Tai Chi Chuan is the essence of movement and stillness, the mother of Yin and Yang, and it arises from the boundless. Master Zhang Sanfeng grasped the mysteries of Tai Chi and evolved Tai Chi by observing the battles between birds and snakes. Since the founding of the Wudang School by the patriarch, it has a history of several hundred years. Nowadays, it has evolved into a wide variety of Tai Chi schools, which are present in the world. However, Wudang Tai Chi Chuan has vanished without a trace, like a divine dragon without its head or tail. Even there are claims in the world that Wudang Tai Chi Chuan has been lost. In fact, Wudang Tai Chi has not been lost but is secretly passed down in a single line within the temple. The rules of the school are strict, so it is rarely seen in the mundane world. In the 1980s, at a grand martial arts event, Wudang Tai Chi made a comeback in the martial arts world. The senior martial artists present were so astonished upon seeing this that they burst into tears of joy and exclaimed, "This is the true Wudang Tai Chi. Wudang Quan has not been lost!" Now, Mr. Yuan Limin has made this martial art public, which is in line with the last wish of the Patriarch Sanfeng: to wish all the heroes in the world to live a long and healthy life. According to the Sanfeng Ancestral Master's Fist, when making a move, the entire body should be light and agile, especially with a continuous flow. The qi should be vigorous and the spirit should be restrained. Do not have any concave or convex areas, and do not have any discontinuities. Its roots are in the feet, it originates in the legs, it governs the waist, and it takes shape on the fingers. From the feet to the legs and then to the waist, it must always be complete. To move forward or backward is to seize the opportunity and gain the power. The real and the illusory should be clearly distinguished. There is always the real and the illusory in one place, and this is true everywhere, up and down, front and back, left and right. All of this is meaning and does not lie outside. Where there is up, there is down; where there is front, there is back; where there is left, there is right. The meaning of "ruyi" should be upward, which implies a downward meaning. If an object is lifted and subjected to a force of suppression, its root will break by itself, and there is no doubt that it will deteriorate rapidly. One must ensure that every part of the body is connected without the slightest interruption. This is the Tai Chi treatise passed down by the Patriarch Sanfeng. The key points for practicing Wudang Secret Transmission Tai Chi: To practice Wudang Secret Transmission Tai Chi, one must: have a hollow and spiritual top force, let the qi sink to the dantian, lower the waist and sit the hips, lift the top and hang the crotch. The strength in the heart, opening and closing in accordance with the posture, held in the arms, the seven-star posture as if it were a wheel. Soft but not hard, loose but not loose; When others remain still, I remain still. When others move slightly, one's own will moves first. From the feet to the legs, from the legs to the body, it moves like an arrow drawn from a bow. The steps should be light and steady, and every step should be smooth and even. Act with your heart and keep your energy calm, and only then can it be contained to the core. By guiding oneself with the flow of energy, one must ensure that all orders go smoothly, and only then can convenience follow one's heart. When one's spirit is lifted, there is no need to worry about delay or heaviness. This is what is meant by having one's head hanging high. When the spirit and energy are exchanged, there is the wonderful state of being full and dynamic, which is what is called "transforming the virtual and the real". When exerting force, one must be calm, relaxed and focused on one area. One must stand upright and serene, supporting oneself from all directions. The flow of qi is like a nine-curved pearl, without any trace or deviation. Exercise is like steel tempered a hundred times; it can break through any obstacle. Act like a falcon fighting a rabbit, and act like a cat pouncing on a mouse. Still as a mountain, dynamic as a river; Gather strength like drawing a bow, release strength like shooting an arrow. Seek straightness within curvature, accumulate strength and release it later. Strength comes from the spine, and every step follows the body. To take in is to take in, to let go is to take in, to break and then reconnect. Reciprocating movements must have folding, and advancing and retreating movements must have conversion. First in the heart, then in the body; When the abdomen is relaxed and pure, the qi converges into the bones; when the spirit is relaxed and the body is calm, it is engraved in the heart. Remember: When one is still, everything is still; when one is still, everything is still. **
