained, meaning one can see everything that is invisible to ordinary people; on the third day, the celestial ear is attained, meaning one can hear from afar; on the fourth day, the other mind is attained, meaning one can understand the activities of the mental world of all things; on the fifth day, the destiny is attained, meaning one can predict everything in the past and future; on the sixth day, the deportment is attained, meaning one is free from the mundane world and no longer has any physical or mental consumption.) The Six Supernatural Powers were originally a term used in Buddhism. Since both Buddhism and Taoism can achieve the same level of martial arts, Taoists also borrowed this term. Possessing the six supernatural powers, when encountering external evil disturbances, the Yin spirit, due to its instinct to maintain selfishness, will not let it go easily and is easily subdued by other things, making it very easy to get involved in conflicts. This situation is rather complicated. If both sides are evenly matched and keep fighting, it will cause damage to Ming Shen. If the opponent is powerful, the Yin spirit will also be intimidated and dispersed, which is often referred to as the soul not possessing the body. The consequences are very bad. The most appropriate approach is for the Yin spirit to remain steadfast and unmoved. It's like having a solid city defense, and I just hold my ground without moving. The enemy, unable to break through, will eventually retreat on their own. As the old saying goes, "Only when you master the six supernatural powers can you escape the cycle of birth and death." The "being able to" mentioned here refers to being adept at correctly applying the Six Divine Paths of the Yin spirit. If you fail to correctly apply the Six divine powers, all your previous efforts may be wasted and you may never achieve enlightenment. Note: When one reaches a relatively high level in practicing martial arts, the functions of the Six supernatural powers will be generated. However, as a cultivator, one cannot use the functions of the Six supernatural Powers. It has two meanings: First, the Great Way is the cultivation of both body and mind, the integration of life and nature. The qi must become pure Yang qi, and the spirit must become pure Yang spirit. The unity of qi and spirit, pure Yang without Yin, leads to the attainment of the supreme Way. Therefore, when the Yin spirit is complete, it can only be regarded as the return of the human body to the primordial state after birth. It still has its own selfish interests and has not been integrated with heaven and earth. Only by integrating the innate energy within the body with the innate energy of the universe outside the body, and then refining the true Yin spirit with the pure Yang energy of heaven and earth, until the Yin within the spirit is completely removed and a pure Yang is formed, can one become an eternal and indestructible spirit. Only when one is in harmony with heaven and earth and has no selfish thoughts can one become a supreme immortal. Second, although the Yang spirit is only capable of transformation, it can never break free from its own selfish heart. Not to mention that when external evil invades it, it refuses to subdue it well, even when pure Yang refines it to transform the public into the private, this thorough modification makes it unwilling to submit easily. Therefore, all kinds of changes are made in order to escape. Therefore, one must remain steadfast and unshaken, whether it is the invasion of external evil or the transformation of the spirit. One can protect the Yin spirit and resist external evil. Second, it can subdue the Yin spirit for training. Such a great achievement can be accomplished. Only the Yang God who has achieved great success can be regarded as an indestructible Dharma body and possess the greatest and most universal supernatural transformation. Otherwise, if one uses the six kinds of supernatural powers of the Yin spirit at will, not only may one become a demon for personal gain, but also may destroy the furnace and the elixir, and all previous efforts will be wasted. The chaos reached the thirtieth hour again, and the two and a half days of qi were connected. When the energy reached its peak, it suddenly leapt out like a stream of sunlight, shedding its shell and entering its mouth. A million dragon spirits were all stunned. This is the entrance of the Yuan Yang True Pill. Only then do I realize that my fate is not in the hands of heaven. The immortal said, "This time I died a great death, but now I live again," and also said, "One battle brought peace to the world." This is precisely such a status. This is truly the convergence of heaven and earth, and the interaction of the sun and the moon. When the true Yang medicine reached his mouth, Zhou Tian's fire flared up in an instant. His bone and body turned into a pile of meat paste, and his Yang spirit broke free from his body, letting go without any hindrance. Concentrate wholeheartedly and cultivate emptiness. Nourish the spirit with emptiness, nourish the heart with emptiness, and transform the spirit according to one's heart. All things are born of heaven and earth. I, the gods, pay homage and submit. I am tired of living in the mundane world. On the island of Pengdao, there are three thousand jade maidens to serve me. I drink and wear fairy flowers at the peach banquet all day long. I am intoxicated by the four elements and my whole body is completely refreshed. The turtle and snake at the bottom of the sea appeared, and all