Tai Chi Changquan

Tai Chi Changquan, also known as Songxi Wenjin Quan, is an ancient and secret routine passed down by internal masters. The entire routine consists of 52 postures, among which the postures are continuous, the movements are a combination of hardness and softness, slow and fast, crisp and vigorous. Most of its techniques involve taking advantage of the momentum and leveraging the force, opposing the tendons and back bones, and adopting the techniques of leaning on the eight elbows, catching and falling, and closing the acupoints. There is a combination of hitting and grasping, and grasping and falling. Each move and posture is extremely heavy on offense and defense.
