Pure Yang Martial Arts belong to the Longmen branch of Wudang Mountain. It is said to have been created by Pure Yang Immortal Lu Dongbin. The boxing song goes: "The wind blows the lotus flowers, swaying left and right." The clouds and water flow freely, never ceasing. With every step, one's feet are suspended, and the flow of qi nurtures one's nature. "Slow force, quick strike, eight nested techniques." " It is both a guide for practicing martial arts and a guide for health preservation.