the gods were summoned. It was the inversion of real lead and real mercury, with a purple mist and a glimmer of light all over their bodies, and a thousand auspicious auras. It was the Five Dragons' Great Sting Method. After a hundred days of refinement, the entrance hall will open by itself, the appearance of a baby will be revealed, and turtles and snakes will emerge, naturally coiling around. Only when scholars reach such a position can they talk about external mercury. After being refined for six months, the body was like silver paste, the blood turned into white slurry, the whole body was fragrant, and the breath from the mouth was like clouds. This is the maturity of the elixir. A dry piece indicates that if one takes it, they will never die. It can also bring the dead back to life. After ten months of refinement, the Yang spirit breaks free from the body, and one body can transform into a thousand bodies. By the twelfth month, when the entire universe was taken away, the Yang spirit was already there, with 84,000 Yang spirits entering and leaving the body. Walking in the sun and moon without a trace, entering metal and stone without hindrance, entering water without drowning, entering fire without being burned, not being wounded by swords and soldiers, not being predicted by ghosts and gods, and changing infinitely, one has become a true human being. Every part of the body's climate is a genuine remedy. A chicken's food can make a phoenix, and a dog's food can make a dragon. This truth is hard for even ghosts and gods to understand. If one has never seen it, such words will surely not be believed. Three days after the great medicine was produced, the state of chaos was maintained. Another thirty hours (twelve hours in a day and night) passed, that is, two and a half days. The qi throughout the body was connected and merged into one. Next comes the accumulation of qi. When the energy reaches the capacity limit of the human body's load, it will suddenly burst forth like a stream of solar beads, shedding the shell of the human body. (Note: Some people believe that the so-called "sun forming a pearl" in the Elixir Classic is merely a metaphor for the vigorous and powerful true Yang energy, rather than the actual appearance of a flowing ball.) And this sentence "Shell shedding entrance" clearly shows the appearance of a flowing ball. The author is indeed someone who has not yet achieved the great way, but personal experience has confirmed that this statement is true. Myth says that only the mouth of the dragon god can make a precious pearl. Nowadays, through cultivation, people also have such a strange phenomenon. Don't you think this would astonishingly surprise even a million dragon gods? In fact, this is not a strange thing. It's just a true elixir of the innate primordial energy accumulated (Note: This is the actual feeling with a pearl, but the physical form without a pearl, it's just a qi pearl). Only when one reaches such a stage of verification in the cultivation of martial arts can one truly understand that one's life can be in one's own hands and does not necessarily have to be arranged by the inherent limitations of nature. The immortals once said, "This time I died a great death, but now I live again." This means that only by completely returning the acquired life to the innate one, dying the human heart and perceiving the Dao heart, can a new life be recreated. He also said, "Cultivating a state of tranquility is like fighting a war. Once you step onto the battlefield, you must fight with all your might and not retreat. You should win the battle completely and achieve complete peace of mind and body in this world." All the above-mentioned points refer to the stage of obtaining a major medicine. The so-called interaction between heaven and earth and the interaction between the sun and the moon refer precisely to this state of efficacy. (Note: The author mentioned in the preface the verification of the entry of the dripping beads. This is just a minor test and not a high-level skill of passing the test by taking a large medicine.)" The Yuan Yang True Elixir is the most superior energy of life. Once it enters the mouth and lands in the dantian, it begins to thoroughly and comprehensively refine the physical body. The physical body is like being in a furnace. After a considerable stage of refinement, the bones of a person will also transform into qi and blood. At this point, the Yin spirit is refined into the Yang spirit. As the physical body is refined into the state of qi and blood that is deficient and contained, the Yang spirit, as the soul body, can exist independently relative to the physical body because the physical body no longer constitutes an obstacle to restrain itself. However, at this time, although the Yang spirit has independence and is not yet fully mature, it still needs to focus on maintaining emptiness and nourishing deficiency, nourishing the spirit with an empty state and the heart with an empty state. At this moment, the heart is the heart of heaven, and the god is the true God. The true God changes along with the emptiness of the celestial heart, and the celestial heart nurtures along with the nourishment of the emptiness of the true God. At this stage, it can be said that all things arise naturally without earth, and all the gods within oneself also submit to the natural world along with oneself. One is no longer an ordinary member of the mundane world but has become a carefree immortal on Penglai Island. In this realm, it is natural to be like the legend