First, the theory of spirit: Nourishing essence and transforming qi, nourishing qi and spirit, strengthening the root and nourishing the foundation, nourishing the three treasures of the human body, enriching the spirit, and developing wisdom, enabling one to achieve what others cannot and reach what others cannot. This is called Taiji health care. Taiji Health Care is a method of cultivation that masters the natural changes of the three treasures of the human body, essence, qi and spirit, and cultivates and refines them to achieve the purpose of nourishing and growing the body. Second, on Tai Chi: Tai Chi, born from the infinite, is formed by the harmony of Yin and Yang. That is, one qi is divided into two qi to form Yin and Yang, and the combination of Yin and Yang into one qi is called Taiji. What is Taiji? Laozi said, "Nothingness is the beginning of heaven and earth." The beginning of heaven and earth is chaos. Chaos is the primordial energy, the original primordial energy. This energy is born from the primordial energy in Yin and Yang and stored in Yin and Yang in the postnatal energy. That is, it is born from the primordial energy and stored in Yin and Yang in the postnatal energy, which is the image of Yin and Yang not being separated. It is the ultimate point of the origin of all things, thus it is called Wuji. Wuji means the ultimate state of emptiness and stillness. When the chaos first emerged, the universe began to take shape, and the Yin and Yang principles merged to form an image, this is called creating something out of nothing. "Being is called the mother of all things," which is known as the Taiji. For instance, the Yin and Yang of heaven and earth unite into one qi, giving birth to all things; the Yin and Yang of the sun and the moon interact with each other into one qi, leading to the smooth flow of cold and heat. Pregnancy begins when the Yin and Yang of a man and a woman intersect. This energy is called Taiji, thus it is the mother of all things, Taiji. It means the ultimate harmony and tranquility. Third, the two instruments are combined into one qi, within which there is substance. When stillness reaches its peak of vitality, the transformation between movement and stillness is divided by Yin and Yang, which is called the two instruments. The two instruments refer to Yin and Yang. As mentioned above, the combination of Yin and Yang qi into one qi is called Taiji. One qi is divided into Yin and Yang, which are the two instruments. Therefore, the two instruments of Taiji are the movement, stillness, separation and combination of Yin and Yang. When Yin and Yang are separated, death occurs; when the two energies come together, life begins. Fourth, when it comes to maintaining one's health, it is about being born from one's vital energy and nourished by it. Essence originates from food and is associated with turbidity, Yin and movement. Qi originates from essence, representing clarity, Yang and tranquility. This person is composed of two elements in the heart and kidneys of the afterlife. When the essence is full, it moves; when it flows smoothly, it gives birth; when it is exhausted, the qi has no support, the spirit has no support, and a person has no foundation and dies. When reversed, essence transforms into qi, and qi transforms into spirit. The spirit and spirit embrace each other, with support and reliance, giving birth to the Tao and immortals. However, both of these two things are related to nature and mind. The nature of the mind is like that of an ape, being active is Yin. A spirit as vigorous as a horse, preferring tranquility is Yang. The retractable ape returns to its own will. Therefore, cultivators, by reclaiming their acquired nature and intention, consolidate their essence and nourish their qi. From then on, the breath of the sky is used to cook and refine it, transforming essence into qi and qi into spirit. A vigorous spirit that does not sell but nourishes the body, keeps fit and promotes longevity is the result of postnatal creation. When the heart is in harmony with the mind, the mind with the qi, and the qi with the spirit, it is called the six harmonies. Only through unity can one be born and nourished. Therefore, it is called "Taiji Health Preservation", which is the way to grow, the foundation of life, and the step to immortality. In Taoism, the minor achievement technique refines essence into qi, transforming it into true Yang qi. Refine the qi into the spirit, transforming into the most spiritual deity. Then the true nature emerges when the spirit and energy converge, and the sexual light appears, like flowers blooming on the wall, like a night pearl hanging high. The scripture says, "The flowers that grow out of the wall have the clearest fire and the most genuine waiting." Picking, gathering and swallowing are the methods of supplementation. Gradually picking and gathering, from less to more, accumulating and shining light, nurturing true spirit, the true nature and true spirit come together to give birth to the Tao and immortality. It is the great accomplishment. From "Health Preservation Network