that there are three thousand jade maidens serving, drinking immortal wine and wearing immortal flowers at the peach blossom Festival every day. Everywhere one is in the scene, one is intoxicated, and the whole body is crystal clear, just like a precious pearl of glass. In this major stage of cultivation, from the initial emergence of the true Yang "turtle and snake" at the "bottom of the sea" of the dantian to the fact that all the deities in the body are under one's own control, it is the true inversion and unity of the true lead energy and the true mercury deity. The entire body emits a purple mist and fine light, with auspicious energy swirling around. This is the aggregation and combination of the qi of the five internal organs corresponding to metal, wood, water, fire and earth within the body, namely the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, which is the effect of the five Qi converging towards the Yuan in the terminology of internal alchemy. The Five Qi Chao Yuan is also known as the Five Dragons' Great Awakening Method. Because qi has no form or appearance, it is unpredictable and ever-changing, just like a divine dragon. When the five energies gather together, do not distinguish between them, and remain calm and motionless, it is called hibernating. During this continuous and extensive period of cultivation, generally speaking, after about a hundred days of practice, the entrance hall opens by itself, and the "infant" form of true Yang energy appears, with the "turtle and snake" bodies of spirit and energy emerging and naturally twisting and intertwine. Only at this point can the cultivator possibly obtain the outer mercury true elixir of "Sun Stream Pearl" in his mouth. After six months of refinement, the body becomes as smooth and lustrous as jade and as white and clean as silver. The blood is no longer red but turns into a milky white liquid. The whole body is fragrant and the breath from the mouth is like a cloud. This is a sign of the maturity of the elixir, that is, the sign of the five qi returning to the origin. Compared with the elixir, the pure Yang elixir has been swallowed by the body, and from then on, a person can live forever. Not only can he himself achieve immortality, but everything on his body can also be regarded as elixirs, capable of reviving the dead. When the cultivation reaches ten months, the Yang spirit matures and can exist outside the body. The Dharma body of one Yang spirit can transform thousands of Dharma bodies. But at this point, the Yang Spirit still needs to go through a period of training before it can act freely and at ease. After only twelve months of cultivation, after completing the cycle of a year's fortune of heaven and earth, the Yang Spirit has matured and become sophisticated. It can either become a whole or, due to its origin from the 84,000 pores throughout its body, transform into 84,000 Yang spirits (Note: In fact, it means "infinite". Walking under the sun and moon, there is no shadow. Any solid substance can penetrate through it. When it enters water, it cannot be submerged; when it enters fire, it cannot be burned by fire. No weapon against it can harm it. The reality of this phenomenon is so profound that even ghosts and gods cannot fathom it. It is truly ever-changing and beyond description. This is what is called a real person! When a person cultivates to become a true human being, everything on his body, such as the vital energy he exhales, the saliva he spits out, the hair he plucks out, the sweat he sweats, the water he baths in, and the dirt on his clothes, all become true and miraculous medicines. If a chicken eats them, it can turn into a phoenix; if a dog eats them, it can become a dragon. (Note: These two sentences are descriptions, indicating that other animals that consume this true and miraculous medicine can all undergo changes in their original essence and life.) This truth is beyond the comprehension of even ghosts and gods, but it is an unshakable fact. Of course, people would never believe what I say without seeing it with their own eyes. Note: Generally, elixirs often discuss the three stages of practice - a hundred days of foundation building, ten months of pregnancy, and three years of breastfeeding - separately. That is to say, the total time required is nearly four years. However, as Mr. Mitutoyo discussed in this article, success can be achieved in just one year in total. This clearly shows that there is no absolute conclusion on the time for the cultivation of kung fu. There is no absolute conclusion on this. The actual reasons reflected are rather complex. Among them, there are roughly reasons related to age, gender, physical constitution and innate qualities, perception, purity or impurity in practice, minor concentration and major concentration, environmental conditions, as well as the methods and rhymes taught by the sects. Therefore, when it comes to the cultivation of the Tao, each person should consider their own destiny. They can use stage verification as a reference standard to test their own skills, but they should not be at a loss due to the various different time theories of predecessors. Xianxue is the study and practice of cultivation and verification. The elixirs left by senior cultivators, word by word, are all personal verifications, without any self-deception or false words. It is also because of the continuous practice and verification without interruption that it has become an astonishing and extraordinary skill. Due to the world's greed and laziness, they are reluctant to do even the most insignificant tasks. Therefore, when they hear the teachings of the Elixir Sutra, they regard them as words from a distant past and are unwilling to believe them. This is truly pitiful. The great elixir of medicine is also suitable for chemical workers. Three rounds and nine turns, it's nearly eight rounds. The heat is subtle. Gathering the incantations, in just three or five days, it turns the heaven and earth upside down, all natural. It is natural for a person to adapt to Yin and Yang, but one must understand the creation of heaven and earth in order to achieve success. From what has been done and seen, from what has been tested to what is in nature, although it takes a year, the minor details are only within a hundred days, and the commotion and ferocity are only a few days. For a moment, it gathered both inside and out; in an instant, it became clear and serene. When the holy womb is accomplished, the pearl that produces millet is swallowed into the abdomen. The Zhou Tian's fire is abundant, and the body is transformed. It is just necessary to maintain emptiness and nourish deficiency; the rest is natural. Nowadays, if one is guided by a wise master, one should first practice the mundane and accumulate the common money, saving years, months, days and hours. In the midst of great concentration, in just an instant, within three hours of wealth, one can turn the world upside down. After ten months of practicing fire, comprehending the natural laws of heaven and earth, if one cannot seek life in death, how could one escape the three disasters and eight calamities? The Great Elixir and Golden Pill, all the methods and key points it adopts are in line with the natural creation of heaven and earth, embodying the efforts of the natural creation of heaven and earth. The three repetitions and nine turns, seven returns and eight reversions required in kung fu, as well as the meticulous control and the accumulation of rhymes, as long as every detail is followed and meets the requirements, the key is to return the acquired state of the human body to the innate state within just three to five days, causing a complete inversion of the human body and the universe. These are all natural phenomena. The universe is the vast universe, and the human body is the small universe. The Yin and Yang creation of the human body is also a natural reaction, but it must be able to reflect the Yin and Yang creation of the universe in order to achieve great things in cultivation. To start practicing, from personal practice to witnessing the practice of fellow practitioners, from cautious experimentation to step-by-step verification of skills, all the way to being naturally in the realm of skills, relying on the creation of heaven and earth, although it takes about a year, which is in line with the cycle of external natural fortune, for full-time practice, the most subtle skills can only be achieved within a hundred days. And the key to the key, that is, the outcome of whether it is auspicious or inauspicious caused by the control of movement and stillness, can be achieved within just a few days. Within these few days, if one can handle it well, due to the causal relationship of quantitative change leading to qualitative change, the key lies in that moment when both the internal and external Yin and Yang of the body are aggregated and melted into one mass. In an instant, the purest and most fundamental innate nature of innate nature will be in hand. This is the attainment of the Holy Womb, that is, the pearl of millet being swallowed into the abdomen. What awaits now is Zhou Tian's full fire and the transformation that follows. In this later stage, the main focus is on maintaining emptiness and nurturing emptiness; everything else should be left to its natural course. (Note: Maintaining emptiness and nurturing emptiness, covering the void is nature. Those who maintain and nourish have human elements, so they use human beings to harmonize with nature, and thus are not called natural and spontaneous.)" Today, those who practice can indeed receive instructions from a wise master. (Note: "Wise master" is doubled, which is a specific reference.) Not all those who achieved enlightenment in ancient times could become wise teachers. Because, to achieve enlightenment, the key lies in understanding and peaceful cultivation. However, in preaching, the key lies in the ability to think critically and explain, and it is also necessary to teach according to the person, the time and the place. Some people have achieved a high level of self-cultivation, but when asked to teach their apprentices, they cannot give a clear answer. Such people cannot be regarded as wise teachers who impart knowledge. Therefore, it is difficult to seek a teacher in learning the Tao, and it is even more difficult to seek a true teacher, with seeking a wise one being the most challenging. One should first "refine oneself" and cultivate one's character in the mundane real life, accumulate the true and upright energy of life, and truly accumulate it in a year, a month, a day, a moment, and every minute and second. When your mind and nature are cultivated to the point where they are not swayed by external things in the slightest, and your body is filled with righteous energy, when you are officially practicing, you can achieve great composure and tranquility as soon as you sit in meditation. Then, in this great state of stability and stillness, in just an instant, the acquired state begins to reverse towards the innate state. In less than three hours (Note: One hour is equivalent to two hours today), the human body, heaven and earth will be reversed, returning from the postnatal state to the primordial state. The subsequent cultivation is like a mother's pregnancy. After ten months of nurturing, the innate energy will be sufficient. All of this is to reflect the laws of the natural creation of heaven and earth, and thus it is necessary to die the human heart after birth, eliminate any form of subjective action, and fully conform to the evolution of objective nature. The saying "When the heart is dead, the heart of the Tao is revealed", "When the heart is dead, the spirit is alive", and "If one wants not to die, one must die once" means exactly this. If one cannot seek life through death, how can a life passively subject to the creation of nature escape all kinds of disasters that nature may bring to life? It should be known that life phenomena are merely accessory forms in the process of natural evolution. Nature does not stipulate that any life form remains eternal and unperishable. What it aims to maintain is the balance and harmony of the entire natural world. Therefore, nature creates living beings and also destroys them. Life that is passive to nature is subject to birth and death. This is an unbreakable law of nature! Note: This "Return Verification Theory" is the most superior cultivation method passed down by Mr. Mitutoyo and is also for those who are dedicated to cultivation. But there is the most crucial point here, that is, its target is people with great roots. If the object fails to meet the standards, the return verification within it cannot be implemented, or it cannot be realized as scheduled. What is a great root vessel? It roughly has the following characteristics: First, such people, in their later years, can demonstrate high moral qualities without the need for enhanced moral education, have a weak desire for personal gain, and have a heart to help the poor and needy. Second, he is naturally intelligent. He can understand any principle at a glance and there is no need to repeatedly explain it to him. Moreover, they can draw inferences by analogy and make connections between different things. Third, they should have great aspirations, courage and wisdom. Once they have set their minds on a cause, they should persevere in it despite all setbacks, have strong adaptability and be able to turn danger into safety. Patient, no. Become impatient due to difficulties and distractions, or waver in confidence; To have the merit of being cautious in giving means to maintain the consistency of one's nature and virtue both before and after others. Fourth, having a good innate physical constitution and maintaining it in an unintentional way, one will not suffer essential damage to the body due to having endured hardships. People with great roots usually also have a better background and external conditions. For example: The ancestors were charitable masters, or came from a family of moral scholars and had been loyal and virtuous for generations; All the teachers and elders I have met, the friends I have made and the relatives I have connected with in my life are mostly people of noble cultivation. Although my career has had its ups and downs throughout my life, I have never fallen into the lower-class society or among the lower-class people, that is, my personality has never been distorted. No matter how ordinary and unremarkable the living environment is, it is by no means a desolate and filthy place. After entering the realm of cultivation, one will not experience the sorrow of parting or death with family and close friends. This mainly refers to the fact that after passing away, one will not cause irreparable harm to the spiritual and material life of family and close friends, and can benefit others before oneself. Only those who possess the above conditions can be regarded as having great roots. Such people already possess the best mental and physical conditions before they start formal cultivation, so they can quickly reverse their innate nature once they enter the cultivation process. It was cultivated at the fastest speed. Among people in the world, those with large root capacities are extremely rare; the majority have medium or inferior root capacities. There is no possibility of achieving success in the cultivation of lower-level root tools in one lifetime, while the cultivation of medium-level root tools requires the stage of a principal and there is a possibility of success. However, the matter of "root capacity" cannot be determined by the practitioner themselves. As mentioned above, many conditions are not obvious for people to check, but rather potential and hidden. Those who practice the Tao should not have a discerning heart. Things will take them as some kind of root, either being complacent or pessimistic and disappointed. As long as they hold fast to their single-minded devotion to the Tao, aim high, and let things take their natural course, they can approach the Tao. In fact, for the middle and lower levels of root energy, as long as one holds the heart of giving up and devoting oneself to the Dao, the root energy will also transform in a mysterious way. According to ancient records, those who failed to achieve their goals in one life could be reborn to practice again. There were even those who achieved great success after dozens of reincarnations. This is also a case of hard work paying off. The author, Mr. Kong De, authorizes this website for exclusive publication and recording. All rights reserved.
